Yabby Shack Àr en mycket bekvÀm och prisvÀrd sjöstuga. Det Àr en kort promenad till sjön, stranden, bowlingklubben och lokala affÀrer. Sitt ute pÄ dÀck och njut av en avkopplande vistelse. Med stranden och sjön nÄgra minuters promenad bort Àr du garanterad att ha en trevlig dag, antingen fiske eller simning, bÄtliv eller bara fÄnga upp en bra bok pÄ stranden. Den lokala Bowls Club Àr ett mÄste för en riktigt trevlig och prisvÀrd mÄltid. Rainbow Beach i Bonny Hills ligger bara en kort bilresa bort. Luta dig tillbaka under de viskande Sheoaksna och njut av atmosfÀren. Port Macquarie ligger bara upp pÄ vÀgen dÀr du kan hÀmta lite shopping, ta in en restaurang eller café pÄ porten och njut av det mest bekvÀma klimatet pÄ östkusten. Egentligen har hela omrÄdet mycket att erbjuda. Det finns nÄgra fantastiska enheter och promenader i vÀst med nÄgon kÀnd gammal stad som Wauchope och Comboyne att besöka. Hur som helst ..... som vi sa ... luta dig tillbaka, slappna av och varva ner !!!

Chill and very homely stay

We absolutely loved the Yabby Shack. From the first impression to the and of the whole stay it delivered on every part of our needs. Less than 400m walk to the water and also a great coffee van that served Campos coffee!!!! The nice touches of having games available and coffee machines with pods was appreciated greatly. Would stay again for sure. The communication was very prompt

Everything you need for a comfortable stay

This is our third time staying at The Yabby Shack. The check in is so easy and the hosts are friendly and easy to contact. It is spacious enough for our family. Lots of little extras that mean you have everything you need eg. toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing tables, dishwashing liquid, board games etc. Thanks for having us again.

Great place to stay!!

Such a great property! Location is amazing, so central to the water, shops and the bowling club. Property is great, just as listed and communication with the owner was great!! 100% recommend to anyone to stay there and we will be back for sure.

Great location

We could walk everywhere we wanted to go - to the family celebration, the lake, the beach, the shops. A very well equipped kitchen. Notes everywhere for any questions you might be planning on asking the host. Particularly helpful was the one about the noisy timber in the home. Assured us it was safe.

Perfect stay to attend a nearby family occasion

This was a great house for five of us to stay to attend family celebrations at Lake Cathie Tav and my family's home nearby. We weren't at the house a lot but it was very comfortable when we were. Very easy to obtain the keys in a lock box, although another bunch of keys took a bit of fumbling to work out what keys went with what locks. It wasn't a problem for us to have to provide our own linen and towels. David, the host, was great with communication and information. Thank you so much for a very convenient and comfortable stay.

Great location and Family friendly

We have stayed at The Yabby Shack before. It’s great for us as we can come together as 2-3 families, eat together and have our own space. The main bathroom doubles as an ensuite in the main bedroom. Only draw back, I forgot to bring my own linens. Luckily, the local Woolworths has a good supply.

Quick trip back home.

Quiet street,but close to everything.The house is very homely and spacious.plenty of room to take a large family.all facilities at the property were clean,working and good to go.clear instructions around the place also.we really loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and to walk out onto the back deck and see water was a really good way to start the day.Thankyou David and family.

This property was very close (4 mins) from where we needed to be in Lake Cathie and so was excellent. The kitchen had everything one could possibly want and more. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample hot water for our group of 5. I tripped and broke an item and when I told the host David he could not have been nicer about it which made me feel so much better. Our group was aged from 7-78 years.

Lovely Spot

We stayed at the Yabby Shack whilst visiting some family in the area. The location is wonderful. Great views of the water from upstairs. You enter the house upstairs where the living and kitchen annd bathroom are joined by two bedrooms. The downstairs is reached by an external staircase off the rear balcony, which did separate our family members a fair bit. While it’s an older feeling property, the decor is cheerful and is happy and relaxing. Id definitely recommend it to people who want to enjoy the seaside location on a budget.
