Kom och utforska vad södra Illinois har att erbjuda för din nästa familj tillflyktsort! "YARDHOUSE AT THE LAKE" har allt! 4 sovrum med 4 queen size-sängar (kommer i november 2019) och 2 badrum (sängar kommer att vara nya i november 2019), fina rum med ett stort däck med utsikt över gården och vattnet i en vik vid sjön. Dock med el, NIce Lake Views, Fire Pit, Wifi, utomhusgrill, garage, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, plattskärms-TV / DVD-spelare, direkt-tv inklusive sportpaketet, fullt lager (bara ta mat och toalettartiklar), alla nya möbler kommer November 2019 och ja den rosa mattan kommer att tas bort och ersättas med brickor !!!!.

Internet ingår och är 6 mbps nedåt och 1 mbps uppåt.

Fråga om vår hyrdbåt som är tillgänglig och vi hyr också bostäderna precis nedför gatan på gångavstånd. Båda dessa andra bostäder sover 8.
Fråga om att hyra 2 hus eller 3 bostäder för bättre rabatter !!!!

Stay at the bay

Everything was there that we needed. Enjoyed the scenery, and the dock access. The manual can opener was not operational, but we made do.

The deck was essentially unusable because of the unstable boards popping out. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like it was recently cleaned.

This home has been newly renovated and was very clean. The lake is great and fishing was good. We were very surprised to find that the 2 bedrooms upstairs did not contain the queen beds as noted on VRBO. They were only full size. To verify I was not mistaken I even checked the size of the sheets, they were full size and fit perfectly. With the stairs being somewhat narrow, it might be noteworthy to add to the property description that the kitchen is downstairs. The area was very peaceful.

Perfect place to stay on the lake

We have stayed at this property multiple times now. Every time, we enjoy! It’s clean, comfortable and relaxing! Both the owner and the property manager are awesome to work with! Would totally recommend!!

The house was clean and looked like the pictures. There were 3 of us and we didn’t spend much time inside the house, but we all slept comfortably. It took us a little bit to get used to the kitchen being downstairs

Newly remodeled & nicely decorated. Spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all cooking equipment needed. Nice short flat walk to dock/lake.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, spacious and fit all of us very well. We also loved the kayaks that came with the house. Will definitely come back again. A few minor comments for things that could be improved: two of the beds could be replaced, the bathroom needs a lock, would be nice to have shampoo and soap.

Great weekend getaway!

The property was clean and the check in process was smooth. The beds were, unfortunately, terribly uncomfortable but that was the only complaint we had. We loved our stay and this place!
