Gorgeous Caribbean 2 sovrum Condo W / Spectacular Ocean View

Vackra, fullt utrustade och nyligen renoverade, två sovrum, 1700 kvadratmeter, duplex villa i Saint Croix, den största och mest varierade av USA Jungfruöarna.

Den bostadsrätt är i bra skick, men det mest fantastiska funktionen är fri utsikt från vardagsrummet och utanför balkongen: staden Christiansted en mil ner en outvecklad sluttning, vågorna bryter över korallreven utanför kusten, och en yta av vatten varierar i färg från turkos till djup blå. Buck Island och dess vita stränder kan ses i öster, och å ofta klara dagar, så kan Saint John och Brittiska Jungfruöarna, cirka 40 miles över Karibien i norr. Segelbåtar guppar i hamnen och varje timme under dagen sjöflygplan kan ses tar fart för 20-minuters flygning till Saint Thomas.

Förutom en färgstark, välfylld kök, innefattar enheten en matsal, vardagsrum och halv badrum på övervåningen, och två sovrum - en av dem en mycket stor mästare med en separat toalettbord - två fulla bad och en utomhus atrium på lägre nivå. Enheten är perfekt för en familj på 4-6, för två par (förutsatt att de umgås), eller för ett par som vill ha en större än vanligt utrymme för sig själva.

An amazing stay in paradise!

Rob and Melinda's condo is beautiful and just the perfect place to come home to after scuba diving, lounging on various beaches, or sailing to Buck Island. It's spacious and open and we couldn't believe how cool it was with the winds up on the hill. We had everything we needed and Rob's suggestions were great. We cooked in about 50% of dinner and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We had our toddler with us, so we chose beaches with amenities rather than secluded paradise, but Rob pointed us in the right direction every time. A sail on Teroro to Buck Island is a must-do for the whole family! The blizzard that hit NYC kept us in STX for several extra days and Rob was amazingly flexible with our departure due to when his arrival was. The people of St Croix are wonderful and friendly and you can't beat the rum and "don't hurry" attitude. We definitely look forward to our next trip to St Croix.

Fabulous St. Croix Condo!

This was our first visit to St. Croix and we had such a great time! Lovely island and lovely people. We loved the condo we rented! It was in such a great location. Easy for getting around the entire island. And the view! The terrace off the living room has the most amazing view. We loved having drinks there looking out over Christiansted with the bay and the lights at night. The condo has everything you need from beach chairs to a stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. Their condo manager, Shelley is wonderful. She will take good care of you and help with any questions. She even met us at the airport to help us get home the first afternoon. Driving on the left was a little strange at first but it gets easier! Thanks to Rob and Melinda for sharing their lovely home with us. We highly recommend this rental! We hope to be back soon ourselves!

Great Location in St. Croix

We spent a wonderful week at Rob's condo for our family's summer vacation in St. Croix. It is conveniently located close to Christiansted (with a great view) and a short drive from many great beaches and other activities. It was very clean, included lots of very useful and thoughtful touches, and was comfortable for a family with two adults and two teenagers. Rob was great throughout the process and it was obvious from our interactions with him and some of the owners in the complex that he is a very attentive and caring VRBO owner. Also thanks to Shelley for meeting us nearby when my GPS wasn't working to make sure we located the condo and got into it OK. We would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip to St. Croix or recommend it to others going to St. Croix. St. Croix is a wonderful choice for a vacation. Don't miss: Snorkeling Buck Island reef, the Fredriksted pier, Cane Bay, and Tamarind Reef Resort; fine dining, island-style, for dinners and Sunday brunch at Ziggy's Market; the beer drinking pigs at the Domino Club; and more great beaches than we could visit in 10 days. We love all of the USVIs (and BVIs) but St. Croix is an almost perfect combination of the beauty of St. John with the amenities (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) of St. Thomas.

Slice of paradise with all the amenities of home!

St. Croix is stunningly beautiful and the DeRockers condo is in the center of it all, located a short 5 minute drive from the historic Christiansted. The Island is magical. We woke up each morning and savored breakfast on the balcony, with sunny skies, and a deep Caribbean blue ocean. The condo was immaculate, with two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each with well appointed ensuites. Upstairs we appreciated all the amenities of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, large dinning area and table, third bathroom, plus separate living room including the balcony and a BBQ. Melinda and Rob's condo is located on a hill, allowing the ocean breeze to cool the apartment. I would highly recommend the condo for that reason alone. We never required AC and were especially appreciative of the breeze during the evening. In addition, Melinda and Rob are wonderful owners and provided us with invaluable tips and recommendations of where to go. Highlights for us were, Carambola Beach Resort and The Buck Island Catamaran Sail with Captain Heinz. We also had a superb meal at Rowdy Joes, close to Cane Bay. We would highly recommend The DeRockers condo and plan to be back in July!

