amazing Property

Me and my husband spent the week end in this beautiful property. We were truly pleased and amazed with this house and property. Hopefully we will be able to get our small family, Us, our son and wife, grandson and wife and 1 yr old great grandson to set a time and we will go back and book again. or if not, we would book again for ourselves. Needless to say we were very pleased

Great place, tons of space.

We loved the space, everyone had their own area to hangout. My daughter loved the piano. The neighbors were so nice. They waved at us everytime they saw us. We loved our stay.

Family reunion

Lots of room. Friendly neighborhood. Beautiful area. Lots of parking spaces. Easy check in and check out process. Right off lake but no access to get down into water. We grilled out.

Family Vacation

House was large enough for us all to spread out. Had some issues which the owner adressed one very quickly. Beds were all uncomfortable and there were not enough towels. For the size of our group and the length of our stay supplies should have been more plentiful

Lake house

It's was good enjoying family time and the outdoor with the deers around and the lake down the hall it was beautiful out doors with natural. Alot of room in the living room and kitchen and downstairs to enjoy family time.

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The pictures depicted the home exactly as it was. (However, I was disappointed that there was no jungle gym/fort as mentioned in the description. The kids would have loved that.) The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans of various sizes. We cooked several meals for the 12 of us and had everything we needed. (We did bring a few things, just to be sure we had them, but we really didn't need to do that.) The owners were great about answering our questions and were very attentive to details to make our stay enjoyable. It was great to have the hot tub and swim pool. The kids really enjoyed that! We highly recommend this place as it is lovely with plenty of room for everyone.

Large home, needs some maintenance. Beautiful lot but too far from restaurants and grocery store. No Lake access on property but the lake can be seen. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms because it had a strong odor of fuel coming from the adjacent garage. One of the beds has a massive wooden headboard that had been bolted to the wall but pulled out of the wall and rocked freely back and forth from any movement in the bed. That was rather scary. The oversized spa tub filter didn’t work so the water was murky. The breaker kept tripping as well. There is a beach about 20 minutes away. Half of the outdoor furniture on the deck is shot. The carpet tacks are exposed in the walkways. One of my family members stepped on them and received a bloody injury.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The large couch was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. The house had plenty of room for my family of 12. It was very cold when we went and all the areas were a comfortable temperature, even the basement. This house is a little far out from any grocery or convenience shopping, so make sure to prepare for that. The land is gorgeous, however, and the views are excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t need for anything after purchasing the food we wanted. I loved the size of the kitchen, we could have multiple cooks cooking at one time. All the dinner seating was very nice too. All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would go back!

Good place in a good location

Nice large house in a good location. It just needs some TLC. Hot tub worked off and on. Broken outside stair, dish washer rack broke and the piano needs major tuning. All very minor and Rob one of the contacts was very receptive and appreciative when I told him of these minor issues. We'd stay there again.

Weather was HOT

We hit the property on a hot week but still had fun. The fishing wasn’t good given 90 degree lake temp, but boating for a day was fun and silver dollar city was fun. The air conditioner in the unit could not keep up during the days with heat but would catch up at night

Emerald dr review

The grill only has 2 working burners making it difficult to prepare food. Hot tub not completely clear, which was because of trouble getting chemicals. We could not get in subdivision pool because we had no key and we were told we didn’t need one. The only thing we really liked was the size of the home.

Great House

We really loved the house! Lots of space for everyone to spread out! We went on a trip with a few other couple and each couple had their own room! The house was great - the kitchen was huge - lots of space for eating and cooking. The bar area in the basement was also great! We had so much fun spreading outing watching movies, playing games, and enjoyed making cocktails at the bar. There was also a pool hot tub at the space which was wonderful! The water was a little green but worked great otherwise. The home is pet friendly - we brought our two pups and they house had gates on the deck which kept the dog going in the backyard / lake. The neighbors we great our dogs played with the neighbor dogs and the gentleman was so kind. We also met another couple down the road who were so sweet! Overall everyone loved their stay and we would certainly return! Couple of not so greats - the pillows / sheets in the bedroom are worn and not really comfortable. I would recommend bringing pillows and blankets. There was a lot of things we found broken throughout the house. Also the outside lower deck had glass, metal pieces, nails and hard plastic debris scattered throughout. We brought dogs we we were aware of the surroundings. Some of the items were what we would call camping clean but not super clean which was alright we just made sure to wash and rinse as necessary. Plan to pack - cleaning products, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. - blankets and pillows if you are picky - extra beach towels if you have a large group

Nice size Kitchen

We needed a big enough place for all of my family to celebrate Christmas together. We loved the big kitchen and family room. We had plenty of room for making meals and room to have us all sit together. Everyone had a place to sleep. The living room was spacious. Loved our view. Only thing you need to know is to bring more of your own towels . There was only 1 bottle of liquid dish soap provided with only 3 trash bags. We brought all of our own trash bags, paper towels, toiletries etc. Also if it's winter time bring extra blankets as the upstairs stays warm and the downstairs is cold . All in all We would stay here again .

Great house. Big disappointment!!!

We come stay in or around Eureka Springs every Halloween. This is the second time we have stayed in this house. We love the house and the location! This year, due to covid, we wanted to stay in this house because it has an awesome theater room and we would be staying at the house the majority of our time there. There was a football game we were excited to see. The theater room nor any of the televisions in the house worked. We called the homeowner and the satellite company and the owner tried to get them to come fix it, but they couldn't come fix it until Tuesday. We were very disappointed! We also brought some groceries to make breakfast and there were no skillets. There were skillets when we stayed previously. We enjoyed our stay and the house is great! It just didn't quite live up to our expectations we had based on our previous stay.
