Huset har en rymlig stort rum med en stor TV och gott om bekvÀma sittplatser för stora grupper, samt ett fullt utrustat kök och utomhus dÀck med grill. Den första vÄningen innehÄller 2 sovrum, ett med tvÄ sÀngar och en TV och en med en soffa och rulla. Ett badrum w / badkar och dusch ligger pÄ bottenvÄningen av den viktigaste korridoren. Ytterligare en halv badet ligger i sovrummet som har rulla sÀng. PÄ övervÄningen finns tre sovrum, ett med en stor sÀng, en w / en drottning sÀng och en w / en hel sÀng. Alla rum har en TV. I would give this house a better than 5 star rating. It was perfect for the 7 adult guests that stayed here. Plenty of well-appointed bathrooms, good beds, a well-stocked kitchen with the little things you probably forgot, plenty of room to hang out and just a short walk to town. I would definitely stay here again for our next family get-together

We had a great time staying in Brevard and this home definitely attributed to our wonderful trip. It was such a large home that my family of 6 adults felt spaced out enough away from each other while still being around each other. The living room had plenty of room and the neighborhood is safe and homey. This is a great place to stay at.

The house was great for our group of 10 adults. We didn't feel crowded. Great location; it is only a short walk from downtown Brevard which has tons of fabulous restaurants! We even saw a white squirrel on the rail of the deck outside the kitchen window Saturday morning!!! Mandi's recommendation for Sunday brunch at the Bohemian Restaurant was perfect. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We loved our stay at the Appletree Cottage! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to all! Brevard is such a pretty town. I was in awe of all the gorgeous flowers and trees! Such beautiful yards!

Best Rental in Brevard!

I can’t believe it has taken me 4 years to find this gem! We had extended family in and out throughout the weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Brevard College. Over the years, we have rented different houses when visiting her, but this was by far our favorite! Clean, cozy, well-stocked, and the beds-so comfortable! We will find another reason to rent this property again.

Perfect place

This was the perfect house for our stay in Brevard! It was spacious, clean, and was in a great location. We loved the short walk to town, and there was plenty of off street parking at the house. Location was great!

An easy walk or drive to Downtown Brevard shops / restaurants / cafes. Home was clean and spacious. Due to weather we were not able to use much of the outdoor space, but looking forward to returning this summer. Host is easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any problems or issues with this booking or our stay.

Perfect for a family vacation

We loved everything about this property. The cute neighborhood across from the college, walking distance to downtown and King Street, plenty of parking and plenty of room for guests! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you choose to as well. There’s even a resident white squirrel who greeted us upon arrival! Highly recommend for a family or group trip.

We are the Sykes family, & we have had vacation property in Brevard for about 12 years. Eight years ago, we decided to move with our three children from ATL to Brevard permanently, & our quality of life has gone through the roof. After about a year, we decided to list our vacation homes on VRBO so that we could share them w/ visitors coming to our beautiful county. Several years later, we purchased an 84-acre farm that we have lovingly restored to it's former glory. We became aware that there was a growing interest in rental properties located within walking distance of downtown Brevard. Many tourists prefer to be near the local shops, restaurants, and breweries. We found this house and decided it was perfect for what we had in mind.

This house has numerous things going for it. The main one is the location...it is situated adjacent to Brevard College and within walking distance of downtown Brevard. You can arrive, park your car, and walk to our many wonderful shops, restaurants, breweries, and movie theater. Additionally, it can accommodate larger parties due to its size (5BRs, 3.5 Ba), so it is perfect for large families, cycling groups, and retreats.