Fantastic view of Christiansted Harbor! Clean and comfortable... Lots of space. Perfect for 4 people, with room for kids on floor / airbed. Central location, and short drive to virtually anywhere.

Excellent. Great property. Fantastic view. Car rental is a must to see the island. Try to avoid

Air con. Trade winds compensate well. Midterm maid is good idea. St Croix is on its way back!

This is a very nice 2 bedroom condo

This is a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 story condo overlooking Christiansted on St. Croix. Rob (the owner) worked with us at the last minute before our vacation since the house we rented had no electricity due to Hurricane Maria. He was excellent to deal with and his property manager met us at the condo when we arrived and showed us around. It is very conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was clean and roomy. For anyone looking to stay away from resorts and rather have a condo for vacation, I would highly recommend this property. The pool was very nice and when we were there for our 10 day stay, it was never crowded. The facility has a full backup generator in the event power is out but we were lucky and had power restored when we arrived. Rob seems like a very nice person and was easy to deal with. Give it a try.....you will like it!!

memorable time with family in St. Croix

We spent a week in the beautiful condo in Questa Verde, aptly named overlooking Christiansted in St. Croix. Our daughter and granddaughter came with us and we had such wonderful times with them enjoying the pool, going to nearby sites and spending time with our daughter and her family who reside on the island. This is our third time using the condo and it won't be our last.

Wonderful condo and view! Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this condo for our recent vacation from Colorado to St Croix. Rob is wonderful - very attentive and responsive to questions about the condo and the area. You can't beat the view that you wake up to every day for morning coffee. We will be back my 8 1/2 year old twins had a blast and keep asking when are we going back. We would recommend this condo to our friends, family and anyone else wanting a nice and relaxing vacation on a beautiful island. The condo's layout is perfect having the two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and then the upstairs being separate with a 1/2 bath and kitchen, dining area, living room and deck. Great after putting the girls down we could go relax upstairs and have a glass of wine. Location is great centrally located and can get to different beaches and restaurants very easily. Thanks again Rob for everything talk to you soon when we are ready to come back! The Martin Family

Home away from home

I used to think Disney set the benchmark for customer service, but the bar has been raised. Long before we arrived in St. Croix we received a plethora of information providing insightful tips of where to dine, what to see, and how to get around. We were warmly greeted at the airport, and guided back to our accommodations, and given a thorough overview of the amenities. The view is arguably one of the best, and relaxing on the veranda was phenomenal at sunrise every morning. The kitchen was appropriately outfitted with all of the cookware you could need, and gear for the beach was at our disposal, which proved helpful when we went exploring. We never had to worry about our belongings, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very comfortable. We certainly look forward to returning, but next time it will be for more than a week!

This is a HOME away from home!

My friends and family came down to St.Croix to visit with family and get away from the cold in MN. We will be staying at Queste Verde when we come back! We walked in to an amazing view of the ocean, it was clean, beautiful, and we had more than even needed in the condo. The customer service was outstanding, Rob, was very easy to stay in touch with and helped get us exactly what we needed. I recommend Queste Verde to anyone that is planning on visiting St.Croix, you are central on the island and everything is easy to get to. Aside from enjoying the on site pool, we visited Point Udall, hiked Jack and Isaac's bay, visited the beer drinking pigs at Norma's, snorkeled many bays around the island, went to Buck Island via Big Beard's Tours, and simply enjoyed hanging out on the boardwalk in downtown Christiansted. I highly recommend attending the crab races on the boardwalk when you are there, fun, and kid friendly experience. Can't wait to go back!

Great Time Had By All

Our family recently got the wonderful opportunity to explore the beautiful island of St. Croix and stay in this adorable condo. As many have stated, the condo is beautifully decorated with an island feel, is clean, and has EVERYTHING you need. It truly felt like home for the five days we were on island. We grilled on the balcony, cooked breakfast every morning, and were so grateful for the boogie board and play toys for our 6 year old son. My husband, adult daughter and I also enjoyed a game night thanks to the board games, dominos and playing cards at the condo. And the view is wonderful every morning to wake up to with a cup of coffee! We did many activities while we were there including beach days, snorkeling at Buck Island, crab races, bioluminescent tours, touring the Fort, and a fun evening BBQ on the beach. The information at the condo allowed us to coordinate these activities easily and we were so grateful to have beach towels readily at hand for any trip. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a home feel while on vacation. The owner is very helpful and arranges a person to greet you at the airport and ensure you get to the condo easily (while assisting with finding the closest grocery store along the way). We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We (all 6 of us) agree. This place is magical. This was our first trip to STX but will most definitely not be our last. Rob's condo had everything we needed. Of special note THE VIEW! If we never left the place but merely sat on the balcony, that view would do it. But we did leave the place and each day offered a new adventure for our family. Snorkeling at Buck Island, Backyard BBQ and Blues. Carambola Beach and Horseback Riding on Rainbow Beach only scratch the surface. We must go back if only to visit the one thing we missed....the beer drinking pigs. GO!

