Koppla av en helg / några dagar i ett lugnt och bekvämt hem. Toccoa är en liten GA-stad, tror fortfarande på pittoreska butiker, vänlig service och god mat. (till och med ett gratis country / jazzband som spelar i centrum varje lördagskväll under vissa månader) 30 mil från Helen och sedan är du djupt i bergen. Vintern kan tappa ett par tum snö, sommaren ger mycket solsken. Toccoa faller 5 minuter bort, Tallulah-ravinen 27 mil. 30 miles nästan varje riktning och du är i bergen. Cyklister välkomna !! Det finns en brännvatten om du vill ha en avkopplande kväll eld. Det finns också en gasgrill i skjulet. (Om du föredrar en koleld, finns det en liten kolgrill också)

Perfect for our Toccoa visit

Wonderful stay in a beautiful locale

Hardy is a phenomenal host, and his home is a sweet little place tucked away in a gorgeous area. Our family of 5 had everything we needed while we were there for a couple of days and each time we left and came back it was like coming home again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Hardy!

Perfect Location

We stayed here for my son's wedding at Flat Rock Farm. The location was within walking distance which was super convenient. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. We especially liked that our fur family could join us. The house was super clean and we had a pleasant stay.

Mother’s Day Weekend Girl’s Trip!

My mother, sister, daughters and I came into town to spend Mother’s Day weekend with my recently widowed stepmom. The home was the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Will hopefully stay there again for future visits.

Home away from home once again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Once again everything was wonderful. Hardy is so easy to communicate with and makes sure that you have everything you need for your stay. Our dogs love the huge, fenced-in yard, and the location is great- very quiet. We come to Toccoa to visit family, and look to stay in this property every time. Thanks again!

Perfect Place

This cozy, comfortable cottage was the perfect setting for my sisters and me. We attended my granddaughter's wedding at Toccoa Falls. The cottage was in close proximity to everything. Our host outdid himself to make sure we had everything we might need. We loved staying there.

Perfect Stay

This is an incredible home and such an incredible host! Hardy was communicative and understanding. We felt well taken care of the entire time. The home is spacious for the family and has a nice fenced in yard for pets. The home is a close drive to multiple places in the area. I could not recommend this place enough! Absolutely must stay. Perfect home away from home

We've stayed at this location twice now, and probably will again! The place is clean, the accommodations are just what we need and the area is beautiful as well. The owner couldn't be nicer! We appreciate how much he does to make his guests feel comfortable.

Happy Dog

I think the Dog enjoy it the most. She could not get enough of playing in the fence yard that was very large. As for the humans in our party it was just a time to relax and get away from our tourist town. This was our first Vrbo experience and it was a good one.

Great place, really quiet, with everything we needed. Fenced front yard that the dogs loved, very few cars on the road. Hardy was fantastic, and communication was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Spot in Toccoa

We were there for a wedding and it was a great spot in Toccoa. Hardy was very thorough in his instructions and was there to answer any questions. House was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Will definitely stay there again in our next visit to Toccoa!

We loved our stay

The property manger was SO easy to work with. I loved that milk, bread and eggs were provided, definitely made things easier for our first morning. Loved the fire pit and having wood provided. Loved the fenced in area for our fur baby to be able to run and not have to be on leash. The shower was cool. :) If I had to give any suggestions, it would be, if our stay was longer I would have liked to have somewhere to hang our clothes. For the amount of nights we stayed (3), living out of our bags was okay. Thank you for you hospitality. If we are ever back in the area , we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!

Thanks for a Great Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was stocked with anything you could think of. The location was perfect because it was approximately one mile from the College where we were dropping off our son and close to Helen where we took our dogs tubing. There was also plenty of yard and quiet streets to walk our dogs.

I am originally from South Africa and have lived in the United States for almost 30 years. In my younger days I backpacked around the world for several years. I enjoyed and can relate to staying in different places with many different hosts. I look forward to providing the same experiences to my guests. I enjoy motorcycle riding in and around the Toccoa area. There are many curvy and mountainous roads to choose from providing beautiful vistas and scenery. I enjoy life and try to live everyday to the fullest sharing adventures or ideas with other like minded people. Feel free to reach out if you would like some suggestions on points of interest, rides, restaurants or scenic routes.
After staying at my place I think you would agree that I go over and above any other place or VRBO you have ever stayed at before.

House is located on a very quiet, dead end road, 5 minutes from town, 2 minutes from a beautiful park, 4 minutes from spectacular Toccoa Falls, 30 minutes from Tallulah Gorge and hiking trails all around. 45 minutes to stunning Helen (German town) 40 minutes in almost any direction and you are in the Smokey mountains. Great location for any motorcycle enthusiasts. Many hiking or biking trails in the area.
