Vi presenterar "A River Runs Through It" - en spektakulär fastighet med 6 sovrum som rymmer upp till 14 gäster belägna vid foten av Chattahoochee National Forest. En vistelse på denna 4000 kvadratmeter lodge kommer att vara den mest unika och fantastiska upplevelsen i ditt liv!

Hemmet ligger i en privat miljö och är byggd över en naturskön bergström (Tänk på Frank Lloyd Wrights Fallingwater House i mindre skala). Denna fastighet byggdes 1960 och har mycket historiskt värde, från det 100 år gamla vattenhjulet som hälsar dig när du drar upp uppfarten till väggarna och taken med trä från gamla byggnader som rivs ner i mitten av 1900-talet (svart valnöt , körsbär, ask och cederträ).











Denna bergsresa har totalrenoverats och har exklusiva möbler. En lista över bekvämligheter och sovrumskonfigurationer är följande:

 * 1: a familjerummet har skinnsoffor, en öppen spis och 20 "platt-TV (utanför köket). Taket är tillverkat av röd cederträ och väggarna är en blandning av körsbär, svart valnöt, ask och cederträ. Golven är nyligen färdig ek lövträ.
* 2: a familjerummet ligger över bäcken och har 2 eldstäder, skinnsoffor, glidande glasdörrar som leder till ett utsiktsdäck och ett bakre däck, biljardbord och en 62 "HDTV med DVD och helt ny frismatta.
* Rymligt, gourmetkök med plattor i granit, nya hickory-skåp, nya trägolv och nya rostfria vitvaror

Great location for a family getaway

We had an awesome time in Ellijay at a river runs through it. The setting is spectacular. Our entire family enjoyed the staycation.

Our group had a great weekend stay at A River Runs Through It. The property is very unique, you won't find another like it in the area. The whole house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the grill worked well. The property is interesting to explore and walk around on the creek rocks, and it's private enough that we were not disturbed by neighbors or passersby. It's very pleasant and peaceful to relax on the deck with the water rushing below. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative, and while we didn't need anything from them during our stay, I know we could've reached out if we encountered any issues. I definitely hope to come back again. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time staying here. The house has such beautiful character. The kids played in the creek. We enjoyed having two living rooms for our large group. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with. You do want to connect to the WiFi once you get on the property because of the lack of cell service. Once we did that. It was easy to call and text. We could have sat in the back porch over the creek for hours. It was such a great place to spend quality time together.

Absolutely Lovely!

A perfect gem that has lovely scenery, great large layout and very clean. Lots of wineries nearby. The views from the back deck-porch could not be more calming. Sitting by the water was divine. Will be back for sure.

Best Stay in Ellijay!!!!

This little retreat in Ellijay, Georgia was the best we have stayed in. The layout of the house, the comfort of the beds, the location to the trout streams, and the fun that you can have on the creek. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our time together. Thank you to our wonderful host and we hope to be back next year.

Peace Away From Home

My family and I stayed here for New Years and had an amazing time. The house is perfect and has lots of privacy for different families staying together. The property is beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the fresh mountain air. We can’t wait to come back!

One of a kind !

Nothing like it

Plenty of space for eating, hanging out, and for everyone to get a good night’s rest. The house is obviously one of a kind but its also very comfortable and well maintained. The weather was gorgeous, perfectly shady and sunny property!

Family Fun

We had everything we needed. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, a pool table, spacious living areas and gorgeous views from the back and front of house. Outside there was a swing, hot tub, firepit, water to play in and rocks to climb on for fun. We will never forget the fun we had at this beautiful and amazing house.

Trout camp house

Took my son and friends for a quick get away. We were looking for nature, fishing and relaxing and that’s just what we had. Try to get there before dark if possible. Stayed 3 nights. Full day on property and full day exploring Ellajay and Blue Ridge. Cooked most meals there and late lunch in Ellajay one day. Teens loved the hot tub and exploring through the creek. Fishing and stream tromping.. we hope to stay again.

3rd time here, still great

The owners have really kept the property up, and are always very easy to work with. It's such a unique place. It's rare to find a location with 6 bedrooms, a fire pit, big kitchen, tons of space, AND a creek. Very private yet very open. We will be back again for sure.
