What a wonderfully renovated, comfortable place to stay and explore a truly beautiful part of the world. The house was perfect and the host was responsive to a small issue we had. Would book again if we are ever in the area

Perfect home for a stress free holiday

My first experience renting a Stayz home was made seamless by the friendly and prompt communication with Craig and reinforced by the beautiful home that was provided including all amenities that you could want or need. Orbost stay

Walking distance to shops, local pool, skate park, Orbost Club and more. Short drive to Marlo beach. Only 40 minutes to Lakes Entrance. House had everything we needed. Most enjoyable stay!

Great weekend away with friends

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house, and walks to the Main Street. Incredibly suitable for families with kids. Despite the limited heating options to cover the house and freezing weather - Craig went above and beyond to make sure we were cosy with additional heating delivered. Would definitely come again.

This property is excellent for a large group with 5 large bed-rooms as well as a table you can sit around on the back verandah. There is plenty of room for a boat at back of property.

Absolutely loved our stay!!

It was such a pleasure staying at the beautiful Orbost house. We stayed there for 5 nights and we felt at home. The home had every single thing that one would have at the comfort of their own home. Loved how the host made us feel welcome with their home made wine and added Christmas vibes to it. The renovated home was super clean and had all the necessary stuff needed for a perfect stay. Our pet enjoyed the stay as well as he joyfully ran around in the big backyard. If you are looking for a stay in Orbost this property should be first on the list. Thank you to the host for providing such a great property for our holiday. We absolutely loved it!!

Great Location and Size.

We were really happy with the property and what it offered. Craig was a great host and easy to contact and very polite. The house was a great size to sleep all the kids. And a great easy walk into the main street.

Fantastic, spacious and very clean home. It has absolutely everything

What a fantastic home. Very spacious living area and bedrooms with lovely outdoor eating area and backyard for children and pets. Very clean and has absolutely everything. We only stayed one night to break our journey but this house would be a perfect home for extended periods with multiple family/friends. Very easy check in process and great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

A perfect holiday away from crowds

The property was a perfect location to have a base for activities around the area. It’s surprisingly big and the 5 rooms fit everyone comfortably. Unlike other properties I have stayed in it was lovely not to have to bring towel and bed linen as it was all included. They even included toiletries and coffee/tea/ hot choc which was great as the kids consumed all the hot chocolate. There was a small sample box of local food items that was great to try and nice to see the owner support the locals. The interior was perfect and clean with a big TV, internet and Netflix’s, and any pot pan or utensil you would ever need. Craig has done up the place really pretty, toilets and bath a beauty. Though Craig your carpeting skills may need some work :) Only negative was the back courtyard and BBQ was very dusty and full of cobwebs , but we spent time cleaning it so it was quite usable after that. Didn’t attempt to clean the BBQ though as that looked a bit too much work. Overall still a fantastic property at a fantastic price point ( nice to see as COVID made prices go sky high) Highly recommend this house.

Spacious house and handy to town

A very spacious & well equipped property for larger groups. All beds very comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Very handy for walking to anywhere in the township.

Craig is a wonderful host. We have rented his property for a period of time as we have workers in the area. The communication has been great and he is extremely easy to deal with. The house is perfect for our workers, exactly what we needed.
