Enjoyable Gilbert home

The house was clean, in a good neighborhood and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio, pool and hot tub. Beds were super comfy too!

Amazing Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family. Everyone loved the pool, especially since its deepest part was 5 feet it allowed everyone to play and have fun. Best pool experience. Great outside area and the house was clean and nice. we would stay here again and again.

Wonderful home and location

House is large and clean and well stocked. Very obviously professionally managed. Terrific communication from property manager. Tremendous pool and hot tub. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and major highway.

Great place!

This home is perfect for families. The big draw is the back yard with an amazing pool area. The outside grill area and seating are comfortable and ample. The house is close to many area amenities and attractions. The inside is well maintained, clean, and includes everything you may need for your stay. This is our second time at this house and we hope to come back!

Relaxing family vacation

This property worked out great for our extended family vacation. From the indoor to the outdoor space we enjoyed our time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool & spa were great for relaxing. We loved the fresh oranges & lemons and watching the hummingbirds. The only negative we could come up with was the pillows. The location was close to the stores we used and our airport. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Inside very clean outside a bit poopy

The house was clean and very roomy. They left little welcome goodies, including sunscreen which was a nice touch. The pool area was filled with bird poop and could’ve been maintained better but that is the only complaint we have.

Annual AZ vacation and golf trip

Over the past three years, a group of us has taken this trip and stayed in either hotels or different places. This was the first year we decided to take the wives with us, and because of that, we decided to find a place to rent for all of us. This place was a true Oasis and met all of our expectations. It was perfect and close to shopping and anything you would need to get or do. It was nice not to have to stay in a hotel and have to eat out for all the meals. It was great being able to drink your coffee in the morning in the spa or enjoy the heated pool in the afternoon. It really felt like a home away from home and would recommend it.

We loved this house!

The inside was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The back yard is spectacular. The pool is great. We enjoyed the water feature, lots of places to sit in the sun or shade. There were some pool toys in the garage for the kids. The house is in a large but quiet neighborhood. The backyard was surprisingly private. The lemon trees in the yard were full of fruit. We even made lemonade. Hummingbirds were fun to watch too.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We were so pleased with this rental. It’s a beautiful home that easily accommodated 10 adults. The home was very clean and stocked with anything we needed. We spent most of our time in the backyard - floating in the pool or visiting on all the patio furniture. Very convenient location with the 202, San Tan Village shopping, a Trader Joe’s and Black Rock coffee all right down the road. Only a 10 minute drive from the Mesa Gateway airport too which made check in/out even easier! I had a few questions and the property manager was quick to respond via email. We had no issues at all and hope to stay at this home again in the future.

Return visit did not disappoint!

We returned to this property again this year for our annual winter get away! Both visits exceeded all our expectations. We received excellent assistance and timely feedback from the owner and local house manager via texts. They did everything to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The home is so easy to maintain during our stay with everything we needed readily available and everything in excellent working order. For a week, we were able to enjoy a group of 10 staying in the home with plenty of comfortable living, with great beds and gorgeous outdoor space for swimming and outdoor play. The waterfall, fire pit and special lighting at night make it picturesque & memorable. The locale is loaded with great restaurants, shopping and activities.

Excellent host and property

The communication prior to our arrival was great. We were sent all the information to access the property and what was needed. When we arrived, there was a welcome card and gift. It included some discounts to local restaurants as well. The pool, the house, and the yard were excellent. We heated the pool in the hot tub and swam every day despite having temperatures in the 60s during the day and low 50s at night. The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed and a dishwasher. They had a coffee maker with coffee available, which we had every morning out on the lanai. They had plenty of pool toys for the kids to play with. Very spacious home with a nice large three car garage . This was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at.

Great family house

Our family group of 7 enjoyed this house a lot. It's rare to find a nice place with reasonable rates that has five actual bedrooms, which we needed. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked, there were lots of sitting areas, but the back yard and covered terrace were the places we enjoyed the most. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and well maintained. We paid to have the pool heated and it was like bath water. Be aware that it is heated in scheduled segments: the hot tub gets the heat in the evenings and mornings, and the pool during the mid day until late afternoon. Neither one ever got chilly, but optimal heat was during these times, FYI.The only caution is that the pool is not fenced within the walled backyard, so small children need to be carefully watched. There is no shallow end beyond the steps. And there is no hand rail to enter or exit either the hot tub or pool, which older guests might need, as the step risers are a bit taller than expected. Otherwise, a great stay! (Loved the fruit trees-- oranges, lemons, limes in abundance!)

The comfort and convenience of home on Vacation!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Our perfect day would be described as a fresh frozen lemonade (made with lemons from their trees out back) poolside enjoying the Arizona sunshine. Swimming till we built up an appetite entro grill out on their outdoor grill/bar. Then relaxing by a beautifully lit fire pit as the evening sky set. I was grateful for the ample toiletries, towels, soaps and detergents. Spices were available as well! I tried to restock what we used. But was thankful k did t have to stress over trash bags. Also everything was explained in detail in the texted welcome letter. When I had a question, the property manager Mathew was quick to respond. We had never been to AZ before so we had a blast exploring everything from the many local restaurants and attractions to UTVing in Black Canyon City. Thankyou for making this big check mark off our family’s bucket list a fantastic experience! Would definitely recommend.

Wow!

What an amazing place! First of all - one of the past reviews talked about bird excrement all over the pool deck - there was absolutely no problem with it while we were there! So no worries about that! Speaking of pool deck - that backyard was a wonderland! So relaxing and great to gather and talk or eat. The pool is in a timer but the owner was always quick to turn things on if they had shut off. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit so much. So great! Inside the house - just as amazing! Amenities were great! So many awesome details like hotel like robes in the closet, wonderful new and comfy mattresses, clean and comfy sheets and bedding. So much room so we could space out and have alone time when needed. The kitchen was fabulously equipped. My older mother was with us so I didn’t even realize but, the layout was superb with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor so no need to climb stairs. Everything from the pool towels to the kitchen stuff and all the little touches were precisely arranged and perfectly laid out. We would have loved to stay longer at this house but I guess good reviews like this keep it booked up so - grab a reservation while you can! Thanks to Matthew and all else who took care of us and all the amenities and helped make this such an enjoyable stay!

Family Getaway

We had a great stay and weather was wonderful during our visit to Gilbert, AZ. The house was beautiful and very clean. The back yard provided a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the nights.

The outdoor space is absolutely stunning with mature palm trees and orange trees. We loved hanging at the pool during the day and hanging at the firepit in the evening.
