Perfekt beläget i en lugn cul-de-sac bara några minuter ner cykelvägarna från affärer och restauranger på Village at Sunriver, prisbelönta Meadows Golf Course och Great Hall vid lodgen, är 2 Woodland säkerligen en favorit tillflyktsort av varje gäst. Detta stuga i chaletstil har massor av klassiska Sunriver "stuga i skogen" karaktär med golv till tak fönster, synliga bjälkar och en mysig vedspis i vardagsrummet. Rullstolsanpassat första våningen har en rampad entré, ett välutrustat kök med slaktbänkskivor och intilliggande matsal, 2 gästrum (ett med en king size-säng och en med en skräddarsydd full-full-våningssäng ), ett delat badrum och ett överdimensionerat bonus sovrum / mediarum och badrum med badkar / duschkombination. Bonusrummet har en storskärms-TV, bekväma soffor och en våtbar, tillsammans med boende för upp till 6 med en queen size-säng, två våningssängar och 2 enkelsängar. Den första våningen, inklusive den rymliga bakdäcken, är rullstolsanpassad (inte fullständigt ADA-kompatibel) med rampad entré och inrullning, kaklat dusch med gripbar. Huvud övervåningen från vardagsrummet för att hitta 4: e sovrummet med en king size-säng med TV och DVD-spelare plus ett intilliggande hall bad med en stor duschkabin.

Worked perfectly for 5 of us. Separate pool room with beds was great for the boys (ages 16 and 21) to hang out in. Clean and great location near village.

This Sunriver home was the perfect set up for our family. It is beautifully maintained and was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and starter amenities. The front porch was a nice place to have coffee in the morning. The back deck has everything you need. Plenty of seating for meals or just relaxing. Then end the evening with a soak in the hot tub. Easy walk to the Village and Lodge.This home is a gem!

Golf trip

Had trouble with check in, could not get in early which was dissapointing and was told because they still needed to clean. That did not happen until the next day and we were finally allowed in to the house at 5pm when cleaning never showed up. The back patio looked like it had not been cleaned in months, they came and blew it off and cleaned dirty water out of the cooler the following day.

Great location, lots of room.

Very close to the village, lots of room. Loved having the bikes to use to get around. Enjoyed having a spa to use and watch the stars at night.

Best house I've stayed in to date

We took our two little kids with us on a trip to Sunriver this past weekend. House was so clean including sheets, bathrooms etc. Had all appliances we needed for a nice family weekend. Great location close to village. Communication with property management team was great; they were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again!

Family Reunion

Very nice property with a wide array of kitchenware and other support items. Many sleeping area options. Lots of bikes and some float gear. Great location for walking access to Village but far enough off the busier streets. Spa controls were a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again.

Exquisite Property

Our stay in Sunriver was outstanding, despite being interrupted by nearby forest fire issues. The property was amazing, as advertised, beyond comfortable and perfectly-accommodated, and exceptionally maintained by Bennington Properties. We are already looking forward to leasing the same property again in the future. A real shout-out to Bennington Properties. Their professional service, caring attention, and unprecedented communications made this rental experience one of the very best. Thank you.

Ideal for family reunion

We booked Woodland 1 and 2 for a 5-night summer family reunion with19 people ranging from ages 1-70. Nice being located right next door with space enough for yard games in between. Fit well with comfortable sleeping space for all, plenty of community space indoors and out, and ample kitchen supplies (and fridges) to make big meals at home. This house does not have A/C but supplied plenty of fans and the overnight temps cooled it off so it wasn’t an issue. Great selection of bikes and floats included. Sunriver had activities that satisfied all age ranges. Flat biking trails were great for all family members using bikes with no gears. This property location was a super short and easy walk to The Village with good coffee and ice cream. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect for family reunion

It was beautiful - lots of areas to gather in to eat, play games and music. We are a family of musicians and it was absolutely perfect for us. The property manager seemed to be accessible 24/7 :-)

Great location and a great base camp for our Sunriver adventure. Check-in was a bit later than preferred (due to staffing shortages), but everything was perfect once we got there! :)

Family Getaway

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this place. We enjoy the home and it works nicely with our family of 6 plus a baby and 2 dogs. Close to the Village, Golfing, Marina, etc. Plus we enjoy the deer passing through everyday. No real negative other than the need for new pool Q's. The overhead fan in the rec room needs attention and the BBQ cover has a tear in it. Hope to stay there again unless we buy a place in Sunriver.

Wonderful stay!

A great home with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the safety features around the hot tub as children under 5 were staying in the home. The close proximity to The Village was a big plus as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful place!

We had a very enjoyable time at here. Lot's of room - we had people of all ages and everyone enjoyed their time! Hot tub was nice and big, nice huge deck with BBQ. Several bikes to use including one child size bike and a double seater. Short walk or bike ride to shopping center. Very quiet loop and we had great neighbors! We would love to stay here again!

Great stay

Great house for a group. Nice quiet location, super comfortable, and very well equipped kitchen. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. One suggestion - the deck furniture really needs to be replaced or else get some serious maintenance; but other than that, this is one of the best Sunriver houses we’ve rented.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely loved this place! Would stay here again and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to others! The only problem was that the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was not hung but there were other showers to use.
