Fantastic property in a great location Ideal for Manly and the city. Michael and Kaye the best hosts you could ever meet so helpful and friendly make you feel right at home. Could not recommend highly enough. Five star stay.

Superb location and stunning room. So comfortable and spacious. Michael and Kay are so welcoming and paid attention to so many little details like evening little cakes, fresh fruit breakfast with own squeeze orange juice…. From arrival to departure Mike and Kaye were absolutely delightful. Welcoming and available for any requests. Mike even drove me to my event so I didn't need to get an Uber. Space was more than adequate with everything I needed plus more. Have no hesitation in recommending this stay. Great location and easy to access.

We had a lovely stay within Michael and Kaye in a leafy green environment. So relaxing and enjoyabl.

The property was so well located and very spacious for the two of us surrounded by lovely gardens and trees. The rooms including the bathroom were spotless and modern plus everything was provided including a delicious breakfast to start the day with. Excellent attention to detail.

A quiet retreat

My wife and I had a lovely stay while we attended the Manly Jazz Festival over the long weekend. The hosts Michael and Kaye were so accommodating and helpful. We’d recommend this place to anyone. Highly recommended place to stay

Kaye and Michael are terrific hosts. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Importantly they gave us our space. The accommodation provided was first class. While it was part of their beautiful home it had a private access, its own bathroom, and a very comfortable queen size bed. The room was very well appointed, modern, very clean with plenty of windows to listen to the birdlife. A tasty continental breakfast, comprising a range of cereals and a large serving of fresh fruit, was also provided. From an external perspective Manly is a leisurely 30 minute walk away via a picturesque path. The local shopping centre, with some great restaurants and a supermarket, is only 15 mins away by foot. In summary we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Kaye and Michaels. We have no hesitation in recommending this home away from home. You will not be disappointed. Maria and Kevin Canberra ACT

Great hosts and lovely clean comfortable place to stay

We enjoyed the generosity and friendliness of our great hosts. The room was comfortable with everything you need, the ensuite was clean, a good size. There was a fridge with microwave and plenty of good quality tea of every sort with nice Coffee bags as well. the room and bathroom had some beautiful real flower arrangements. The breakfast was great with plenty of nice mixed fruit and yogurt with a choice of cereal. when we arrived they had also left us some nice biscuits. The place is close to Harbour walks and beaches including Manly.

Just brilliant. Everything was exactly as stated on the tin !! Recommend the accommodation any day.

Comfortable, convenient location and attentive, caring hosts.

40 minute walk to Manly to wonderful food options, then, board the ferry to Sydney and experience new sights everyday. Our hosts were available and helpful in planning our trip. The loft has everything for a comfortable stay plus breakfast freshly prepared each morning. Thank you to Kaye and Michael!

The nicest B&B in Manly Beach.....Mahalo Michael & Kaye for making us feel so welcomed!

We send a special MAHALO to Michael & Kaye our hosts, there helpfulness allowing us to book last minute and giving us accurate info on just how to get from where we were in Sydney to Manly Beach a beautiful bay/beach combo a must visit for more than a day. The weather was perfect and so was there room. Private and comfortable with all the lovely touches you only find at home. Even the beautiful flower arrangement on the dinning room table was real. Michael kindly offered to pick us up and drop us off at the Manly Ferry with our luggage which made for a pleasant arrival and departure even at 6am in the morning. I recommend to everyone this B&B, they delivered breakfast every morning and it was wonderful, cut up fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and all the tea/coffee to your liking. Lovely stay

Lovely stay at Condamine B&B! Michael and Kaye are fabulous hosts. Spacious and beautifully appointed room and en-suite, with everything you need. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, in a lovely quiet location. We have already booked a return stay!

Most fantastic stay

What can we say Kaye and Michael are excellent hosts making our stay absolutely wonderful. The week we had was such a joy, the location of the loft was so easy for all our trips to see our various relations and friends and we were always met with a smile and chat on our return. The breakfasts that were delivered were worthy of a 5 star rating all of their own. We will not hesitate to recommend the loft to anyone going to Manly. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality.

Wish we could have stayed longer...!

We only had 2 days at the end of our week in and around Manly. We were travelling with our 6 month old but having all the space in the loft meant it was entirely doable. Michael and Kaye are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous, amazing location and we were served delicious breakfast every morning - simply perfect and you can see why it's 5 stars only here. Thank you Kaye and Michael

Amazing location, Warm & Friendly Hosts.

My partner and I throughly enjoyed our stay at CondamineBNB. Kaye and Michael were lovely from the moment we met. Beautiful place, beautiful people!

We loved our Easter weekend getaway at Comndaminebnb. Kay & Michael were so lovely and gracious - even when we were super lost and late for our planned arrival time. We would highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home.
