Woorim Beach House

Woorim är ett doldt paradis bara 1 timme från Brisbane.

Beach House är idealiskt beläget i en avskild del av Woorim och gränsar till bushland.

Bara en kort promenad från The Beach House tar dig till Bribies sandiga vita stränder som är perfekta för avkoppling, bad, fiske och promenad. Stranden är lugn och har fantastisk utsikt över Caloundra och Moreton Island.

På gångavstånd finns också den lokala surfklubben och butiker. För de yngre familjemedlemmarna är äventyrets lekplats ett måste för alla som hängs upp energi.

Bribie Island är en helt fristående ö och har ett köpcentrum, biograf, medicinska center, kaféer, golfbanor, skålklubbar och utmärkta lokala marknader varje söndag.

Bribie Island är bekvämt beläget för dagsturer till Australia Zoo, Malaney och Montville townships och har ett antal historiska platser. Andra reliker från andra världskriget, såsom vapenplaceringar och observationsställen, är prickade längs ön.

Beach House har allt.

Ett rymligt, modernt, fyra sovrum hem som ligger bara några minuters promenad från Bribie Island berömda stränder. Koppla av i Beach House: s två generösa stora vardagsrum eller stora, täckta utomhus underhållande område som är komplett med en gas grill.

Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, eget badrum, klädkammare och privat tillgång till det underhållande området. Ett andra sovrum har en dubbelsäng, och de återstående två rummen har en dubbelsäng respektive två enkelsängar. Beach House innehåller också en extra rullande säng och en utvikbar soffa i det andra vardagsrummet.

Beach House har ett modernt, fullt utrustat kök med alla föremål som krävs för en stressfri vistelse.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet gränsar till köket och har TV och DVD-spelare. De andra bostadsområdena är en utmärkt reträtt från liv och rörelse och har ett stort utbud av böcker och tidskrifter. Det finns också pussel, spel, ett fotbollsbord, airhockeybord och bordtennis.

Beach House har också ett lock-up garage med plats för ett fordon.

På natten kan du koppla av i The Beach House och njuta av att driva bort till ljudet av kraschar.

Great house close to beach

Enjoyed the flexibility of having two lounge rooms and plenty of extra spots to sit. Well equipped kitchen . Appreciated the games room , books and board games . Overall a fantastic house

Hop, skip and a jump to the beach.

Big house lots of room for for everyone. The games room was a huge hit with the boys. Very quiet street. Beach was just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great sized house and lication

We loved staying at this house. It was large enough to have space from the teenagers (and them from us) but also come together and play table tennis and air hockey. Short walk to pristine beach where I saw dolphins 6 out of 8 days.

Great Property with lots of extra touches

This property was fantastic. Plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out and enjoy themselves. Heaps of activities in the games room and extra kitchen items not usually found in holiday houses. Great proximity to the beach in a quiet neighbourhood.

Great experience for family holiday!

I was looking for a place for myself and my sister to spend a few days together and to do some business in Brisbane. This holiday home was perfect! Myself and my sister were able to take in Bribie and get our business done as well! Thankyou for the great experience, will definitely be returning!

Beach house retreat

From a safe quiet street with only a few hundred meters walk to the beach and 4x4 access at the end of the street we found a gem of a house here on Bribie Island we were all so delighted. The layout of the home was comforting and fresh and after a busy day all family members young and old were beckoning to return home to this beautiful beach house retreat. Pricing was spot on and I would only return to stay longer.

The property was just as expected from the listing. Spacious, relatively well appointed, lots of fun for our 5yo daughter and a very short walk to the beach. It's not fancy but it was perfect for an unfussy family getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

8th Street.

Roomy house , everything we needed . Ceiling fans were good, but could do with air conditioning in at least one room. A little more greenery outside would have made the outdoor setting more appealing, all we could see was concrete , bare fence and bare shed walls. The price was excellent . And 3mins walk to the beach. Good stay.

Another Great Stay

We've stayed at the Woorim Beachhouse several times now and each time has been a great experience. The house has all the comforts of home. It's spacious. The locations is nice and quiet, walking distance to the beach and close to a 4WD Access point. The games room, although not used on this stay, is such a great idea. The hosts, Sharon & Kelvin, are easy to communicate with and were very helpful and understanding when we had to change the booking dates for our stay due to poor weather conditions several months ago. We are very grateful for their understanding. We had a great stay.

Lawns overgrown; not clean; needs updating

The property is an older home and has lots of room and games etc. The kitchen had mouldy food and dirty utensils. The lawns were overgrown and the curtains were dangling off the tracks due to age. I was prepared to stay in an older property, but not prepared to clean before I could enjoy my stay.

Great house for family

We enjoyed our stayed on Bribie Island! The house was very spacious and clean and had everything that a family could need. We appreciated a quick response from the agent Sharon after we messaged her with a minor issue. She was able to fix the problem within couple of hours. The kids really loved the play room with many games which came handy on a rainy day. The house is located on a quite street and within walking distance to the beach. We loved the house!

Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Property has plenty of space inside and out. Comfortable, everything you need plus more. Close to the beach, quiet neighbourhood and nature over the back fence. Looking forward to staying again and definitely recommend. Great communication with owner and very helpful.
