Vi har utformat Lo Key Villa att visa upp den naturliga skönheten i Coco Bay, en ren remsa av sand som är perfekt för bad, snorkling och kajakpaddling som en familj.

Fantastic Location

Beautiful views from the upstairs balcony of Coco Bay! We all enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach and see the turtles, rays and nurse sharks. The washer and dryer was great! Beds very comfortable.

Beautiful location and scenery

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO! The location is absolutely stunning, especially the peaceful sunrises each morning. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The only recommendation we’d make is to consider adding a generator, as we experienced a few power outages during the week. Otherwise, a great place for a family getaway!

Excellent location

Great location to feed turtles at Coco Bay. Visit Syd's for some squid and they will eat out of your hand. Gillam Bay was perfect for beachcombing and we found everyone on the island to be friendly and helpful. House was great for our family of 5.

Lovely escape

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant . Everything we needed was provided. We loved sitting on the upstairs porch and watching the sunrise over the beautiful bay. Walking on the beach, seeing turtles and rays and stargazing in the dark were bonuses! Laundry super useful too.

Great Location

My parents were in the upstairs apartment, which is very nice! We were in the downstairs apartment...not quite as nice, but still a great place. My only complaint was the downstairs bathroom doors didn't offer much privacy! Otherwise...great location and nice, comfortable rental. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you glad you enjoyed and hope to hear from you again. The upstairs and downstairs units are the same size but as there is only 1 bedroom on the upper unit it is more spacious than the first floor which has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom .

Great house, Great location,Great views

We Rented the entire house for the week. The house had everything, quality furniture, cookware, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of towels including beach towels. Cons- No beach chairs, no ceiling fans on porch, weak water pressure. We have stayed at numerous houses over the years, this was one out favorites. Thanks James (owner)

Thank u guys it was a pleasure I use too have beach chairs but due to the climate they rust in a matter of weeks giving them an old and flaky look , I don’t mind guests taking the plastic deck chairs to cocoa bay , as long as there returned , Beach towels are provided even though theses disappear quite fast. The water is supplied by either the cistern or from the mainland, the cistern being on a pump has less pressure, the mainland has slightly more pressure and can be switched on by request. Lo Key Villa

I stayed at Lo Key Villa for a week over New Years with my wife, mother and 3 year old daughter. The location of the property right next to Coco Bay is stunning with amazing views and the beach just a few steps away. It would have been great if the house had included a kayak or paddle board to take advantage of this! The house is in good condition and is effectively two individual self sufficient homes, one upstairs and one downstairs, which was ideal for our situation. The local property manager was responsive to any questions or issues we had and check in was simple. Where the house fell a little short was in cleanliness on arrival and the wifi connection being poor. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Beautiful location

Place is great as it was previously with a beautiful view. Only issue was the downstairs plumbing was constantly backing up. Went to town and bought a plunger and still backed up so contacted property person listed. Said she would send someone but continued. Her response when seeing downstairs was I hope you don’t have a “shi**y evening. Thought that was a little rude. But owners are great and accommodations are perfect otherwise.

Great place to stay

we really enjoyed our stay at this house . It worked out great for us because we rented a boat for the week and had a dock right across the street on the water . Beautiful view from the second floor . We had two families , one stayed downstairs and one had the upstairs. We loved Green Turtle Cay , go see the singrays and pigs !

This is a beautiful rental on Coco Bay. We swam with a Turtle about 50 yards from the House. It was amazing!!

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful home, fabulous location, it was an absolute paradise. However do not expect a quick respond from management as they are clearly on island time.

A good experience

Clean. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable time. Bone fishing in Coco Bay disappointing. Recommend Brenda's for a shark, stingray, wild pig & snorkeling excursions.

Excellent getaway

We were able to rent the entire house which nice to separate from the little one for awhile. Full kitchen/bathroom on both floors along with patio was excellent. Quiet. Across the street from the bay which is great for snorkeling and cooling off. Nice location, not to far from town and centrally located. Easy parking for golf cart.

AWESOME!!

Everything is advertised was spot on! The location of this house is second to none. It is spotless and everything is in tiptop order. The owner is prompt in his communications and very very easy to deal with. We have been to green turtle seven times in 18 years and I have not stayed in a better location. Will definitely book again

Fabulous location, very clean. Love the upstairs (Parents) and downstairs (Teens) accommodations. Coco Bay where the house sits is great to have a beach, a dock, and turtles to feed! Washer and dryer was a huge plus!! I would definitely stay here again

I’m James. I own and built Lo Key Cottages on Coco Bay, and I handle every stay myself. Before this I ran my own property management business on Nantucket for 20 years, so I am used to a high standard — houses ready, details handled, guests looked after. I’m on the cay often. When I am, I also teach yoga.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Lo Key Villa is the original two-story house on Coco Bay: Island Gypsy downstairs and The Penthouse upstairs, rented as one home. I designed and built it, renovated both floors, and still run every stay myself.
You get four bedrooms and two self-contained floors, each with its own living space, kitchen, bath, and covered porch. Sleeps eight. Families and two-couple groups use it as one house with a natural split — everyone together on the porches and at the water, then space to spread out at night.
A garden path leads to the beach. Turtles feed in the shallows out front. Starlink, central air, a backup generator, dishwashers, and laundry are on both floors. This is the villa if you want the full bay house, not a single cottage and not the whole estate.
