We stayed for a week and it was good. Property was very nice. The seafood was bad but not the properties fault. Loved how close to the beach it was. Will definitely stay again if we come to Panama City

Life's a Beach

The one real negative about the unit is the carpet in the master bedroom - yuke!!! They really need to replace it. The pool was closed for repairs. One elevator was not working. Glad we didn't have a large car parking is a little tight.

Incredible vacation condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about our stay at Tropic Winds through Greta’s Beach Rentals was absolutely perfect. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and was stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies for 1-2 days. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware as well. Our rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella that was put up for us every morning and taken down every night. The hot tub was nice when the evenings were cooler. The balcony was by far the best part. The balcony is huge and we were on the 23rd floor with gorgeous views. We ate all our meals out there and sat on the balcony most evenings to watch the sunset. I will definitely be coming back.

This was our first time to stay in this unit and were all a little anxious about being up so high. Once we got use to the height, We loved the view from the balcony especially first thing in the morning. Dolphins, sharks and turtles all swam by and we could see them from the balcony. The floors throughout the condo were great however, I do think you need some rugs in the bedrooms and bathrooms (slick floors). The only real complaint we have every year is the parking garage. No one can make the turns to get around the corners and its real tight getting into a parking spot. BUT we aren't there to enjoy a parking garage we are there for the beach. And the beach is fabulous!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit. We had a great time!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love 23rd floor....unit needs furniture badly... furniture looks like thrift store, no kidding! Couches had food crumbs on them when we arrived.Couches have UGLY slipcovers on them but due to uncleanliness we covered them with sheets!!All tables had dirt/ food smears and drink circles on them.Dirt/ filth on light and electrical covers.Not sure what cleaning service does!Carpets are stained and gross,shower curtains had reddish mold to start and only got worse.Its definitely not high end or fancy but we love the location and huge patio. The people at Greta's are A plus!! They went out of their way to replace missing items like hair dryers,crockpot and clothes iron.We have used them in past and hopefully will again.

Tropic Winds/Greta Beach Rental Review

Upon our first step into Unit 2302, we immediately transformed into another atmosphere that made us feel like we were on a private island! Everything from the decor to the color scheme of the decorations was breathtaking! The unit was fully equipped with everything one could think of from the coffee pot to the crock pot, plush towels, etc. Moreover, the balcony with the high top rocking chairs gave an awesome view of the ocean, sunrise, and sunset. And Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar across the street served great food, salads, and sweet tea. Lastly, our Rental Agent, Riley, was phenomenal! He made everything nice, easy, and readily accessible. It was truly a smooth transition. Thanks, Greta Beach Rentals, for an incredibly awesome experience! We can't wait to come back and we Highly recommend your rental to everybody!!! All the appliances worked and were in good shape, there were cups and plates and plenty of silverware, the mugs were HUGE=perfect. :) The king bed was super comfy and we all slept great every night. I brought a glade plug in (like I always do on vacation) in case there was any weird smell but it was clean and smelled nice so I didn't even need it.There was a hiccup with the elevators which meant we had to take 23 flights of stairs with three kids a few times, but other than that it was a perfect place for our family for our vacation. When we brought up the issue with the elevators to the owner he went out of his way to make it up to us and we will be forever saying good things about him.

Excellent unit on top floor in a nice resort on west side. We left an item in the room and Riley went out of his way to locate and send back to us! Great experience and would definitely stay here again!!
