Knottapharm - En fredlig landsbygdens resa

Knottapharm består av tre stugor i paviljongstil med stora täckta balkonger. Två av paviljongerna har sovrum och badrum.

Den första paviljongen har två stora rum med king size-sängar och den andra har ett stort rum med en king size-säng, ett våningssäng med två uppsättningar av enkelsängar och en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Den tredje paviljongen består av ett familjerum, kök, pulverrum och lounge.

Köket är ett fullt utrustat och inkluderar extra som mikrovågsugn, matprocessor, mixer och serveringsbrickor.

Andra faciliteter inkluderar öppen spis, stor grill, Wi-Fi, stereo, fasttelefon, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Det finns ingen mobiltelefonmottagning av någon transportör i dalen. Du kan vidarebefordra din mobil till fasta nummer om du väntar samtal.

Alla handdukar, lakan, kuddar och filtar levereras.

Utomhus och djurliv

Fastigheten är 25 tunnland med huset omgiven av 3 tunnland rensad mark och resten består av otydlig skog. Cedar Brush Creek går igenom fastigheten och gör en härlig promenad. Om du har tur får du se wallaby, wombats, lyrfåglar, platypus, rådjur och goannas.

Fastigheten går tillbaka till The Great Northern Walk och ger en mer utmanande vandring.

Det är paintball cirka 20 minuter med bil bort (bokas efter överenskommelse)
 
Golfbanan "The Springs" vid Mangrove Mountain ligger cirka 30 minuter bort.

Central Coast Adventure Park ligger cirka 20 minuter bort.

Lovely weekend getaway

A dream location

I’ve now stayed at Knottapharm multiple times and every time I pinch myself at how stunning the property is.To have wildlife casually roaming the property, the privacy and quiet of being tucked away in the valley plus all the comforts you would hope for in a country estate. I can’t speak highly enough of it.Leanne and Steve are also very diligent and caring owners who invest a lot of time in the property but also ensuring guests enjoy it fully. Our family can’t wait to return

Peaceful stay

We had a lovely weekend stay at Knottapharm as two families with young children. The house is well equipped for adults and children and the layout is perfect when travelling with another family. There was an issue with one of the rooms before we checked in which made our sleeping arrangements a little tight but Leanne and Steven made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and still had a fabulous time. We would love to come back and stay again!

Wedding Next Dooe

Ten of our extended family used Knottapharm as our base to attend our sons wedding near by. It is a great property with 3 separate wings, a beautiful pool and lovely grounds. As a bonus there are even chickens providing fresh eggs ( we got 1 each day).

Idyllic Getaway!

We were a family of 8 plus a toddler looking for a rural retreat for our annual holiday together. This property ticked all of the boxes from arrival. Secluded location, perfect character filled home that comfortably accommodated all really well, all the modern comforts, extremely well stocked kitchen and pantry, ample fire wood to enjoy the fireplaces the whole time we were there and the garden/grassed area was gorgeous and allowed for ball games and totem tennis. Could not ask for anything more! Leanne, whom we met, was such a gracious and organised Host. I could not recommend this property more highly, would love to experience in summer and get to laze by the pool! Thanks Leanne and Steven

Perfect retreat

This property is absolutely perfect for a family getaway or a large group of friends. The separate living & sleeping pavilions made it easy for everyone to have their own space as well as being able to come together in one large entertaining area. There’s loads of space for outdoor games and the pool was divine. It’s super private and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, equipped with everything you could possibly imagine, the pantry is well stocked and the large dining table perfect for meals and game nights together. All in all, couldn’t recommend the property highly enough, and can’t wait to go back in the winter to use the outdoor fire pit!

Another amazing stay at Knottapharm

This was our 3rd stay at Knottapharm and we loved every moment, such a relaxing break. Lots of room for kids to run around and adults to retreat, well stocked kitchen, amazing pool, we were well entertained with Finska, darts and chickens! Beautiful getaway from Sydney

Leanne met us on arrival and gave us a brief tour of the property. The space itself is glorious (particularly the pool on a hot day!), the rooms were large and spacious and overall it felt so homely and welcoming. Our whole group loved the getaway from Sydney and we'd all agreed we'd be rushing to stay again!
