We had a wonderful stay at Gerard’s place!! He was so kind and was able to let us check in late since we arrived in Paris at night. The five flights of stairs was tough with our large luggages but we were already aware that the apartment had no elevators. Gerard gave us a tour of the place and really made us feel at home! The apartment had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Location was very convenient, close to the metro, lots of cute shops, and restaurants. Gerard even sent us off during checkout and waited with me until my uber picked me up. I would love to visit again!!

This apartment is just adorable and close to everything necessary! Our host showed us how everything worked and even helped with our luggage. He left maps of where good local markets and restaurants were! You can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen!!! Very happy with our stay!

If you can, please stay here! The apartment was small but so perfect and in a good location. Gerard was the absolute sweetest host! Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay!

Perfect location and nice flat. Gerard was a very kind host and very attentive/easy to get a hold of. Just a warning that the bathroom is a tight fit but other than that the place is very spacious.

Excellent spot in Paris!

Steps to transit and the whole place was excellent! You can get anywhere in Paris within 30 mins by train and the apartment is furnished with many guides and booklets with information about Paris. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Paris Apartment

Our 5 night stay at Gerard’s apartment was wonderful. It was cozy, clean and very French! The bed was amazingly comfortable!!! Nice location too! Gérard is a sweetheart! Our entire stay was lovely!

Warm and welcoming

Gerard, the owner, was very helpful and hospitable, and very responsive to communications before, during and after our visit. The apartment is comfortable and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it!

This property and its owners, Gérard and Marylène, elevated our two-week stay in Paris from great to wonderful. Gérard and Marylène genuinely care for their guests and ensure all their needs are taken care of. We can't wait to return!

great stay

hosts were clear, communicative and available for anything we needed. the apartment is a classic 5 floor parisian walk up with very small shower but good hot water. very comfortable and convenient. we would come back for another stay.

Accueillant!

Gerard etait le hote le plus accueillant pendant tout mon sejour en France cet ete. (Gerard was the most hospitable host I’ve encountered during the entirety of my stay in France this summer.) He even helped to find me a taxi to my next location.
