This is a good location near the Mall. The home owner was easy to communicate with. The house was clean with nice decor. A good gathering spot for multi generation travel.

It's all about maintenance, not day1 condition

Good, central location, and general layout of the house for short term rental purposes. However, for the all-in cost of C560 per night, we DID NOT expect to find the following:Poor outside property maintenance:- Uncut lawns - Non-functioning lighting, rusted fixture and broken bulbs.- Outside windows and screens coated in dirt.Two smaller bedrooms upstairs that were uncomfortable for adult couples. Room size was far too small, with very little space to step around the beds. Bed was too low in one room. Both beds were smaller than queen. Photos in VRBO misrepresented room sizes.No bedside table in main floor bedroom.Drinking glasses and mugs for only 5-6 people, while advertising accommodation for 10.Shortage of towels, and some of those provided are torn, worn and very poor quality.No face cloths.Dirty floor vents.Dirty glass dining table and front door glass (no glass cleaner available).Living room sofa/bed upholstery loose, worn and shabby.

Lovely home

The only reason my review is not a 5 is because the house was not as clean as I would have liked. The stairs were not vacuumed at all as well as the master bathroom. When I messaged the hosts they apologized right away and said they would communicate with their cleaners. Other than that the bedding was comfortable, there was lots of space, the home has everything you need, and the hosts were kind.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom and 3 queen size beds, and a large sofa bed in the main living room.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
