Kom och utforska vad södra Illinois har att erbjuda för din nÀsta familj tillflyktsort! "YARDHOUSE AT THE LAKE" har allt! 4 sovrum med 4 queen size-sÀngar (kommer i november 2019) och 2 badrum (sÀngar kommer att vara nya i november 2019), fina rum med ett stort dÀck med utsikt över gÄrden och vattnet i en vik vid sjön. Dock med el, NIce Lake Views, Fire Pit, Wifi, utomhusgrill, garage, tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, plattskÀrms-TV / DVD-spelare, direkt-tv inklusive sportpaketet, fullt lager (bara ta mat och toalettartiklar), alla nya möbler kommer November 2019 och ja den rosa mattan kommer att tas bort och ersÀttas med brickor !!!!.

Internet ingÄr och Àr 6 mbps nedÄt och 1 mbps uppÄt.

Perfect place for my buddy and I to get away for a bit and do some fishing. Place had all the basic essentials- and check in was a breeze. Nice, quiet location- plenty of parking room for my truck and boat trailer, quick access to the nearby boat ramps, and a convenient dock to tie up to.

House was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean and easy check in process. Had a few minor flaws but did not affect our stay. Only concern is the upper needs replaced and could be a safety issue. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at this property multiple times now. Every time, we enjoy! It’s clean, comfortable and relaxing! Both the owner and the property manager are awesome to work with! Would totally recommend!!

The deck was essentially unusable because of the unstable boards popping out. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like it was recently cleaned.

This home has been newly renovated and was very clean. The lake is great and fishing was good. We were very surprised to find that the 2 bedrooms upstairs did not contain the queen beds as noted on VRBO. They were only full size. To verify I was not mistaken I even checked the size of the sheets, they were full size and fit perfectly. With the stairs being somewhat narrow, it might be noteworthy to add to the property description that the kitchen is downstairs. The area was very peaceful.

Get together with Buddies

Four of us got together to watch the National Championship. The location was central to all of us. The house was clean and comfortable. Not too far from a dollar store and then a short drive to Marion if you want restaurants and shopping. Too cold for the lake but nice view and would probably be a great summer stay.

Newly remodeled & nicely decorated. Spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all cooking equipment needed. Nice short flat walk to dock/lake.
