Två sovrum, översta våningen, egen post havsutsikt från balkong. 300mtrs promenad från en av Perths bästa stränder, BBQ på balkongen. Luftkonditionering, fläktar i sovrum, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. TV i master säng och vardagsrum. Båda sovrummen badrum. Lugn gata men ändå nära till hotell, café och parker, inte lämpar sig för barn.

Beautiful apratment close to the beach.

We stayed for 22 nights and didn’t want to leave! We were visiting our daughter, and the location fabulous. The apartment is so well equipped. 4 minute walk to the beach. Communication with Jules was very responsive to my messages. Jules and Sue are great hosts. We cannot wait to return

Mullaloo Gem

This property was perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated , fresh bright and clean it has everything you could possibly need. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the main bedroom is so big it feels like a luxury hotel suite. We were here for 3 weeks and it was great to have so much space to hang up all our clothes and store cases. In terms of location it is only a 3 minute walk to the beqch where the sunsets are fabulous. The hosts were fantastic warm and friendly. We wpuld love to return some day.

Luxury and Comfort

Comfortable homely and quality. Everything was so clean and the location was perfect. The pristine beach is within walking distance and the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Sue and Julian

Cosy and modern holiday apartment in superb location

This apartment offers everything you could possibly think of during a stay in Perth. It is spacious, modern, tastefully furnished and very clean. Each of the two bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom which we found ideal. We also appreciated having a few breakfast items provided by the hosts such as bread, milk and local eggs. The location of the house is just a short walk from the popular Mullaloo Beach where one can find restaurants, cafes and lovely walking trails. A supermarket, bakery, liquor store etc. are also nearby and the area is well connected by bus. We enjoyed our stay here very much and highly recommend this place to people who would like an accommodation with a touch of luxury.

Peaceful neighborhood

Plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was wonderful to arrive after a long flight to have sourdough bread, milk, eggs and a few other essentials stocked in the fridge.

Home away from home

From the moment we arrived we were very much welcomed. Fresh bread, fresh fruit and everything else you could need to start your beautiful holiday. Sue and Julz were amazing hosts, the whole experience was a dream come true, the location, the accommodation, the weather, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We didn’t want to leave, but hopefully be back very soon x

Gorgeous place

We loved the property, it's very clean, tidy, comfy, beautiful style, very close to the beach, excellent service at reasonable price. We're lucky to have found this apartment in Joondalup to enjoy our honeymoon
