Bradenton Beach Club ligger på ön Anna Maria, mellan det turkosa, lugna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen och den pittoreska Sarasota Bay. Denna enhet ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden och bara en kort 2 minuters promenad genom vår privata strand tillgång till socker-sandstränder. Bradenton Beach Club har 2 pooler och en badtunna för din användning. En pool är stranden och en ligger på vikens sida av komplexet. Viken vid poolen ligger bara några steg från din ytterdörr så det är mycket bekvämt för den här enheten. Vår lägenhet erbjuder allt du behöver under din vistelse ända ner till badlakan. En privat hiss ger enkel tillgång till alla tre våningarna. Timmar med avkoppling och strålande solnedgångar väntar på dig.

Bradenton Beach Club ligger inom en kort promenad eller vagnstur från avslappnad och elegant matsal, strandkaféer och unika butiker. Fiskebryggor och småbåtshamnar finns i närheten, samt hyra cykel, jet ski och kajak. I söder finns kuststäderna Longboat Key och den världsberömda shoppingstationen St. Armands Circle. Inlandet presenterar Sarasota många ställen att uppleva Floridas enastående kultur, inklusive restauranger, teatrar, konstgallerier, museer och ett akvarium.

Denna lägenhet med tre sovrum har tre nivåer med en privat hiss som har åtkomst till alla våningar. På översta våningen finns tre sovrum; två med king size-sängar och ett sovrum med våningssängar (full på botten / singel på toppen). Våningssalen är perfekt för barnen. Det stora sovrummet har ett privat badrum medan de andra två sovrummen delar ett badrum. Det finns TV-apparater i varje sovrum. På bottenvåningen finns ett ätkök fullt utrustat med allt du behöver. Det finns också en separat matplats, en hål med soffa, platt-tv, dvd-spelare och ett halvt badkar. Det finns också en stor skärmad Lanai. På bottenvåningen finns det två bilgaraget och huvudentrén.

Enheten är också utrustad med gratis WiFi för din användning medan du är på semester.

Anna Maria Island och BBC ligger ungefär en timmes bilresa från Tampa International Airport och en 30 minuters bilresa från Sarasota Airport.

Perfect for a family!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family and the location could not have been better. The beach locker was a game changer and something we definitely appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our visit!

Comfortable Home

Bradenton Beach Club is absolutely gorgeous. The two pools in the complex were the perfect temperature, clean, and well maintained. The townhouse is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Anything a family might need is available in the townhouse. The beach was only a short walk away and the owners provided chairs, toys, an umbrella and more. It was the perfect stay!

Beautiful, clean, short walk to beach

We loved our stay. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and then some! Very short walk to the beach to spend the day and watch the sunset. Short walk the other direction out to the dock and watch the sunrise. The pool was quite warm but loved that it was steps away.

Perfect Girls Getaway

Friends of many years were looking for a spacious place where we all had our individual bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. We wanted a location close to the beach and assess to a pool. This place checked all the boxes and more. The additional amenities with private beach assess, were things we didn’t know going in, and were very much utilized and appreciated. Awesome hosts!!

Ideal location with beautiful and quiet beach.

Super clean and spacious. The elevator is great for luggage and groceries. Glimpse of both the beach and bay from the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything to Prepare meals. Garage is nice to keep vehicles and golf carts cool to unload items. Great stay!

Great Property for a Family

We felt we had lots of space to spread out and relax. We had an 11-month old with us, so it was great having the bedrooms upstairs so he could nap without being disturbed. Gorgeous beach, and great pools/hot tub. The lanai had torn screens which need to be fixed for little ones to be able to be out there.

Loved the condo - was beautifully decorated & very clean. Close to the beach, pool & trolley. The only thing my daughter didn’t like was that her bedroom didn’t have a window & she likes to wake up to the Florida sunshine.

Perfect place

Love the place! Very clean! There are no curtains in the king bedrooms so it’s very bright early. that’s about our only complaint! Close to the beach and has lockers over at the beach so you don’t have to lug everything back and forth! We will stay again!!

Perfect location

Unit was clean and very spacious, just steps from the beach. Hooks on the foyer wall are very convenient to keep beach and pool items away from the living areas. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was was very well equipped. We specially appreciated the milk frother and high quality knives set. We cooked breakfast and dinner, found everything we needed. Property management was polite and quick to answer our questions. Would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing

We loved our stay. Everything was true to the pictures and very comfortable. We were there with my son, his wife, and a one-year-old granddaughter. They supplied the highchair and playpen that were needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the inlet in the morning to an amazing sunrise. We also had a very short walk to the beach to watch a gorgeous sunset. ( The best of both worlds) The pool and hot tub were not a disappointment after a day at the beach. Loved our stay!

Amazing beach house!!!!!

This was by far one of the best beach houses we have stayed in! Everything was exactly as the description described only more! This rental had everything you could need!!!! The location is absolutely perfect right across from the pool and a short walk to the beach across the street! The beach locker is literally on the beach and has everything you could need for the beach amazing backpack chairs an umbrella and sand toys for the kids! The beach wagon they provided made our life so much easier!!!!!!! We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this house we will definitely be renting again!

Just what we needed!

Four adults , plus a teen, stayed for a week here. It’s definitely not long enough! The location of this Vrbo is perfect. It’s a very short walk to the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas available steps away from the beach in your own locker. There’s also a pool and hot tub across the street from the property. Very relaxing, very quiet area. The property itself was great. The sleeping arrangements was perfect. The bedrooms are located upstairs, spaced far enough away from each other, we all slept peacefully, in our own space. The property is very clean-I am very particular about this and was very pleased. There are excellent restaurants minutes away. We didn’t have a bad meal! We biked the other end of the island, ate creamy ice cream and just enjoyed the chill atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Immaculate! Roomy! Across the street from beach!

What a great townhouse! Absolutely spotless- huge thing for me. Plenty of space to accommodate my husband and I, three kids under 12, and my sister. I loved the night lights around the house and in the rooms. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed - including birthday candles, which was a huge surprise! My husband is quite the chef, so he cooked a lot and every utensil he needed was provided. One pool was right in front of the place, very clean and not busy at all. Another pool, smaller, was right by the beach! The beach locker was amazing and useful. So many toys for the kids, floaties for the adults, and beach chairs. We had no issues other than having to leave 2 days early because of Hurricane Idalia, but our host helped to make the arrangements seamless. Overall, this place was a blessing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay…especially with the the beach being right across the street from the townhouse community, a five minute walk at most. I highly recommended this beautiful home!

Our first visit to AMI and we loved it! Great location and great place to stay. Right across from the pool and steps away from the beach. The locker was a nice accommodation. The owner was also very responsive. We would stay here again!

Short walk to pool and beach

Had a great time. The condo was just like described. The beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was very convenient. They have lots of movies for a rainy day. So nice to have everything you needed for a day at the beach, just grab a wagon and cooler (add your own drinks) and head down to the beach where there was a locker with chairs, umbrellas and floating toys. Very nice restaurants on the beach for watching the sunset. We were right across the driveway to the pool. We will be definitely come back.
