Great getaway

This was a pleasant stay for our family of 4. The property was clean and offered plenty of relaxation and entertainment for our family. We did a few Disney days so the location was absolutely perfect for that on top of just being a great place to stay.

Winter break

Stayed here but a few days after our son’s soccer tournament and the property was perfect. The property is well maintained, clean, and good amenities.

AWESOME!

Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a wonderful property in very close proximity to the parks and Disney Springs. We had a great two bedroom deluxe, and it could not have been nicer. All necessary amenities were provided, and the accommodations were comfortable and inviting! Will definitely book here again!

My children we’re staying at the Disney Boardwalk, so I was very close to join them for various events. The Bonnet Creek Resort is very attractive and the condo was well equipped.

When we first arrived later in the evening, we were assigned a tower that wasn't the same as my son and and family. We were also assigned a first-floor room which I did not want for many reasons. Although it still wasn't the same tower as my family, the check-in girl (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful in obtaining a more preferred room for us in the tower next to the rest of my family. The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular. 5 stars to this facility and the help we were given to accommodate our wishes.

We've stayed at this location for the past 7or so years .. we've never had anything but good experiences here! However, I've noticed the past 2 yrs we've requested a certain room and was told it wasn't available. We however learned this yr that those rooms are saved for the owners and not for the owners guest ! ... ok this year our room was in building 6 and our room was not clean and dated we've never stayed in a room in property that looked like this one . we cleaned our room .. We did make a complaint to the front seat of the building .. was told no rooms available but house keeping was available toClean.. we already cleaned it .. we stayed where

Great location

Property and room were just as described. Lots of room for our family to make meals so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. Pools were great for the kids on days we needed a day off from parks.

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek location is tops!

Property location and amenities are great. Late check in (11:30pm) wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped but no horrible. One thing to note, the bathroom in the primary suite smelled like smoke and by the time I got to the room, I was too tired to request to switch. Once I unpacked I was not switching. So we dealt with it for 8 days. But it was weird. The smoke smell. It almost is like it came up through the laundry piping! Something the management firm should look into.

Great property within Disney gate

This property was absolutely perfect for our planned Disney trip. We were only going to Disney one day so didn’t want to stay on site but this was so close it didn’t matter. The condo itself was well-equipped, CLEAN, and perfect for our family. The resort itself has so much to offer we wished we could have had at least one extra day to stay and explore more. The timeshare presentation push at check-in to get the wristbands was a little annoying but the guy was respectful enough when I said we were too busy to attend. Overall, would 100% stay again.

Room was fine, hotel is a little isolated

Overall, it was fine. The room was good. The check in was okay except the guy didn't give me a parking pass and I didn't realize I needed it. The hotel itself isn't convenient to restaurants other than what is on site which are very expensive. In future, I'd prefer a place that is located closer to a grocery store or casual restaurants so we had more options, especially for kids. $20 for a burger my kid didn't end up eating is tough! The food was just okay too at the restaurant, can't remember name but started with an E. Also, the TV had only a few channels so there was nothing for my 7 year old to watch. I would not stay here again.

Ideal way to stay

Located on Disney property this was perfect for our theme park vacation week. The apartment style suite was perfect for feeling more relaxed and autonomous for a full week of plans. We could relax when we needed to and had all the amenities we needed. During the checkin process we were trying to be sold a timeshare (this property is mainly timeshare rentals) which was a little bit of a put off, but the staff were nice over all.

Wonderful stay at Bonnet Creek

This property and company were a perfect fit for our family’s annual Disney vacation! This was our first time using VRBO & I had my worries due to it being a timeshare on a holiday weekend. Luxorts was there every step of the way, being very helpful & communicative prior to our arrival. The property itself was clean, spacious and filled with amenities! Having a full kitchen was huge! The pools & lazy rivers were conveniently located to room towers. There was also an arcade, ping pong table & text updates of free activities happening around the resort. The location was absolutely perfect for families traveling to the Disney parks or Disney Springs! Bonnet Creek does not offer free shuttles, so keep that in mind if you are not planning to bring/rent a car (the shuttles are $10 per person, per day). Overall, this is our new favorite spot and we will always recommend both Bonnet Creek & Luxorts Vacations to those traveling to Disney!!
