Nice little place

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for my family. It ended up being just a few minutes away from everything we planned to visit. It was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. When we go back to decatur in the future, we will definitely rent here again

Fishing tournament

Perfect location five minutes from the landing. We were able to park the boat in the driveway.Everything we needed was there and we had room to spread out when we weren’t fishing. Just what we were looking for!

Nice stay

This house is a quaint, old, nicely renovated home. Floors and surfaces were clean, it is stocked with necessary kitchen utensils for cooking, and neighborhood is quiet (although there was a rooster crowing in the distance one morning). Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. I enjoyed the front porch in the morning because the neighbors have a bird feeder and some terrific birds came for breakfast.

Close to the kids

We stayed at this Vrbo because it was close to our kids place. Very convenient to downtown and close to places to see.

Great area / accommodations

I am a walker so it was a very good & safe area for walking. I especially loved Delano Park. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our 12 day stay. The area is easy access to grocery stores and delicious restaurants. I will definitely stay there again if I am back in the area.

This unit is great for those traveling with families or traveling professionals that want to save $$$. This place is way better than staying at a hotel. Do your math and you will see how true that is. This is a FULLY FURNISHED property, close to down town Decatur AL, easy access to I-565. It was fully renovated.

The best part of this property is the VALUE. You cannot beat the value when you compare this with a hotel. It was completely renovated. We turned an ugly duckling into a very nice property. Modern updates of an older almost historic home.
