Great location

This was a great place to stay. Lots of places to curl up with a book or look out at the view. Our host was lovely and offered to let us check out whenever we wanted on our last day because the weather hadn’t been great. Shelley beach is just a 5 min walk down the road with great rock pools to explore. Moffatt beach is about a 10min walk. We drove to Kings or Bulcock beaches if we wanted a patrolled beach - plenty of parking especially if you get there earlyish.

Comfortable, well provisioned holiday home. Plenty of room for the family and the pet. Lovely ocean view from the back deck. We felt at home and had a great time.

Ahhh...the serenity! We could truly chill out! Pups welcome inside, plus serene ocean views.

Divine We needed alternative weekend accommodation while our house was getting fumigated. Having the dogs inside with us is our favourite thing! The Shelly Beach house is the perfect place for that! Our party of three adults & two dogs (Staffy F & Bull terrier M intact) loved the ocean breeze flowing throughout. We took our dogs favourite beds, popped them down, hung the leads among the many hooks set up, and then got to sniffing the new surroundings! The hardwood floors, secure fences and latches, gave peace of mind to us, knowing that our fur kids are always safe. Regarding pet instincts, like marking unfamiliar territory, there are no 'hot spots' here. Nor are there 'nuisance barking' neighbouring dogs, which can incite a long, loud doggy conversation. This means your pets can relax, aswell as you! Restaurants and beaches are a pleasant, short walk away. For most meals, we cooked for ourselves, to enjoy the view and breeze. All ammenities and appliances- kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, had everything we needed, in good working order. The host All communication around organising our stay was pleasant, clear, professional and prompt. The hospitality Interaction with the occupants residing below, was genuine, and pleasant. We were treated to a bottle of champers waiting for us, and treats for the pups. We were gifted further generosity by way of a late check-out, and a Christmas pudding. True to the details, construction of the neighbours' new home is occurring, and while present, the noise was not bothersome. Transparency on the proprietors' part is appreciated regarding this situation. All in all, a great place to stay. I'm excited to see what other little goodies the next guests might get!

perfect weekend

This property was fantastic. Exactly as listed. great location and beautiful view from back deck with the moon rising over the ocean both nights was magical. close to beach and friendly corner shop. Dealing with Andreana the property manager was so easy. Great communication. The house had everything you could need including things like cling wrap etc that I did not expect. There was also a bottle of sparkling wine and some tim tams there for us. Our little puppy loved it and felt at home as soon as we arrived. It all made for a great weekend away with friends. Thank you Andreana we don't get away often together but we look forward to staying here again

Beautiful spot for a winter break!

Loved this holiday spot. Good view and comfy house. Metal roof over caretakers unit may be a slight issue in hot weather as it is right off the deck.

Comfortable house at Shelly Beach

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very well equipped, comfortable house in the quiet streets of Caloundra. The front yard was secure for our 2 dogs and it was lovely being able to take them down to the beach a few hundred metres away. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely home, great views and breezes, pet friendly.

We are a family of 6 adults who stayed with our dogs for a week. The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed, with extra touches. Sea breezes kept the house cool. Andreana was prompt in communication. We would love to return.

Fantastic location, great for families

The Shelly Beach House is a great option for families. It has everything you could need for a week or a month, and is close to every beach in Caloundra. Andreana welcomes pets, and our Bischon couldnt have been happier. Oh and the kids enjoyed themselves as well.... Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We had a lovely stay at the beach house. The owner was extremely supportive in setting up the house in a way that fitted our particular group. We had one of our group in a wheelchair and the unit was set up well for her needs and accessibility. The weather was great while we were away and we were well located to enjoy the beach, Australia zoo and Mooloolaba.

Everything has been thought of

Our family (me, hubby, two teenage boys and small dog) had a great stay. Weather for most of it was great, and we could sit out on the deck and watch the world go by. Will definitely come again.

Superb views and wonderful owners to deal with!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelley Beach House and will definitely stay again! It was so great to be able to have the doggies with us too! The sunrise is spectacular from the balcony and Drina was so accomodating and friendly.

Great location with views of the ocean.

We loved the location of the house. Lovely views of the ocean from the deck, lounge and main bedroom. A very easy walk to Shelly Beach, a great little coffee shop and both Moffat and Kings Beach. We stayed with our children, grandchildren and a couple of dogs. The house was great for the extended family. A lovely yard for the grandchildren and dogs to play in. A complimentary bottle of bubbly as well as milk, tea, coffee etc made for a great start to our holiday.

PERFECT HOUSE TO STAY

The house set up is perfect also the location. Has a perfect view over the ocean, things like putting a Santa some xmas lights in and a bottle of wine and lots of timtams was very nice everything we needed was there plus a lot more We definitely got the impression that the owner cares a lot about her guest!
