Great stay!

Judy was very responsive and great to deal with. Loved the property. Pool and hot tub were great since a lot of times we couldn’t go into the ocean. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved the view and balcony!

Sunrise Beach is a wonderful property with all the amenities anyone would need. It’s well cared for and the location was great. The extra large balconies were especially appreciated.

Nice place, needs new king mattress bad

We liked the condo, but the primary bedroom is in desperate need of a new and better mattress. 2nd room with bunks was hot when door was closed, we had to buy a fan. The sunrise beach resort is a great place to stay, they offer snacks and adult drinks on site, within walking distance to a few restaurants. Pier Park is further than expected for walking , but a very short drive

Perfect Location

Great location to all the sites that PCB has to offer. It was close to Pier Park and walking distance to a lot if good restaurants. Place was great for a quick getaway. Property manager was great.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful!!!

Even our kids would like to make this condo our regular go-to for our beach trips. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants and even a Starbucks if that is something your enjoy. A quick trip down the elevator and youre at the beach. There was always an emplyee availble to ask questions and they always had a smile. Communication was good too. Looking forward to future memories.

Very nice place, location is perfect.

My wife and I had a great stay, a little cooler then we hoped. Very comfortable condo, everything was as advertised . We went during athe beginning of spring break, never saw any trouble once so ever. Nice familily orientated place.

The view was beautiful!

We had a great time! I was uneasy about the leak under the left side of the bathroom sink with a bowl holding slimy water. There was only one extra roll of tissue in bathroom's. There was no broom to sweep up. But other than that it was a beautiful place and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall pretty good!!

The location was amazing. Property manager was very easy to deal with and the amenities were amazing at the resort. The condo was clean upon arriving. Only downside I could find is that I do wish they would leave more toilet paper and trash bags but overall a great stay. Will be back!!

Great place

We had a great stay. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice and clean. We did have to go buy beach chairs because there was only one and we had a large group, but not a big deal. Just plan on bringing your own. The master bed was comfortable. The others were just ok. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few dinners in the room. The location was great, as we were able to walk to several good restaurants, ice cream/donuts, and putt putt. We would stay here again!

Adult getaway

2nd time we have stayed at Sunrise, first time in this condo. We love it. Highly recommend. Master bed is a little noisy getting in and out of. Had issue with hot water but it was addressed the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous view, nice condo!

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during our week. The unit is on the 9th floor, which is really only the 4th floor of condos. The elevators were not bad (after the Saturday check in rush) like some high rise buildings. The pool area was very nice & the beach was clean. This unit included chairs & an umbrella on the beach, which was very nice.

A good gulf front condo with a very nice view.

We stayed for 28 days. It was very nice. The staff and security were friendly and courteous. Our owner was very helpful and when the I couldn't get in the door 3/4 of the way into our stay, answered me right away and gave me a new code. A 2 min inconvenience that could have been a bad day. The pictures tell it all. The one and only Panama City Beach.

Great Accommodation!!

My family and I stayed here for 4 days during Spring Break and it was perfect! The pictures truly reflect what you will be getting. Everything was clean and neat! I couldn’t have asked for a better location and being able to hear the beach daily was definitley a plus! There are 6 of us and we were able to sleep everyone comfortably. Access to the beach and pool were super convenient. Also close enough to Park Pier and other stores if needed. I would recommend this to any family looking to visit PCB. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again! Parking was fine and we didn’t have any issues finding space. Thank you!

PCB Fall Break Vacation

Perfect location for our family. The building might be a little older than some of the other buildings in PCB but for the ease of entry, parking directly below building, short walk to beach, beach chairs provided, great restaurants within short walking distance, we couldn’t find a better value for the price. High Five and Sharky’s were within 200 yds of building so we just walked over from beach for lunch most days and ate on the deck. The condo was just as described. The HVAC kept the unit as cold as anyone would want. I have stayed in some that had a hard time cooling during the day. Not this one. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Well...

Will overall it was a nice place to stay. However, after driving 8hrs and having to clean the shower (have a picture if you wish me to send it) there was cleaner left, no bags in the bathroom trash. No biggie we would have dumped at the end of the stay. But the cleaner in the shower, YUK, it wasn't fun cleaning the shower and tub. Anyhoo, if you like being close to everything this is the spot. The umbrella beach experience was something neither of us will ever forget.
