Nytt 3 sovrum 2 bad tillverkade hem med veranda, gunga och ATV spår, åka från ytterdörren. JUST 36 MINUTTER NORD AV MOAB PÅ I-70. Njut av lugnet och lugnet i landet. Bara 30 minuter från Moab centrum. Alla våra 10 hyreshus har fått fem stjärnor med cirka 200 recensioner. Våra 2 och 3 sovrum är ungefär hälften av priset på ett motellrum i Moab. Fred och ro är inte för alla. Cirka hälften av befolkningen älskar luftföroreningar och stötfångare till stötfångare. Vi vädjar till den andra hälften av befolkningen som åker på semester för att varva ner. Vi är inte nära Wal-mart eller klubbar och barer. Nice Place

This is a nice place to stay. It is out of town from Moab, but worked out fine because we just went to the place after we were done playing at the National Parks.

Comfortable and convenient

This was our first of two stays here. The place was easy to find and checkin after a long day of driving! Plenty of parking and space inside for all 5 of us! The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Awesome house in Thompson Springs

We stayed for 1 night on our way to Zion as it was the halfway point between home and there. This place was perfect- affordable, exactly as was described in the listing, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

Quiet and Peaceful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a quiet retreat after exploring the surrounding areas. We would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet and convenient location near Arches, Moab, and/or Canyonlands.

Comfortable stay outside of the hustle and bustle

Nice, spacious, clean property with plenty of space for our group to hang out and cook. It was in a very quiet place, about 30 minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of Moab. Check in/out was simple. There are no restaurants nearby so it was great that there was plenty of space for preparing food and cooking. The beds were a little firm for my taste but it was so great to have 3 bedrooms and use of a washer and dryer. All and all a great stay!

Power outage

The house was great, very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Moab. Easy to find. We had no communication with property manager.The only problem: when the power was out we needed to call the emergency phone to find out what was going on. Nobody answered that phone. Nobody that I talked to had any luck with that phone number either. Luckily we had lots of extra blankets in our little trailer. Otherwise we would have spent a very cold night. We found out later that the power was out for a large area (including Moab).

Great stay

The property is a 30 minute drive from Moab. It was clean, quiet and easy to find. Comfortable beds, lots of space for the 4 of us.

Great place (value) to stay near Moab Utah

Only 35 miles north of Moab fully equipped home lacked nothing. Great value to visit Arches and Canyon Lands national parks definitely highly recommend and would stay again

Great place to spend the night or a week. They’re restoring an old town and we can’t wait. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We loved it and so did our pups. Very dog friendly. Great front porch with table. Swing and bbq pit

Quiet and convenient

We stayed here 2 Fridays in a row. No complaints or issues other than we couldn’t get the house to cool enough the second night. Other than that it had plenty of space, was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible off the interstate.
