Stranden ligger mindre Àn en halv mil bort, bara en kort promenad till alla vÄgor och sandslott som du önskar. Centrum St. ligger bara nÄgra kvarter bort, med roliga shopping, restauranger och barer.

Family Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week at Folly! We’ve stayed at other places but this was a first at Turtle Bay. The condo was exactly the size we needed, all the comforts of home and location with its amenities were terrific! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made wonderful memories!

Roomy and Very Cool air

Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Air-conditioning works great. Patio on every floor with middle being screened in with a faucet to rinse shoes off. All beds were absolutely comfortable and spacious. Beautiful veiws from pool and a 7 minute short walk to beach. There was a bathhouse right next to our beach entrance. Super short walk to center street. Only drove car to visit light house. All check in and check out instructions we clear and easy. We would definitely rent again!!

Perfect Getaway!

Property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. The pool overlooking the water was beautiful. Host was very easy to work with. Wonderful stay!

Anniversary Getaway

Loved this rental property! The place was very clean and whomever decorated this property did an immaculate job. I felt like I was at home. The decks were a big plus for us. Especially the screened in porch. Everything was within walking distance. This made it nice so we didn’t have to find parking along the beach front. Thank you for such an awesome experience! We will be returning, but with the family.

Six family members for friends wedding

Very nice with some worn/stained accessories and floors. Thermostat artificially limited to 70 degrees. Not acceptable for sleeping as all air-conditioning units should be installed and maintained with capacity to cool at least to 68. A must for me and my family/friends to recommend or to return.

It was a great location and the property was a very nice size for our family. We had a few issue with some of the appliances, but the owner reacted and addressed them quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone and we would certainly consider renting it again.

The property was nice, however we arrived with some issues

We arrived with plumbing issues, master tub would not cut off and the water was dripping down through the ceiling in the living room. The owner had notified us that there was an issue with the master tub water not cutting off, he was unaware that it was dripping through the ceiling. It was just inconvenient for us to have to deal with this. He was able to get a plumber quickly and get it resolved that evening. That evening we sat on the couch and noticed there was quite a bit of sand on the couch (and we had not been to the beach) so it had not been cleaned properly. Also, there was no cable access in the bedrooms, you had to have a Netflix account or your own id to access. The main living area TV had a very small selection of channels. We also had no garage door openers so we had to access from the upstairs. Overall, not the best experience.

Great condo! Very clean and comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 children ages 6, 8, 12 and 16. Walkable to downtown Folly Beach and the beach. The wagon was great to use to haul all our stuff to the beach. Due to young children, we did mostly drive to the beach but it is walkable. Amazing sunset views from the dock area, behind pool.

All you need in a vaction rental! Many nices touches throughout the home. Art work is awesome around the house and the full comforts of home are there! The reviews were spot on for this rental, and we wanted to add some extra information that I did not see previously included. Sand toys, boogie boards and a beach cart are all available for use. Huge plus for traveling families. Two bikes are also available for use. A few blocks from the beach is a great thing, and an even shorter walk to restaurants on Center Street. Our family of 5 had more than enough room in this spacious home. Custom entertainment center in the family room and the headboard in the master suite are amazing and huge props to the owner for the decor throughout. The screened in porch was a great feature of this property as well. Close walk to a catamaran sail not to be missed on Sail Folly. Surfing and stand up paddleboarding close by...very happy with our experience. The owner was very responsive to messages and we would book this again if we come back to Folly. My 3 young boys and wife loved it. A few morning escapes surf fishing and catching were not far away! Thanks Radd for letting us enjoy your beach home. Mike M, Carolyn and the boys

This townhouse gives you the most bang for your buck. Located less than a .5 miles away from the beach, it is the perfect distance away from the water without having to pay your whole life savings just for a vacation.
