Comfy, hemtrevlig och bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd till staden och Norwood. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och gott om skåpförvaring. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har en matsal för 4 personer, 2 sits soffa och armstol. Det finns en 42 "plattskärms-TV. NETFLIX finns, njut av gratis filmer och de senaste tv-serierna. Det andra sovrummet har en dag säng och skrivbord. En privat innergård trädgård med grill komplett med off street parkering gör fastigheten mycket säker.
Det finns ett café direkt över vägen som serverar bra kaffe och lätta luncher under arbetsveckan! Ett ljuvligt veganskt uttag, The Lost Deli, 100 meter bort, serverar den bästa vegetariska maten någonsin och är öppen till frukost och lunch 5 dagar i veckan inklusive lör och sol. MYCKET NORWOOD! I andra riktningen bara 200 meter är en restaurang, Villeroys för middagsservice, utmärkt och mycket rimligt. Det gör också frukost och lunch. Men självklart har Parade ganska möjligen det bästa utbudet av restauranger och kaféer i Adelaide, bara 20 minuters promenad bort.

Absolutely Perfect

This place has it all. It was perfectly located for our needs on our recent trip to Adelaide, and we were able to park the car and walk a lot of the time. From checking in to check out it was all perfect. Loved walking into the place and enjoying some relaxed tunes playing it really set the tone for our trip. The artwork TV was a great hit with Miss 8 (and us too) as well as all of the smart home features. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed during our stay, including a coffee machine. We have stayed at a lot of self-contained places as a family of 3 and this one is by far up there with the best we have ever stayed at. Its a beautiful property and styled so well too. We would def look to stay here again should we be back in Adelaide.

Australian Masters Games

We were in Adelaide for 8 nights competing in the AMG. Our accommodation was perfect for our stay. Off street parking, close to shops and Restaurants and pretty close to the CBD. Our host was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great vibe, great stay

Stylish and practical, this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara was great to deal with and on point with clear messages and helpful tips for the area. This really did feel like a home away from home. Loved the location, especially with the parklands and botanic gardens close by and loads of cafe choices.

Great place.

Was a very well presented property and the owner was fantastic to deal with. Shed for off street parking was a bonus. Everything that you could want for a stay was there. Highly recommend and will be back

Canadian Cyclists

We spent a week in this cozy home which is situated in a great location, very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped with more than enough to do your breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were also able to do our laundry before heading on our cycle tour. It was so convenient to walk to Rundle Mall, Botanic Gardens, shopping for groceries, the list goes on. And, if you happen to get bikes, the Linear Park trails are nearby. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Cosy, quiet and close to city

Great weekend away, quiet, comfy beds and great host who turned on appliances in readiness for our late arrival. Really appreciated the closed in garage electric roller door, as it rained most of the weekend.

Cosy Cottage

We booked for 3 nights, but stayed an extra night because it was just so relaxing. It is close to the city centre and Norwood Parade for shopping and dining out. The cottage itself was very comfortable with an exceptionally good bed which ensured a good nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This property is in a fab location you can walk to the CBD and Norwood is a short walk with everything you could need. The property has everything you could need for a relaxing comfortable stay. We are definitely staying here again

Fantasic Property!!

We stayed at Picola for a recent visit to Adelaide from Kangaroo Island. Coming from the country we were impressed with how quiet the area was even though it was so close to the city and surrounds. You get exactly what you see in the photos and it is perfect. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided and Barbara is easily contacted if you need anything. The bonus for if you have your car or a hire vehicle is the remote control fully secure garage so your car is safe a night. It made a stressful medical appointment visit so much nicer and relaxed. Mum was easily able to get around the cottage and felt safe at all times even when going in and outside. There is a gorgeous little private courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the sun. We would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Adelaide and we will definitely be back next time we are in Adelaide. Thank you Barbara it was fantastic , Caroline, Peter, and Emily. :) :) :)

I am originally from New Zealand, but I have lived here for over 40 years. I LOVE Australia, I adore Adelaide, and am especially fond of Norwood, which just gets better by the year.

The cottages have been tastefully renovated in a European style, French/Italian. The outside is rendered and intended to be Italian, but my decorating style is French. You can do that in Australia.

I like to think my artistic flair is reflected in the decor of my home and my rental cottage. I take pride in maintaining a home-away-from-home experience for my guests. I give my guests all the privacy they require whilst being conveniently located at the adjoining property, should you require assistance. Mi Casa Su Casa (my home is your home)
