Comfortable stay

This is a very comfortable property and in a good location if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle. It was great for self catering and the buggy was fantastic. The communication in regard to pick up and stop off was also very good and made things easy

Wonderful 4 night stay at Frangipani Apts

Fantastic 4 night stay at the Frangipani apartments - what a wonderful place Hamilton Island is, picturesque, well laid out, well facilitated and a truly beautiful place. Lots of interesting places to visit with some amazing wildlife on the doorstep. Will definitely be back!

Dream Location

The location was perfection, so convenient to everything and the views are spectacular. We even saw a whale from the balcony one day. The check-in process and transport to/from airport so so easy. The internet was unreliable - would drop out consistently, and there is a spa in the room that wasn't working which my kids were disappointed about. We had a wonderful time regardless and will definitely be back.

A great stay

Great property with huge spa bath in main bedroom. Excellent views, clean, every thing you need is there. As it comes with a buggy this makes a relaxing holiday so easy.

Hamilton Island stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frangipani apartment. It was spacious with uncompromised views of the sea. While little outdated, the apartment was exceptionally clean and we felt well looked after. Until next time.

The location and scenery are wonderful.

We stayed for 4 days, but we couldn't make a reservation at the restaurant on the island during the race week, so we enjoyed BBQ and cooking. It was comfortable to have a kitchen and a BBQ grill.

Apartment was perfect! But only thing missing was a wine/bottle opener which is needed.

Would definitely return to this lovely apartment and the pool was quiet and I think best pool at resort! Thank you 😊 must do which we enjoyed the Passage Pass walk to enjoy view with exercise.

Super comfortable gem of an apartment.

We loved the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. We were so impressed at all of the equipment they had for our toddler. It made the whole process so easy. The kitchen was well stocked, everything worked and was thoughtfully provisioned for. A great location too.

Fantastic property.

As a family of four travelling to Hamilton Island for the first time, we were not disappointed with this property. From pick up at the airport to leaving, it was great. The view was absolutely stunning and the visits from the wildlife was so special. The only area for improvement would be to have the outside area over the glass barrier cleaned of bird feces as from what we could see, it was the only property like this. It certainly would not stop me staying here again or recommeding but maybe nice for future guests.

Great stay in perfect location

This property was perfect for us, both in size and amenities. Being on the second floor at the end of the building made it quieter. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils required for our stay. The balcony furniture was perfect to eat outside and enjoy the views. The beach was the other side of the road and having use of a buggy to get around and shop was perfect. We stayed 5 nights and had sunshine for a day and a half followed by torrential rain for 3 days. Being in a spacious apartment made this bearable compared to being coupled up in a hotel room. Thanks 👍

Hamilton Island Getaway

Our week's stay was fantastic. We were picked up at the airport and transported to the unit. Our driver explained how to use the buggy (included) and then toured us through the rental unit. When you enter you immediately see the beautiful ocean and the Whitsunday islands through the patio doors. The unit is spacious and well laid out. We found everything we needed for the week in the unit. Hamilton Island is a gem. The week flew by too fast. We were transported to the airport at the end of our stay. We hope to return.

As described and photographed. Perfect location.

Spacious apartment on top level, quiet end of Catseye Beach. Spectacular views. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for self catering. Buggy was also appreciated. Lots of bird life. A few minor issues like blown lights and a noisy AC that sounds like it needs servicing. Otherwise fantastic! Pick up valet service was also seamless and was able to keep buggy for the day after check out as flight was early pm. Very happy thanks Brett.

Christmas at Hamilton

We love hamilton island and have visited many times. We always stay at Lagoon or Frangipani. This apartment is nice but needed a bit of maintenance. The cupboard in the kitchen were coming off and the TV bracket was loose and the TV tilted. Hamo rentals were very good at fixing the defects promptly and their staff were helpful. The buggy was quite fast but the battery didn’t work and it went into repair and was fixed. Overall we had a good stay. There were a number of kids activities on the island leading up to Christmas- but they sort of died down on 25, 26 and 27 December.

Home away from home

On arrival we were greeted by a really nice guy at the airport who explained everything and handed us our keys to the apartment and buggy. The only downside was our buggy died within an our of our arrival. I finally got onto someone and within 5 mins they brought out a replacement buggy and we were on our way again. The apartment was very nice, very clean, spacious, and equipt with everything you could possibly need, hairdryer, shampoo, and there was a little milk on arrival. The view from your lounge and bedroom was absolutely spectacular. I will mention, you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs so if you have trouble with your legs then this apartment is not for you. My only gripe was the pillows were to flat for us and having 2 pillows together was to high..so if l could suggest anything to the owner.. providing all soft, medium, and firm pillows that will suit all that stay. Other than that...I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay, as it was very comfortable, just wish we stayed more than 5 nights, but we will definitely come back and stay here again. As for things to do, we highly recommend the sunset dinner cruise which was amazing, and the morning half day cruise out to white haven beach. Well worth it.
