Family Villa @ Magenta Shores Resort - nära stranden och pooler men ändå så privat!

Magenta Shores Golf Resort ligger bara 90 minuter från Sydney och 15 km norr om Terrigal.

Denna 3 sovrum ligger på en central plats i orten samt ca 40 meter till direkt tillgång till stranden.

Det finns 3 sovrum på övervåningen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum (dusch och bad) och balkong. Det har också en TV. Det andra och tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det finns ett andra badrum på övervåningen.

Nedervåningen är ett vardagsrum, matsal, kök, toalett och tvättstuga. Köket är utrustat med ugn, spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, köksredskap, brödrost, vattenkokare och crokery för sex. Det finns TV och radio i vardagsrummet.

Anläggningen har direkt tillgång till stranden, cykelbanor och bushwalking spår, liksom andra fantastiska stränder i de omgivande områdena.

Golfbanan med 18 hål Championship är en av de mest unika, utmanande och högt rankade banorna i Australien inom en 5-stjärnig plats.

Vägbeskrivning från Sydney

* Ange F3-motorvägen från Pacific Highway och kör norrut mot Central Coast i ca 40-45 minuter
* Stäng av vid första WYONG EXIT
* På toppen av rampen, TURN RIGHT och huvud över motorvägen
* GÅ VÄSTA WESTFIELDS på TUGGERAH
* Du är nu på WYONG ROAD, Fortsätt rakt, går igenom många round-a-bouts (ca 17)
* När du når en mycket stor rond-a-bout nära slutet av WYONG ROAD, sväng vänster mot CENTRAL COAST HIGHWAY (The Entrance Road).
* Fortsätt fram till andra gatan efter Diggers vid entrén, ta sedan en vänster HAND TURN (Ingångsställe) vid denna rondell.
* Fortsätt tills det finns ett tecken till TOUKLEY och sväng höger in i Coral Street (andra sista gatan före vatten)
* Vrid vänster runt och fortsätt över bron till norra ingången.
* Fortsätt ca 3 km och sväng höger på toppen av kullen i Magenta Shores. Fortsätt rakt fram genom rundan och sväng höger in i komplexet.

Family Villa är så nära anläggningen anläggningar och stranden men privat nog att fredligt koppla av om så önskas.

Weekend getaway

My Family and l had a wonderful stay. There was somthing for everybody and had a very family friendly yet tropical feel about the place. The decor was very comfortable and spacious. The pools and play ground and beach access is covenantly located and in very close proximity (walking distance) My little girls were able to ride there scooters easily to and throw through out the property. My wife enjoyed the deep Xlarge bath tub at the end of her busy day with the kids. Myself and Sons were able to get some fishing in and caught a octopus and a few fish. The beds were very comfortable with more then enough beach towels and linen. The self contained villa was stocked with all the little nic nacks that you would need to make a home cooked meal very convenient 😉. The extra bath rooms and toilets were a plus so none of us were waiting around for our turn. This place is lovely would highly recommend. The only input l would suggest is having a BBQ out back at the patio so we could cook our food at home rather then having to go to the pool side BBQ. Other then that which is a minor suggestion WE ALL HAD A FAB TIME.

Perfect Location

The 3 bedroom villa was wonderful, location was amazing, excellent for families. The place could do with a new lick of paint but aside from that our weekend was great!

Such a lovely location and the resort facilities are great for entertaining the family. Just a stroll to the beach and a short drive into town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Trip Away

Great location on the central coast and good resort facilities. But basic villa.

The villa is near the resort pools and beach which were both used often by our young family. The resort restaurant was also acceptable although expensive. A nice touch was the daily events that the resort puts on for young kids eg pizza cooking, movies etc The villa itself was disappointing. Sparsely furnished with a stained couch, chipped crockery and several curtains with holes in them. For the price the owner is charging there needs to be some capital spent on updating the carpet, curtains and furniture. The carpets particularly on the stairs were going bald. Our 3 year old slipped and fell on the tops stairs on the first night so spent the rest of the holiday slowly edging his way down on his bottom. And being reminded constantly by us! There also is no hand rail on the stairs for the kids or elderly. Air con was also very noisy particularly in the room closest to the road so it couldn’t be used at night while we were sleeping. For the rental price people are expecting to be able to use the resort pools, particularly during summer. We found it odd that prior to our visit and so quickly after accepting our booking the owner provided no assurance that the hotel facilities would be available to us other than a prior comment from a previous guest. Ultimately the facilities proved to be available but all the disclaimers from the owner didn’t help alleviate our initial concerns. Not sure what would have happened if we couldn’t have used the pools particularly with a young family. Communication could be better upfront on what exactly is available. If the resort has changed its policies the owner should tell prospective guests prior to them booking.

Amazing Stay

My family and I were very pleased with our stay in Magenta. The area is really nice and luxurious with swimming pools and Pullman hotel facilities. Gracia's house is very comfortable (except for the living room sofa which should be replaced). Some items were missing in the kitchen but Gracia has them already replaced. Air conditionning quite noisy and no way to set a different temperature in each room. Apart from that the communication with Gracia was excellent and the villa is excellent value for money for the area. Will definitely stay again! Cheers

Great place, great location.

After much searching, I settled on this villa for a recent catchup with family who live in the area. What a beautiful spot - very quiet with well-maintained gardens, and no problems with parking. The villa had all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and quality beds. It was great not to have to bring bed linen with us. The little touches were also appreciated - liquid soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, coffee and milk, and (surprise) paper towelling! Payment and the preliminaries were easy, and advice on access to the property and the all the resort facilities was timely and spot on. Thanks Gracia - we'll be back.

Nice getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I have would be to have instruction booklets on aircon, oven, dishwasher and TVs. For some reason we didn't get these working straight away.

Home away from home

We spent a week at this beautiful villa and had a great time. It's very close to the beach, resort pools and cafes/restaurants. The place was clean and very family friendly. The owner was great to deal with and made the whole booking process simple and hassle free. We will definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

Fantastic break

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magenta Shores. The pools are well designed and cater well with kids. The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike with young kids. The accommodation was lovely, overall very happy

Perfect for all holiday types

We loved staying at this townhouse. It was modern, clean, spacious, close to the beach (although too rough for swimming, lovely and long for walks) & resort facilities. The only suggestion for improvement to the owners would be to have at least 'starter' supplies available - there was no toilet paper, salt, cooking oil or other basics of any kind. The owners told us this in advance so we were aware, but for a week-end away it is a hassle to have to bring these things. No hesitation in recommending this accommodation and I would love to stay again.

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful weekend at this villa. It was very spacious, modern and comfortable and had such a relaxed atmosphere. It was also very clean and had everything you needed except for a chopping board and storage containers. Family friendly excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the family villa in magenta. It was very family friendly, very close to the beach and pools. We had children under the age of 2 and it was comfortable. Rooms are spacious, house is clean and area very quiet.
