Charleston har röstats till NUMMER 1-staden i VÄRLDEN av Conde Nast! De orörda stränderna är ett stort drag till området och Folly Beach är närmast centrum. Detta radhus är det perfekta läget och läget för en familj som vill semestra i Charleston, genomblöta sol och sand och fortfarande vara i närheten av allt som Charleston har att erbjuda!

Detta nyligen ombyggda radhus erbjuder en öppen planlösning som är idealisk för större grupper att samlas. Kökets bänkskivor i granit ger gott om utrymme för matlagning och berättelser. Köket delar ett strömmande utrymme med vardagsrummen där en stor, plysch sektionssoffa rymmer hela gruppen för att titta på NetFlix, Hulu eller någon annan streaming-app via 55 "Smart TV. Vardagsrummet är ljust och luftigt på grund av de stora fönstren och skjutbara glasdörrarna ger vardagsrummet ett överflöd av ljus och leder till skärmveranda och utemöbler för alla måltider och underhållande. Precis utanför köket finns ett tvåbäddsrum och ett separat badrum. Gå på övervåningen och du hälsas av den mycket rymliga King size-svit med privat badrum och garderob. Varje sovrum är utrustat med en helt ny platt-TV som är ansluten till en Roku-strömningsenhet för tillgänglighet till din favoritströmningstjänst. På vägen från master-sviten till det andra sovrummet finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare tillgängliga för användning. Det andra sovrummet på andra våningen har en Queen size-säng och privat badrum. För ytterligare sovarrangemang drar sektionssoffan i vardagsrummet ut till en bäddsoffa. Åtta personer passar bekvämt men du är mer än välkommen att ta med en luftmadrass för ett extra utrymme. Hela huset är anslutet till trådlöst internet.

Marknivån är ett garage med tre bilar och med en allt-i-ett PING-PONG / AIR-HOCKEY / POOLBORD !! Massor av kul att hålla barnen och även de vuxna upptagna!

Vi är belägna på flodsidan, så det finns delvis utsikt över Folly River från master balkongen. Det finns en pool i anläggningen att simma i på de dagar som du inte vill åka till stranden. Bara passera poolområdet, du kan gå ut till den utökade bryggan för utsikt över Folly River där vattensporter och paddling går ombord! Stranden ligger mindre än en halv mil bort, bara en kort promenad till alla vågor och sandslott som du önskar. Centrum St. ligger bara några kvarter bort, med roliga shopping, restauranger och barer.

Perfect Getaway!

Property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. The pool overlooking the water was beautiful. Host was very easy to work with. Wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week at Folly! We’ve stayed at other places but this was a first at Turtle Bay. The condo was exactly the size we needed, all the comforts of home and location with its amenities were terrific! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made wonderful memories!

Beautiful home walking distance to everything!

The condo was beautifully decorated! It was clean, spacious, very convenient to the bars and restaurants. We walked the three blocks for drinks and dinner. Look forward to coming back soon.

Clean and comfortable. Great location

Great spot to really experience folly. River front beautiful sunsets. Close enough to walk to beach and even easier with the bikes provided. Unit seems to be brand new. Screen porch for al fresco dining. Comfortable beds with high end linens.

Roomy and Very Cool air

Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Air-conditioning works great. Patio on every floor with middle being screened in with a faucet to rinse shoes off. All beds were absolutely comfortable and spacious. Beautiful veiws from pool and a 7 minute short walk to beach. There was a bathhouse right next to our beach entrance. Super short walk to center street. Only drove car to visit light house. All check in and check out instructions we clear and easy. We would definitely rent again!!

Anniversary Getaway

Loved this rental property! The place was very clean and whomever decorated this property did an immaculate job. I felt like I was at home. The decks were a big plus for us. Especially the screened in porch. Everything was within walking distance. This made it nice so we didn’t have to find parking along the beach front. Thank you for such an awesome experience! We will be returning, but with the family.

Great features, easy transaction And very helpful owner

The condo was perfect for our family of 3 adult couples. It was Very clean, the decor so perfect, The kitchen well equipped, spacious, so many updates and many positive aspects. Although not on the beach the location was An easy walk to local attractions and the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and Helpful in any way possible. Townhome on Turtle Bay

My family and I really enjoyed this rental. The townhouse is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials, tools, etc. you would want or need. The kitchen is above average with plenty of room for more than one cook! The bathrooms and laundry area were well stocked also. Proximity to the beach is amazing. It's a 15 minute walk, which we all really enjoyed and made it so easy to go back and forth when you wanted. Center St and restaurants are also a 10-15 minute walk, with plenty of great options for shopping and dining. The terrain is basically flat and biking is awesome (the owners provide two). There is a delightful pool on the property that offers great views of the river. The A/C works extremely well. Dining on the screened in patio in the evenings was very pleasant. Ceiling fans in all the rooms and screened in porch work really well. The furniture in the bedrooms and living area was very clean and comfortable. Folly Beach is a family favorite and we will definitely be returning to this property.

Six family members for friends wedding

Very nice with some worn/stained accessories and floors. Thermostat artificially limited to 70 degrees. Not acceptable for sleeping as all air-conditioning units should be installed and maintained with capacity to cool at least to 68. A must for me and my family/friends to recommend or to return.

It was a great location and the property was a very nice size for our family. We had a few issue with some of the appliances, but the owner reacted and addressed them quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone and we would certainly consider renting it again.

The property was nice, however we arrived with some issues

We arrived with plumbing issues, master tub would not cut off and the water was dripping down through the ceiling in the living room. The owner had notified us that there was an issue with the master tub water not cutting off, he was unaware that it was dripping through the ceiling. It was just inconvenient for us to have to deal with this. He was able to get a plumber quickly and get it resolved that evening. That evening we sat on the couch and noticed there was quite a bit of sand on the couch (and we had not been to the beach) so it had not been cleaned properly. Also, there was no cable access in the bedrooms, you had to have a Netflix account or your own id to access. The main living area TV had a very small selection of channels. We also had no garage door openers so we had to access from the upstairs. Overall, not the best experience.

Great Condo, very clean and nicely accommodated our group of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids!

Great condo! Very clean and comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 children ages 6, 8, 12 and 16. Walkable to downtown Folly Beach and the beach. The wagon was great to use to haul all our stuff to the beach. Due to young children, we did mostly drive to the beach but it is walkable. Amazing sunset views from the dock area, behind pool.

We had a good experience but we should have mapped the walking distance to the beach a bit more carefully. We had lots of kids with stuff to carry so we ended up taking the van all the time. With just adults the walking distance might have been OK

Perfect space, location, and cleanliness!

Absolutely lovely! Spacious for all six of us. Pool, dock, close to beach. It was all wonderful. The owner was super helpful with any questions and needs we had before arrival.

I have lived in Charleston for 5 years and I have loved every minute of it. It was truly love at first sight. There is always so much to do and every one around is so welcoming and friendly.

This townhouse gives you the most bang for your buck. Located less than a .5 miles away from the beach, it is the perfect distance away from the water without having to pay your whole life savings just for a vacation.
