Beläget vid 14 Brentham St Leederville. Omgiven av parker och en stor innergård denna villa måste ses att döma! Villan ger parkering för 2 bilar på fastigheten och är ljus och ljus med goda vibbar samtidigt som de ligger i ett lugnt område.

Beläget 1 km från ett café band är villan praktisk till en stor kontinental deli flaska butik och massor av bra restauranger om du inte känner för matlagning.

Nyrenoverat och renoverat med nya möbler, golv och apparater är villan modern och välkomnande.

GRATIS WIFI Gångavstånd till tågstationen snabbköp biograf en fantastisk vattenpark Beatie Park mycket nära. Inresa till motorvägen för att komma åt norra eller södra förorter. Du kommer inte bli besviken med Leederville, det är en mycket livlig förort och mycket nära stadens centrum. Om du behöver resa till Perth för vård är villan nära Princess Margret Barns sjukhus, även Charlie Gardeners. Det är bara en förort borta från UWA-universitetet och naturligtvis vår vackra flod och Kings Park en juvel i kronan av vår stad. Leederville tågstation ligger i närheten och också en 24-timmars stormarknad i det stora shoppingområdet. Villan är en fantastisk familj bo massor av utrymme snyggt utsedd en lövgård med grill. Jag har försökt att göra min villa så bekväm och hemtrevlig som möjligt och leverera massor av extras även hemgjorda kakor vid ankomsten så boka nu och jag kommer gärna att svara på några förfrågningar.

Perfect

We had a lovely stay! All amenities are within walking distance there was nothing we needed or wanted for. Jan is a lovely host. I foolishly locked the keys in the house one night and Jan sorted it straight away and was so nice about it I couldn't thank her enough Will defo book again in the future if Jan will have us

Excellent Stay in Leederville

The property was located in a quiet street next to a park.The villa was ideal for our stay of 4 weeks both with facilities in the villa and all the good restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance of the property.Both buses and trains were again within easy walking distance.A very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location

Comfortable villa in a convenient location. Everything one might need is provided and great to have a little outdoor area to hang out in. The only not so great thing was that the oven was way overdue a clean, otherways really great place. Would book again.

Comfortable home in a great location

The house is very well comfortable. Has a well equipped kitchen and all we needed. The courtyard is a good spot to sit outdoors. The parkland is perfect for walks and shops are 10 minutes of so walk away. We were 3 generations - infant of 11 months, my daughter and myself and had a perfect stay.

Seven weeks of enjoyment

After 4 years of absence we were back in Perth and stayed in this fantastic villa for seven weeks. Fully equipped, cozy garden and located in a quiet and nice neighbourhood at a park. Good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes by bus and you are in the middle of the CBD. Contact with Jan was pleasant, she is a fantastic hostess. Highly recommended for a nice and relaxing stay!

Lovely property

Jan’s lovely property was perfect for us as it was a five minute walk to our son’s house. It’s in a great position with Britannia Park just over the road and Leederville shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The property is very welcoming, well equipped and with very comfy beds. The courtyard is real bonus. Communication with Jan was a pleasure - I felt like I knew her! All in all we loved this property and can’t wait to return next year.

Perfect Perth break

The Leederville apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had all the expected items. Coffee, tea and milk was provided to get us going. The apartment was in a safe, family-friendly area, next to a park. The nearest bus stop was walking distance and provided regular east travel directly onto Perth. We had an amazing time and would recommend highly.

The property met our expectations, it was clean in a quiet area, however still close to cafes and shops. the bed was comfortable and plenty of kitchen crockery, cutlery and essentials. One issue is the TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV to allow for streaming etc.

Great unit, plenty of space

Perfect location for us, very clean, easy to communicate with owner, lots of spare towels, pillows etc. It was everything we needed- have booked again for a stay in august. Loved the huge oval across from the road - great for walking and hanging out. Thank you so much!

Great location, comfortable property.

We were at Jan’s property for 4 weeks so got to know the area pretty well. Leederville is just 1 stop on the train out of central Perth but has almost everything you need on the doorstep - great restaurants, bars, cafes and food shops. Also excellent green spaces and parks (lake Monger is great to walk around). Jan’s place is perfectly placed, really comfortable and has everything you need. When we come over from the UK to visit our son again, we’ll be back at Jan’s.

Visit to Perth December 2022

We really our stay and in the main the property was excellent as was the communication with our host Jan. The only negative purely from my wife’s accessibility needs was that the width of the bathroom door was too narrow for her wheelchair which made things difficult for her. This an oversight on our part not that of Jan’s.

Comfortable & convenient

It was a very easy & straightforward process from initial enquiry right through to checkout. The family were very comfortable in the property, much more so than a hotel. Having extended family 3 mins walk away was just great, & of course location in Leederville is just perfect. They loved the parkland setting, the birds, & nearby playground & heaps of cafes, convenient shops. What’s not to like? I know they’d love to come back!
