Huset motsvarade förväntningarna, hade önskat bättre skugga på uteplatsen och belysning i köket men i övrigt var allt helt ok.

Great family holiday

Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year.

Family holiday

The property is a bit tired looking and not luxury as described on the website. The oven was dirty and had only one shelf. Plates in the cupboard had food on them, cups and glasses had to be put through the dish washer before we could use them. Lounge TV unit and bedside units were dirty. Aircon was only available in two bedrooms and lounge leaving the other rooms especially the the bunk bedrooms very warm. On a positive side we had a great holiday we loved the pool and Karen was a great help with airport transfers and sorting the broken Aircon unit.

The place is a little bit dated but I was informed by the property manager that improvements are imminent. Came across one or two minor problems but to mention them would be nitpicking. Overall, great looking place, fabulous pool, nice area, (car is essential) and and a very nice place to stay. Children will love it.

Nice area close enough to Alicante

The property is old and tired and needs money spent on it. The area is lovely and amenities are close enough. The barbecue is impractical and we used it once. The pool pumps didn’t work properly so the pool was cloudy to start with and I disagreed with the manager who said it was the type of suntan cream we used. The pump then never went off. The pool however is good because it has a deep end which the kids loved as they could dive and jump safely.But when you have 3 children and 4 adults you can’t help a bit of grease. The biggest disappointment was the air-con. I looked at previous reviews and it was highlighted that air-con was needed in all rooms and the owner had stated that it was going to be done. Out of 5 bedrooms only 2 had air-con and in the kind of temps we experienced it was impossible to stay in a room without it. We ended up having to get all 3 of my grandchildren to take their mattresses and lay them on the living room floor because that room had cooling. I don’t mean to be completely negative and overall we all enjoyed our holiday

Agradable estancia

Hemos estado muy agusto. En la parte superior de la casa hacia mucho calor, y en alguna habitación no hay aire acondicionado y en otra no hay persianas, contraventanas solo unas cortinas y entra el sol, es verdad que es una ventana muy larga. La limpieza de la casa podría haber sido más exhaustiva. Pero Hemos estado bien

Great place

We had a great 14 night stay here. You have all the comforts of your own home. Pool was great and looked amazing in the evening when the lights came on. Very secure property with gated area around the pool to make sure little ones are safe. Local shop and bars were friendly and welcoming. We didn’t hire a car but used a local taxi company called Alicante Taxis, Jose was great and helped us by sending another taxi, when he couldn’t take us anywhere. Would definitely stay here again, if I get the opportunity.

Great Villa for relaxing

The property was clean and tidy, best part was the pool, lots of space inside and out of the property, very well equiped kitchen, and BBQ area amazing. Do need a vehicle to get around

Descriptif de l'annonce à revoir : Belle véranda (il n'y en a pas) Air conditionné (que pour 2 chambres du haut) . Une petite chambre avec lit superposé(pas précisé dans l'annonce)ainsi qu'une chambre morte (passagère et sans fenêtre) et toutes les deux sans clim . Ainsi que pour la chambre du bas (juste un ventilateur qui brasse de l'air chaud) Toilette extérieur ne fonctionne pas , Piscine et extérieur rien a redire

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Darius. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. La ville d'Alicante est à 10/15 minutes en voiture.

Algo mejorable

Nos alojamos 3 parejas de adultos y dos bebés de 2 años. El chalet en general está muy bien pero tiene algunas cosas mejorables. La zona de la barbacoa se queda un poco pequeña, de hecho tuvimos que traer una barbacoa portátil y esta tenía más superficie que la del chalet que es de obra. La zona de la piscina está genial pero en el suelo de la piscina tenía 2 o 3 pequeñas zonas que faltaban azulejos que si pisaba con el pie podían lastimarte. Tema limpieza, digamos que no se le había hecho una limpieza exhaustiva al interior del chalet. Alfombra comedor llena de migas, algún rincón con alguna telaraña... Repito, en general la experiencia ha sido buena pero tiene unas pocas cosas a mejorar.

Alojamiento amplio

Hemos pasado unos días buenos en la casa. Está dotada muchos utensilios de cocina, para la piscina… todo lo que puedas necesitar lo encuentras. Es una casa calurosa pero tiene aire acondicionado. La piscina esta genial! Y esta la playa muy cerquita en coche. Seguramente volveremos!

Semana en el mes de agosto con amigos y niños

En general la casa está bastante bien. Pero recalco varias cosas que se pueden mejorar. En primer lugar no hay persianas, lo cual hace que te despiertes por la mañana cuando sale el sol. . Con respecto a la limpieza podría ser más profunda, especialmente en la cocina. Con respecto al resto, no ha habido ningún problema y realmente lo mejor es el jardín con la piscina.

