Perfect for game day

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the University, making it incredibly convenient for my visit. The place itself was beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts of home with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Very Satisfied

Paul and Brandon were very helpful. The Property is close to the the University which is where we needed to be. Paul help us with all request and question very quickly. All and all our stay was very nice.

Paul's place in Syracuse

Myself and my 2 buddies had a great time staying at Paul's. Were there to see Syracuse vs Notre Dame. Close to stadium ( 20 minute walk). Apartment was clean and tidy and cleaning lady and Rahim were very helpful and friendly. Other than enough cooking and drinking vessels and basics such as salt and pepper, 5 star experience. Will definitely be back next year to see another football game. Go Orange!!!

We needed a place to stay while traveling around Syracuse for the weekend as a place with a bed to crash it did do that barely. The upstairs rental part has ZERO control over heat as the thermostat is in the downstairs rental half, No real heat in the bathroom so showers in the morning were in a cold air space. Steap narrow stairs to get upstairs. The fridge had previous persons stuff in it, same with kitchen cabinets (open packages of food). Needs working roku remote to even turn on the TV (was dead when we got there). The building is a old college split appartment setup that has seen better days and they look to be fixing it up, wish them luck but we will not be back.

Fantastic Property Manager but....

I actually couldn't stay at this location because they gave this property to another guest because what that person had reserved needed deep cleaning. The property manager acted swiftly to put me in that other property, which had just been deep cleaned. I appreciated his prompt ability to set me up in another property so quickly and his genuine care that I would be OK.. His other property was a very good match to the online listing, so I'm going to assume this one is as well. Judging by the cleanliness of the other property, I would think that they keep all of their properties in good condition. This property was in a nicer neighborhood than the other property and looked good from the outside.

Six week stay in Syracuse

The apartment is well located, within easy walking distance of Syracuse University, two grocery stores, a coffee shop, and a bar. The apartment was clean and quiet. The owner was responsive to all questions and requests. I had a good stay.

Convenient location and lots of space inside! We did have to call to get the check-in info, but otherwise a great stay! Very cozy apartment for a short or long stay, just remember to bring your own toiletries.

Great spot to visit daughter at syracuse

I needed a longer rental to visit my daughter at syracuse. The location was exactly 1 mile away. Communicating with Paul was easy. I got in late and the lights were on. The apartment is minimally but adequately stocked. The temperature was toasty and I run hot so a quick text and he lowered it remotely. Parking is super convenient and I felt safe staying by myself. There’s a cool beer hall with food trucks a block away and access to freeways and the university are only a minute away. Hoping I can stay here again on my next visit!
