Great Rental Property

This property couldn’t be any nicer. The location was perfect just off the Main Street. It was immaculate. It really looks brand new. The kitchen was very well stocked. I fell in love with the washer and dryer. The heat worked which has been unusual in places I have rented this summer. The little courtyard out front is very nice. The only thing I missed was a private outdoor sitting area and a grille.

Perfect Location

Property very well-kept, unit well appointed and comfortable. No AC for us Texans, and unusual heat--but putting the box fans provided in the bedroom windows quickly cooled the unit down in the evening. Easty walking distance to main street to the shops, restaurants, etc.

Clean and cozy

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and cozy, and it is centrally located so it was easy to walk around town. Check in/out was super easy. We would absolutely stay again!

Great location, condo, amenities and communication.

Highly recommend this cute and efficient condo. Located within walking distance to everything you need downtown, well equipped, kitchen, clean, comfortable beds and great a property property manger make this Ouray rental a home run.

Overwhelmingly amazing!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this little town is and how magnificent the surroundings are. Breathtaking Mountain View’s, coffee shop and stores in walking distance with beautiful scenery. The house was comfortable for my family of 5. The house guest communicated timely and helped with any questions we had. I just can’t say enough about this beautiful place! A must have trip for your family for sure!

Perfect property!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The condo is actually bigger than I expected, and we will be planning another trip with a larger group in the near future. I highly recommend this rental!

Updated, clean, in-town convenience

This property has everything we were looking for for this particular trip, though if we were spending more time at the rental vs. day excursions, we would want a place with more outdoor space and privacy. This was perfect for walkability to town and drivability to our planned excursions. Wish the balcony bedroom had a window vs solely the door but who can complain about a personal balcony eh? Overall very nice appliances, beds and sheets! We didn't use the fireplace but that looked great. Sharon was a lovely, communicative host. Recycling on property!

Amazing!

I loved this rental! It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed! The entire town was walkable from here. We really enjoyed coffee on the upstairs patio every day. 10/10 recommend

This is a terrific place with a very central location. Nicely appointed, clean, roomy and exactly what we needed for a week of ice climbing & backcountry skiing.

Great place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed here, this time for Ice Fest. Location is great for a short walk to the ice park and Box Canon falls as well as being a block from downtown. The property is quiet, clean and everything is here that you could need. And everything is in great condition. We will be back.

Nice condo!

We had a lovely time here the only thing that wasn’t so great was the hot shower water ran out too fast. We left a day early due to the bad weather conditions but overall this was a nice little town.

Perfect cozy spot in the San Juans

We could not have been more happy with our stay. The condo was immaculate and the cleanest place we have ever stayed at over the last 10 years. The communication from the owner was excellent and they make check in and check out easy. The unit is within walking distance to everything - including the ice park. We received one foot of snow the night before we arrived and everything was plowed for us - which made life easy. The temperature also stays nice and warm throughout so you can just sit back and watch a movie on the big screen after playing outside all day. The brand new wood floors also give the place the rustic, mountain charm we were looking for. Overall excellent, quiet and clean. I would give six stars if I could!

Clean, well appointed and great locaton.

This property was updated and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, spices and all the little things you need to make a meal. The baths had nice towels and plenty of shampoo and body wash. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet at night making sleep come easy after a long day ice climbing. The location was great with an easy walk to stores, restaurants and dog park. We plan to return!

Cozy condo with everything you’d ever need

We stayed at this condo for New Years weekend and had a blast! It was not only very comfortable (two bedrooms and two bathrooms with good furniture), but was very easy to access from the road and was stocked with condiments, seasoning, etc. (which was so nice!). The pullout couch was moderately comfortable but works well enough. Thanks!

Clean, Quiet condo close to main street

Clean two-bedroom condo located within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants on main street. Just a few blocks away is the hot springs pool as well as hiking trails and a dog park. Beach towels are provided for pool, which was helpful. Kitchen is fairly well stocked and beds are comfortable, especially if you like firm mattresses. Keyless entry makes access and locking up very convenient. If you expect to do any laundry bring lots of quarters. Just to run the dryer one time costs $2.75.

Perfect place to stay

This was a perfect place for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was within walking distance (one block) of the town. We had a kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. Private and lovely. Thanks so much for renting this place out. We were blessed!

Very nice accommodations. Very clean too. Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the condo was perfect. Everything was very clean and pleasant. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, teas, spices, cooking supplies, dishes, etc. The caretaker, Sharon, was very pleasant as well. We will definitely book this again in the future.