Excellent séjour

Je recommande vivement la villa de Darius où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est exactement comme sur les photos elle est bien équipée surtout la climatisation La piscine est juste magnifique De plus l'emplacement de la villa est très arrangeant on est loin de la foule du centre tout en restant à peine 10 minutes des plages, grands centres commerciaux et bien sûr le centre ville

A week of relaxation

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet area. Very well stocked kitchen. Fantastic pool, we didn't need to venture outside the villa all week. Good value for money, well recommended. The information booklet with good directions from the airport was very useful. Thanks for a good week.

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis

Mooi ruim huis met zwembad op een rustige locatie net buiten Alicante. In het dorp zijn enkele voorzieningen (supermarkt, kapper en restaurants). Prima voor een fijne vakantie.

Great house and a wonderful pool.

Eight adults, a teenager and a toddler all had a great week. Setting aside some confusion with the greeter at the house regarding the arrival time, we recommend the house. The pool is spotless and well cared for and during temperatures of well over 30c the pool was tremendous. Other good points are the very useful barbecue, that was used nearly every day, the nearby supermarkets with great produce and booze at cheap prices. The house has aircon in some rooms but not all and this means that some will sleep without aircon. The kitchen is a little dated yet we managed and the dish washer is very good. The location is very quiet and peaceful but a car is essential to reside here. Nearby beaches and supermarkets all require a car for access. There are very few bars or restaurants nearby but some excellent ones in the nearby town of Muxtamel. Check out TripAdvisor. car parking inside the property with automatic gates provides a very secure property and the whole property is good for children as they cannot get to the road with supervision. The pool area is also quite safe and has a gated fence for children. The Wi-Fi was reasonable considering we were all using it. Overall, very good value.

Great Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely home with plenty of outdoor space, pool very clean, really nice large dining area outside. We were 4 adults and 5 children and we had lots of space both inside and outside. It is very private and safe. Owner was very easy to deal with. Karen was very helpful. We had a fabulous stay here. I would highly recommend this villa.

Hayes Family Holiday 2016

Lovely Villa set in ample gardens in lovely quiet street. Plenty of room inside, bedrooms living space etc but we "lived" outside on terrace; we had every meal out there it was fab. We had 2 year old with us and fenced off pool gave us great security especially at night when we were all outside and knew she was safe wandering around gardens. We had three other children (and six adults in our group) who absolutely loved the pool, staying up late in the lovely peace and quiet. We hope we can visit the villa in the future and would recommend it to anyone who wants a holiday that feels like you are in your own home! We didn't go out any evening to eat but we enjoyed the terrace and put little ones to bed whenever they needed to go. We visited the beautiful beach nearby and it was so really worth it. It was a lucky day when we came across the villa on line; would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great family holiday in lovely surroundings.

A perfect family holiday

This property is well maintained, and perfect for a quiet holiday. Short drive to the airport and to the supermarket and other amenities. Pool is clean and well maintained. We have young children and this was ideal a private pool what more could you want. The garden/property is secure which is ideal with young children. Overall highly recommend! Worth every penny our 1st visit but not our last!

Fantastic holiday for all the family

The villa is ideal for a private getaway holiday, but near enough to get in a car and go to Benidorm for the day, which we did a couple of times. There were of us adults, and one child of 7 and twins of 23 months. We loved the fact that once the electric gates had closed, we could relax knowing the children were safe and could not get out. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. The family room was ideal for my daughter, son in-law and 3 boys, although they all ended up sleeping in the one big room, which was very large, due to the air con. The room for the boys had no air con and was far to hot for them to sleep in, but that didn't matter because their room was huge. One travel cot was supplied, and Karen who takes care of the villa was kind enough to let us have another travel cot and two car seats, all very cheap. The villa was very modern and very spacious. We loved the large swimming pool, and the fact it was fenced off, so the twins could not get in to the water by themselves, so we could all relax. The grounds are large enough for the twins to explore, so they never got bored. We all loved the eating area, that is just outside the patio doors, that lead from the front room and is under cover. It felt like were were at home, but living in a luxury home, we all felt very comfortable and eat when we wanted to and cooked in the very modern kitchen with mod cons. I loved the laundry room just off from the kitchen, and we were happy we all went home with clean clothes, rather than a suitcase full of dirty washing. The sun loungers round the pool are very comfortable and we spent nearly every day in and out the pool, and the outside toilet by the pool is a godsend. The only thing I would say is that the BBQ area be modernized to make it a bit easier, but we managed with what we had, which was fine and we enjoyed many a BBQ with fresh meat and fish purchased from one of the large supermarkets. If there were any problems (we did not really have problems as such) Karen was a phone call away and sorts everything out very quickly, Karen is very helpful and very friendly. We all loved the villa and had a fantastic family holiday away together, which was nice. The twins could fall asleep anywhere and no one had to stay with them like you would in a hotel. Lovely villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.