Incredible Place to Stay - You Should Too!!!

Wow! This was an awesome condo to rent. Every detail was considered and accounted for. Every time my wife and I would say to each other......."Gee, I wonder if they have this", low and behold it was there! Pool and beach toys, snorkeling gear, cooler, beach towels, DVD's books, gas grill, plenty of towels and linens............K71 has it all! Then when we got into the kitchen, spices galore, cleaning supplies, all kitchen gadgets............my wife was impressed. Top all that off with one of the most fun, colorful, tasteful decorated places you will ever see and you will know why this is a great place to visit. We loved it so much that we bought a condo in St. Croix on our visit! We will be moving to this incredible island................one of the best kept secrets in the world. (Just learn how to drive on the left:))

A great way to experience St. Croix

We loved our stay. The condo is in a great location just 5 min out of Christianstead. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. St. Croix is like quiet magic. Easy to get around and the condo is fairly centrally located. We had a great time.

Beautiful Condo with an AMAZING View!

My daughter and I stayed here for 8 days and they were some of the best days of our lives! The Condo has an open feel and airiness that is completely refreshing. Great Kitchen and upstairs living space that opens to a balcony over looking the ocean. The view alone will take your breath away! Other amenities include easy access to the pool and quiet outdoor space. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable, providing all the comforts of home! Pretty centrally located which made it easy to navigate our way to beaches and excursions. You will not regret staying here!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Feels like home!

My husband and myself stayed here for 7-days and absolutely loved it! The neighbors were super friendly and the condo was beautiful! The view from the balcony was breath taking, quiet and so peaceful. This is a great way to get away from all of the hustle and bustle from work and just relax. The condo has everything you need. You have the option to eat out or cook and eat in! Not to mention the Island is beautiful, and has so many thing to do! We met so many locals who took the time to tell the best things to do on the Island! And the owner Rob, is super nice and very helpful! We are going back!

Perfect place to stay with a family

My family of 5 stayed at this beautiful condo for a week. It had every amenity we needed...bedrooms and bathrooms for all, kitchen, grill, and washer and dryer. The condo was spotless, and it was the perfect place to stay for the week. Knowing that we were staying in a condo, we rented a Jeep for the week, and our condo provided the perfect home base as we explored the island. The condo was also the perfect place to relax when you're not ready to get up and go. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Most amazing 'Home away from Home'!!!!!

This home is much much better than the pictures on the website. My husband and I stayed in this condo for a couple of days during our little getaway. It is a beautiful, clean and affordable condo that is strategically located and is close to the beach as well as downtown Christansted etc. It's location up in the mountains brings in a very welcomed breeze throughout the day and night with no problem of Mosquitos at all. The caretaker was also very friendly and lovely and was available to help with any questions we had any time of the day. I would recommend this Condo any time to anyone that is looking for a place to relax and feel like they are in their own home. I will definitely be back .... very soon😊. Covington family

A home away from home

We stayed at this lovely condo for 12 nights and it was a home away from home. Everything you need is readily available from towels to kitchen utensils. A gated community provides a little extra security and the grounds and views are to die for. I look forward to staying again on our next trip.

After selling our apartment in Brooklyn, NY in 2003, we did the next logical thing -- we bought my grandfather’s condo in St. Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Well, it was logical for me, anyway, having visited him there over many years since I was 18. Melinda had quite a different perspective. At first it was ludicrous, even infuriating to her that our fruitless search for a primary home in New York would be followed by the purchase of a secondary one in the Caribbean. Domestic relations got even worse when she saw the condition of the place; in the last 10 years my grandfather had allowed it to get long in the tooth. deteriorate. For an island where the temperature never goes below 70 degrees, there was suddenly a lot of frost in the air. But thanks to the intervention of a mutual friend named Dianna Huber, who visited us in St. Croix that first year and essentially served as marriage counselor, we got through the troubled times and Melinda eventually warmed to the task of renovating it. Every visitor since says she did a fabulous job. You will too.
