Observera: Med all respekt, jag bara hyra ut till familjer och mogna vuxna grupper. Detta är inte en "Party House"! Vår policy är att tala live på telefon med gäst innan du accepterar bokning. Vad som skiljer denna från många lägenheter är att det inte är en Condo Unit, och inte heller en Chalet som är en del av en utveckling. Det är en vacker, privat Mountain Home byggdes av min far, en Master Craftsman & Woodworker. 12 hektar stort w / 1. 5 hektar av gräsmattor och trädgårdar som omger huset; och fantastisk utsikt över bergen. Året runt Jacuzzi, trägolv och anpassade trä arbete i hela. Stort vardagsrum & Bibliotek med hela väggen granit spis, panoramafönster med utsikt på Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, Tre HD platt-TV, bredband Wi-Fi, 275 kvm. Ft. Däck och separat skärmad 3 säsong veranda, stor grill (vår till höst). Vandring och nordiska skidspår nås direkt från fastigheten w / o körning. Home omfattar första våningen sovrum w / ADA kompatibla yttre ramp och anpassade badrum och dusch. Detta är inte bara en semester egendom; Det är familjens hem jag växte upp i; Jag tror att våra recensioner spegla detta.

The home was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, and nice grounds. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the owners love the home and take great pride in it. The hot tub is well maintained and got a lot of use! We would stay here again.

Neil and Amanda were fantastic hosts. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing property. The house was perfect to relax, disconnect from the day-to-day, and reconnect to the people that matter. The house was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Great balance of private and communal spaces. The yard was amazing. Neil and Amanda’s communication was excellent, and the hot tub was in perfect condition. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet family stay!

Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Excellent accomodations!

Large rambling thoughtfully laid out house that comfortably housed 3 families with 4 children under 4. Excellent location with privacy and views. Communication with host was great. Home came with many games, toys and TV's so you can while away any rainy days with rambunctious children and antsy adults in comfort and ease. Highly recommend!

Great in any season!

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at this property. Normally we visit North Conway at the end of June but we decided to take the kids for their first ski trip in February. This house is just as wonderful in the winter as it is in the summer (maybe more)! The kids had a great time snowshoeing around the property and ran into a few small groups of deer. The adults appreciated soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!!!!

Family weekend getaway

Our whole family from great grandparents down to the kids enjoyed an amazing weekend. Neil was so easy to work with. The house is spotless and well stocked. The grounds and views were perfect for pictures and relaxing. Location couldn’t be better. So close to all the attractions of North Conway yet so quiet to retreat back to while relaxing in the hot tub at night. Plenty of room to be together and have your space too. There is a well stocked playroom for little ones to enjoy which was just right for us. We look forward to returning again.

Beautiful Location & Everything you Need

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We were in town for a funeral but the house provided us with a fantastic space to spend time with family, share stories by the fire pit and relax and enjoy meals together while looking at the beautiful scenery. The property has lots of hiking trails and really just everything you will need. Neill was also fantastic!

Peaceful location minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. Only 2 miles from golfing at the North Conway Country Club. Best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access avoiding traffic, but quite, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of house.
