4 sovrum 2 1/2 bad kolonial stil hem ligger på en tunnland mark. Två av sovrummen har vardera en queen size-säng, de andra två sovrummen innehåller full storlek sängar och ett har också en enkelsäng. Sova 8 bekvämt. Verandan är utmärkt för att läsa en bok, smutta på ett glas vin eller bara spendera kvalitetstid på att prata, sans mobiltelefoner. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till RGNY Winery (tidigare Martha Clara), Jamesport Brewery, bondgård, Hallock State Park. Det är också en kort bil- eller cykeltur till Iron Pier Beach (för att titta på solnedgången!), Harbes Apple Orchard, Harbes Family Farm och många lokala North Fork-restauranger.

Our family had a great stay! The house is really spacious, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen is really well-stocked. Beds were super comfy. The pool is huge and the patio area is really lovely. The house is centrally located and it was easy to get to all our favorite North Fork destinations. Hosts were super responsive to the few questions we had.

First! The pool, property and home are great! Our family and grandkids had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything you can possibly need to entertain. It rained one day and we all fit at the large dining table. Pool toys, beach chairs and location worked perfectly for us! Thank you! We hope to return next year for another family vacation!

Nice Little Getaway in Jamesport

We had a great stay at Alyce’s house. The backyard is beautiful and the house is well equipped with anything you would need. Alyce was very responsive and helpful, although we didn’t have any issues. An added bonus was that my kids also loved the game table in the basement. Highly recommend!

Best Family Getaway

Joe & Diana were terrific hosts, the house was spotless and plenty of room for the seven of us even with room to spare, as we never felt cramped when other family members came out to visit for the day. The pool and grounds were great and we had the best family getaway! Thank you so much, friends have already asked for the contact info to book next summer.

Great location and pool

My family enjoyed the house, pool, and this property’s central location to destinations on the North Fork. The owners were helpful, easy to contact, and provided thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. We would book again!

Beautiful time on the North Fork

We had a wonderful time at the beach and exploring the North Fork. The house was absolutely perfect. The pool and backyard were so relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach. My family had the best time. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great House & Location

My family and I had a great time at this property. The house and property are well maintained and clean, the pool is fantastic, and it is well located to all of the interesting locations around the North Fork. Would recommend to others.

We're a family that enjoys the beauty, farms, and locally sourced food of the Northfork. The property was purchased as both a rental property and to be used as a vacation home to enjoy with our families. We're an active family that enjoys walking, biking, running, and swimming, which are frequently enjoyed activities out here.

Along with some of the other amenities listed, we have 6 bikes in the garage that are available for renters to use. The house also allows you to work remotely with WIFI throughout.
