Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here!! The checking was smooth… they left us in early and also let us stay late… so that was great!! The showers and the beds are great! And everything else is comfortable… the backyard had the big tree taken down now.. so it s perfect for sitting out in the sun and enjoying Florida..

Convenient location

Great location

Overall a nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only dissatisfaction was extremely slow internet and tv’s are very dated.

Ringling Park House

Ed's house was as described. It was very clean. The location and proximity to downtown Sarasota is great. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood which is very quiet. Nice place to stay.

Comfortable home close to everything in Sarasota

The home was older but well appointed. The yard could have used a some cleaning but everything else was great. It was close to everything we needed. The owner was responsive to our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

We stayed here when our daughter moved into Ringling College. Lovely home, cozy, plenty of room and close to everything. Ed was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs, a great host. The only suggestion I have is to install blinds in the first bedroom on left and master bath.

A superb holiday in a magnificent location

We really appreciated the warm welcome Ed gave us, and we enjoyed this beautiful, superbly equipped house with all the comforts we needed, and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Thank you for the table football, we had a great time! This beautiful house is very well situated in SARASOTA, an extraordinary town! We hope to come back one day.

Perfect spot

This house was fantastic. Plenty of room for the family, great location, and very pet friendly, including a fenced in back yard. I loved the neighborhood setting but being only blocks away from the bustle of downtown. Easy trip to the beach too. Great recreation activities within walking distance with the legacy trail and payne park.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay in this house in Sarasota. It was clean and inviting with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. It was not far from the beaches or shopping districts and had a combiner location to the non-tourist part of town as well. Off the beaten path in a quite neighborhood which we appreciated after long days at the race course. Thanks for an amazing stay and gracious hospitality.

Friendly Neighborhood

This 50's house has been updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. The layout was perfect for us, a max of five adults and one Labrador.

Great location, great space

We had an excellent stay. Ed’s place is inviting and had so much entertaining space. It would’ve been great to take advantage of all this great house has to offer, but we were only in for a brief stay to attend a graduation. We did get to Siesta Key though. The location is perfect - close to everything! Ed was a great host. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Great property

We were in town for a wedding this past weekend and stayed at this location for 3 nights. It was perfect in every way! The property looks just like the pictures. It was very clean, and the host, Ed, was very responsive to any questions I had. He also was accepting of a request I had. We definitely would stay here again!!

Accurate as advertised

Quiet neighborhood but very close to main roads.Older home but very clean, spacious, plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Clean modern appliances. Nice backyard seating area. Flat sidewalk walk to downtown 1.2 miles.
