Detta vackert inredda ett sovrum plus våningssäng rum, två badrum, nionde våningen villa har fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Denna nyrenoverade enhet har ett främre vardagsrum för viken och sovrummet med utsikt över Mexikanska viken med magnifik utsikt över solnedgången. Den extra stora balkongen har matplatser och solstolar. Denna enhet ligger på 9: e våningen, som ligger 4 våningar ovanför de upphöjda poolerna och badtunnan, ett idealiskt golv att vara på. Great

We were able to stay here in the last week of June. The property was wonderful, very clean, spacious! The owner was great with communication, but wouldn’t communication through Vrbo. We made lots of memories!

Nice place, needs new king mattress bad

We liked the condo, but the primary bedroom is in desperate need of a new and better mattress. 2nd room with bunks was hot when door was closed, we had to buy a fan. The sunrise beach resort is a great place to stay, they offer snacks and adult drinks on site, within walking distance to a few restaurants. Pier Park is further than expected for walking , but a very short drive

The view was beautiful!

We had a great time! I was uneasy about the leak under the left side of the bathroom sink with a bowl holding slimy water. There was only one extra roll of tissue in bathroom's. There was no broom to sweep up. But other than that it was a beautiful place and the beds were very comfortable.

Judy was very responsive and great to deal with. Loved the property. Pool and hot tub were great since a lot of times we couldn’t go into the ocean. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved the view and balcony!

Wonderful!!!

Even our kids would like to make this condo our regular go-to for our beach trips. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants and even a Starbucks if that is something your enjoy. A quick trip down the elevator and youre at the beach. There was always an emplyee availble to ask questions and they always had a smile. Communication was good too. Looking forward to future memories.

Didn’t like being bothered

We enjoyed are stay here. The location was perfect. Access to the beach, perfect. Walk to a lot of restaurants. Very comfortable. That all being said I have one suggestion, don’t schedule 3 big men to come pounding on the door while you have quest in your condo. My granddaughter and I had just returned from the beach. She wanted a nap and I had a slight headache and wanted to lay down too. I had just started to drift off to sleep when someone pounded on our door. It sounded like the knock a cop makes, as seen on tv. Any way thoughts of the boat that my husband and my granddaughter were at that time out on having trouble went through my mind. Or someone at home trying to reach us. I looked out there window and saw three large men standing there. I opened the door and one rudely said they were here to exterminate the kitchen. “Huh?” I said my granddaughter is asleep. The rude one and one other walked away and one came in and put something under the kitchen sink and then bathroom sink. Then left. Weird! Why wasn’t we told they were coming. Why scare me like that. Something like that should be scheduled when cleaning people are there. Or when owner can be there. Other than that. Perfect stay.

Happy snowbird!

Sunrise Beach is a wonderful property with all the amenities anyone would need. It’s well cared for and the location was great. The extra large balconies were especially appreciated.

Overall pretty good!!

The location was amazing. Property manager was very easy to deal with and the amenities were amazing at the resort. The condo was clean upon arriving. Only downside I could find is that I do wish they would leave more toilet paper and trash bags but overall a great stay. Will be back!!

Great place

We had a great stay. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice and clean. We did have to go buy beach chairs because there was only one and we had a large group, but not a big deal. Just plan on bringing your own. The master bed was comfortable. The others were just ok. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few dinners in the room. The location was great, as we were able to walk to several good restaurants, ice cream/donuts, and putt putt. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location

Great location to all the sites that PCB has to offer. It was close to Pier Park and walking distance to a lot if good restaurants. Place was great for a quick getaway. Property manager was great.

My wife and I had a great stay, a little cooler then we hoped. Very comfortable condo, everything was as advertised . We went during athe beginning of spring break, never saw any trouble once so ever. Nice familily orientated place.

A good gulf front condo with a very nice view.

We stayed for 28 days. It was very nice. The staff and security were friendly and courteous. Our owner was very helpful and when the I couldn't get in the door 3/4 of the way into our stay, answered me right away and gave me a new code. A 2 min inconvenience that could have been a bad day. The pictures tell it all. The one and only Panama City Beach.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We have stayed at many in this complex and this is one of the better ones. It was clean and nicely put together. We only had two complaints. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced on all the beds except the master. And when we got there we were given the wrong code for our door. The property manager was very quick to respond and fix it but not apologetic about the mess up. No big deal in the long run but definitely frustrating in the moment when i had two crying kids. Nevertheless we would definitely stay there again!

PCB Fall Break Vacation

Perfect location for our family. The building might be a little older than some of the other buildings in PCB but for the ease of entry, parking directly below building, short walk to beach, beach chairs provided, great restaurants within short walking distance, we couldn’t find a better value for the price. High Five and Sharky’s were within 200 yds of building so we just walked over from beach for lunch most days and ate on the deck. The condo was just as described. The HVAC kept the unit as cold as anyone would want. I have stayed in some that had a hard time cooling during the day. Not this one. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

End of summer beach trip

The condo and overall resort area were both great. Easy to use parking and beach access. The chair service was a must... no need to lug a bunch of stuff to the beach. The walkway to the beach was great with multiple shower stations and an outdoor grill. The patio overlooking the beach was amazing. Nice family location. No loud noises/parties. Pool was nice as were other amenities (luggage carts, fitness room, etc.). The location was amazing also. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants but at the same time not too busy/crowded. The only negative was the communication with the unit owner, the facility management, and security. The check-in/check-out info was not fully organized in one place. The owner was very responsive when I had questions, but I ended up with several different emails and attachments each with a portion of the overall info. There is a communication gap between the individual unit owners/HOA and there is a separate rental office. That just made it hard to find the right person to answer questions. They were also changing over to a digital parking system rather than paper parking tags, which was confusing to everyone apparently. These are all minor inconveniences that didn't really hurt the trip. Just giving some feedback on a couple things to improve, as these may bother some people more than it did us.
