Smakfullt inredda nya 2 sovrum 1 badrum villa, med en öppen planlösning vardagsrum / matsal med gott om plats att flytta.

Köket har moderna apparater, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, ugn och kokplatta, gott om porslin och köksredskap; vilket låter alla spirande kockar göra en måltid i en bris.

Loungen har en modulär lounge med stor osmannisk, luftkonditionering i omvänd cykel, platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Matsalen leder ut till ett utomhusområde med grill och utomhusmiljö.

Båda sovrummen delar det välutrustade huvudbadrummet med stor dusch, tvätten har en frontbelastad tvättbearbetning och torktumlare, gott om skåputrymme för lagring.

Väl beläget gränsar till ett bushreservat och lätt promenad genom vandrade stigar till Dunsborough Town Center och en kort bilresa till Yallingup Beach.

Location

Great location but over the top about strict check in and check out times. Most places I've stayed through stayz are usually very flexible. Not that we need to get in earlier or leave later but it was stated we would be charged extra if we did. Apart from that it was nice

Perfect getaway

Perfect for a couple or family. The property has everything you need and is a short (10 min) walk to Dunsborough town along a tree lined footpath. Would highly recommend.

Superb location and space

Surrounded in forest, the property was exceptionally roomy, in a great location, very close to everything yet surrounded only in nature. Outdoor area is such a bonus. Felt very private. Was easily accessible for wheelchair user.

Dunsborough Cape Villas

Amazing ! Cannot fault the property as it had everything we needed and was the perfect size. Much larger than I thought and the interior styling was beautiful. Really keen to stay again if we are going on holiday and would recommend.

Lovely little place

The villa was a great size for our short stay, had everything we needed and beds were super comfy. Only complaints would be the DVD player didn’t work (not a huge deal but on the colder evenings would have been nice to snuggle down on the sofa for a family movie night) and the floors felt a bit dirty, again nothing really bad just not as clean as I would have expected on us first arriving.

Clean, modern lovely home.

Clean and modern, excellent facilities - only thing missing was a hair dryer! Very well priced and perfect for our little family. 5 minute bike ride to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hidden modern and clean

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome. The property is beautiful, modern and clean. The management staff were excellent we reported an issue with the shower and they had maintenance out the next day to fix it. Highly recommend

Gorgeous house!

Great place to stay. We loved it. Tv wasn’t working great and needed retuning every time we turned it on. Apart from that it was the perfect holiday location.

Great Stay!

Very lovely little unit, in a quiet complex walking distance to Dunsborough main centre and the beach. Only issue was having to collect the key from the lock box after the office had closed. A lock box at the unit would've saved this, but all in all a fantastic stay!
