"The Meadows Dromana" är perfekt för en avkopplande, trevlig och lugn strandfluga. Ta i sikte på Arthur Seat, Dromana, Mt Martha och glimt av viken.
Bara en 10 till 15 minuters 1 km promenad till stranden och centrum av Dromana och en timmes bilresa från Melbourne.

Weekend Getaway

Jan was a fabulous host who has been effective as a communicator and offered extended check-in/check-out during the weekend to help with our stay.The place is adequate and clean with rooms that allow bright sunlight during the day. Proximity to shops, beach and Arthur's seat make this a great spot as it is also tucked away for privacy and quiet residence.Great place for a family or friends to go away from their regular busy lives.

Lovely accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was super clean and homely. Jan was a great and responsive communicator.Our dogs had lots of fun sniffing around the big backyard.

Renovation Escape

Good location with view of the ocean, nice quiet street, close to shops and amenities.House was very neat & tidy & well appointed, The bedrooms were fitted with ceiling fans but were quite warm..Overall a nice place to stay.Communication with the owner was very easy.

Coastal Break

You can sleep comfortably (and coziness with heated blankets during Winter) within walking distance to the beach. Only a short-trip to plenty of independent distilleries too!

Near perfect stay

Nearly perfect stay! Great location, very clean, lovely fully fenced surrounding yard, fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave, not a big deal)! Would be great for kids with the downstairs play area. Only thing that would've made it better were if extra towels were provided, but we'd just bring our own next time. Would love to be back soon!

The Gulls Dromana is Awesome

The Gulls is a great place to stay. The house is beautiful and has a great beach feel. Nice and quiet with just a 15 min walk to the shops and beach. Owner Jan is lovely and excellent with communication.

Long weekend Easter Bliss

The Gulls at Dromana had everything we could have hoped for in an Easter getaway! The home is well equipped, clean and welcoming. We loved the enclosed area for our dog Gavin who had plenty or space to run around and sniff. The BBQ on the deck is an added bonus to sit and enjoy the views on a beautiful summers night. Thanks so much Jan, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, good location and spotlessly clean

This property was perfect for our family and two dogs. The home had everything you need for a relaxing stay and the balcony space was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the views and sunshine. It is only a short walk to the shops and beach. The communication from Jan was excellent and we will be back.

Peaceful

There was insect on the window sill and cobwebs in the bathroom and dog hair from previous renters under furniture, condiments were dated 2019, but overall not bad. could do with updated kettle and frypans as they were not clean. We left the place cleaner than we arrived.

A lovely weekend

The property was easy to find and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and it was very convenient having the beds already made up when we arrived. The garden was secure, which was a relief as our dog came with us. The dog door was also very convenient. We would be happy to stay again.

Boxing Day 3 night stay with our dog

The house is amazingly set up which was great for us to take Rosie our German Shepherd, was great walking areas and close to beach. There are not many nice places you can take your dog with you on holidays. This is a lovely relaxing peaceful property with heaps of hidden sitting areas and is a comfy clean place. the property close to shops and beach little walk about 0 mins across overpass

Just like the pictures

We instantly felt very welcome in this pretty, sunny home. There are views to the bay and plenty of nice spots to sit and read. Our dog loved exploring the secure yard. Jan made us feel welcome and communication was easy. Dromana is a good base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula and even in winter the drive-in is a fun experience. Beachside bliss

We’ve just had a fabulous week at the Gulls What we loved: *eating on the deck with the lovely water views *easy walk to the shops and the beach *the table tennis table was the hit for all the family *super well stocked kitchen. Ample glasses, plates, cutlery and all the appliances you will need. Unlike some places where you only get 4 of everything, the kitchen has ample crockery and cutlery so you can run the dishwasher when it’s full, not half full! *lovely garden seeing *dog friendly! *very comfy beds A perfect family getaway!

Lovely getaway and great location

Lovely propertywith super comfy beds and linen! My husband and two doggos visited over the long weekend and we loved being close to an off-leash dog park (15 min walk) at hillview community reserve. The house is equipped with all the necessary items and the property is secure for dogs to run around the back and front yards, we also loved that there was a doggy door! Shops and beach are a few mins drive. did find a bit of dust under the bed (husband experienced some asthma) hence why we checked. Jan was lovely to talk to and accommodated our last minute change of plans to have friends join us for one night! Great experience overall :)

Pawfect getaway!

The Gulls Dromana Beach House property is the perfect place to get away with your four legged friend and family. Quiet street with huge fully fenced backyard and a nice deck to relax about in the sunshine. Host had put in some little touches too for when we arrived (dog loved his biscuits!). House is tastefully decorated in beach theme (as pictured), clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. We didn't have a chance to use facilities downstairs (table tennis table and board games) as we enjoyed the plenty of nearby beautiful coastal walks, lovely cafes and restaurants (which again were dog friendly!). Will certainly recommend to friends and family and will be returning.

My family had a beach house in Dromana for 30 years and Dromana was part of my childhood. When the property was sold, as my parents found it difficult to maintain, I knew that I always wanted to buy a home in this special place. In 2007 I was lucky enough to find a house that ticked all the boxes. My idea was that I wanted to create a house that I could enjoy as well as others. I wanted it to provide everything for a holiday so that guests didn't have to load up their car with 'just in cases'!!! I have endeavored to set The Gulls Dromana up as such a retreat and look forward to sharing it with you.
