Very disappointed

Property hasn't been cleaned properly when we arrived. Dog hair on the bed, dog food, powder and sticky stuff were on the floor. Property is in desperate need of lots of work. Says it's pet friendly but in strong winds the gates had both blown open. Small gate doesn't have a latch and is held shut with bricks and big double gates has the bottom timber that the pins go in rotted. Looks lovely in photos but very deceiving once there.

Wonderful getaway..... truly relaxing

My partner and I loved this property with the cosy and warm feel, with the fireplace and layout. We were able to bring our dogs with us, and a great secure back yard for them to enjoy. Close to the beach and Robe centre. We loved it and will be back

This property is only minutes from the beach and situated on a quiet street. The interior layout and decor was wonderful and certainly perfect for us. We loved our stay at this property and can highly recommend. Very pet friendly and the back yard is secure.

Lovely little place, boutique as described. Great for small and larger groups

Nicely decorated welcoming place. Spa a bonus. Close to beach for walks. Bit of a hike to main street. Would recommend this place

Cosy Cottage

A beautiful place that was comfortable in every way. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of Cape Jaffa wine which was a lovely surprise! The interior design of Salty Joe's is lovely! We will definitely stay here again. This is our first time in Robe and Salty Joe's definitely welcomed us to this wonderful town!

Comfortable and Stylish

We enjoyed our stay at Salty Joe's Cottage. It was neat and tidy. Great location- we enjoyed hearing the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. It would be nice if some modifications could be made so that the crockery and cuttlery is handy to the kitchen. We would be happy to stay again in the future.

Styling was lovely! Was really let down by general housekeeping &! Building maintenance! Example 1, large hole in wall near skirting board which would allow rodents & insects to enter easily! Mould around bathtub. Oven filthy, inside cupboards & fridge was filthy! Air conditioner didn't work( fixed during stay) washing facilities poorly maintained, clothe line hard to access due to overgrown bushes! Cutlery & crockery & glassware, all had to be washed before use as we noticed lipstick stains on glasses when we went to poor a wine! Rowell rail broken! Stool broken! It's pretty self explanatory that the attention to detail is lacking & therefore puts a negative spin on our stay! Disappointing!
