With hotel standard amenities such as washing machine with dryer function, Iron, TV, kitchen equipped with basic cooking tools and utensil and toiletries, you and your love ones will sure have the best stay.

The Space:
2 Bedroom Apartment. The entire apartment is exclusively for your use only. No sharing with other guests.

Bedroom 1 - 2 Double size beds (4p)
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double size bed (2p)
Living room- 2 Double size sofa bed (4p)

A total of 10 people can comfortably stay

The sofa bed with clean sheet and pillow are self-service. it's super simple, you can set up in 2 mins.
Kitchen space provides basic cooking tools and utensils.
This apartment provides hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Separate toilet and bath. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need.
Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

The whole apartment is free for guest use, including shampoo/rinse, kitchen accessories, plates, umbrellas and other amenities. please wash it and put it back after using them, thank you.

The Neighborhood:
It's right next to the Peace Park area
Less than 1 min walk to the Peace Park also reach to Hondori shopping street
24 hours supermarket, elevator in the building, laundry machine, right next to the Peace Park, very lovely and quiet area.

Getting Around:
1 mins walk to 本川町 Honkawa streetcar station
less 30 sec reach to famous Peace Park
3min walk to Hondori shopping area

Other Things to Note:
Sofa bed is self-service, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

If garbage is full, kindly watch the video in the self check in instruction on where to properly dispose the garbage.
If you need to order a taxi service for your departure day, please let me know earlier so we will have more chance to reserve a taxi for you.

I provide 1 set of towel for each guest staying less than 3 days;
More than 3 days of stay if extra towel is needed please let me know.

No shoes in the room.
Smoke is prohibited, if we find out you smoke in the room will have 200 USD penalty from building property management company.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
If you have any questions about this issue, please feel free to contact costumer service.

You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.


CCTV/Securtiy Camera :

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
