Tombarra 5C lägenhet

Pristeen lägenhet - smakfullt inredda med fantastisk utsikt över bergen, bara 2 minuters promenad till centrum eller 5 minuter till dalterminalen. (Busshållplats utanför enheten).

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng med plasma-tv och dvd. Vårt andra sovrum innehåller en dubbelsäng och två singlar med plasma-tv och dvd.

Vi har ett mycket funktionellt badrum och två toaletter, tillsammans med en torktumlare och tvättmaskin. Köket / familjerummet vetter mot en balkong med grillmöjligheter och ett torkskåp. Vår lägenhet är uppvärmd så det är varmt och mysigt.

Vid ingången till byggnaden har vi också en lock-bur för skidor och snowboards. Vår lägenhet har också en egen parkeringsplats intill ytterdörren.

Unit was perfect for our group of 4. ( could have had 2 more if you wanted)Heaters worked fantastic, 2 x toiles were big plus we were surprised to find the lounge turned into double bed so we had 3 room option. The unit is fully stocked with everything needed.Is so close to everything it’s the best place to stay. We will definitely look to rebook for next year.There were a few minor issues but the host replied straight away and the issues sorted. One major plus for us was Sat night fireworks- great vantage point and the BOOM through the village is mind blowing.

Great property in perfect location

We loved the location and size of the property. Very clean and easy to check in. Up a few flights of stairs. A smart TV would have been amazing as it rained for most of our stay.

Great family apartment for a snow trip

The apartment was warm and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults, a teen & 10 year old. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we were able to cook our meals easily. Comfy beds. Handy drying cupboard and easy access, secure, ski storage on the ground floor. The apartment is on the third floor so there are quite a few stairs, but not a problem for us. The only downside was that we didn’t receive the check in details and had some trouble contacting the host. It was all sorted and we got in with no problem and loved our stay.

Great location

Close to everything in the village and the bus which got us to the Gondala and Friday Flat very easily. Also could watch the Saturday night fireworks from the balcony which was great for the kids!

Comfortable & Convenient

Tombarra 5C was a lovely comfortable stay for our family of 5 in Thredbo for 5 days. It’s conveniently located in the village with a shuttle bus stop directly outside the apartments going to the village and Friday flats ski area. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and the heating works really well! The ski locker downstairs is a godsend not having to cart it up 3 levels of stairs. We’ll be back!

Cosy and Convenient!

The apartment had enough space for two young families. The kids loved seeing the mountain views and birds in the morning. We could see the fireworks from the living room over the opening weekend. And only a few minutes walking distance from restaurants and Thredbo info centre. Great stay despite no snow in Thredbo. But still possible to drive an hour out to Perisher if snow conditions don’t improve. Would definitely book again!

Relaxing stay

Loved our stay at Tombarra! Close to everything, clean and quiet. Great to have a parking spot for the car and somewhere to store the bikes. The only suggestions would be a coffee pod machine and flyscreens to the windows to keep the flies/moths out. Many thanks Kym for a fabulous holiday!

Thredbo break

This was a perfect base for our stay in Thredbo. Really well fitted out, clean and very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the mountain. We particularly appreciated the kitchen that has everything you could need, and many essential cooking items provided. The host was easy to communicate with, and was happy to accommodate a small change in the booking at short notice.

Perfect spot for a weekend on the slopes

Well set out apartment with plenty of little touches to make for a very easy stay. Great view of the mountain and a short hop to the Kosci lift!
