- Se alla fartyg gå förbi inklusive stora kryssningsfartyg och Spirit of Tasmania (denna plats är det närmaste som fartygen kommer till stranden i Port Philip Bay)
- Njut av bad, solbakning, snorkling på stranden eller fiske utanför bryggan / bryggan, båtuthyrning eller promenad på sandstränderna.

- Fisketurer / dagskryssningar finns tillgängliga vid bryggan.

Det finns en helt ny 2 sovrum fristående stuga komplett med kitchette, badrum osv på baksidan av blocket.
Det har förmågan att sammankoppla med huset eller det kan isoleras helt från huset via en stor uppsättning av dubbla grindar och är helt inhägnad, vilket gör det helt privat.
Den har 2 dubbelsängar och kan sova max 4 personer.

A hidden gem. Perfect for a family holiday!

This is a fantastic place for a family holiday. Perfect location and a delightfully clean beach house oozing with charm. The photos can't quite describe the peaceful setting and the intimate spaces in and around the house. Staying here is like having a beach for your back garden, a sense of seclusion, and yet everything you need is just outside your front door and up the driveway. This makes it a winner for everyone in the family. Basically, the photos don't do it justice! We will be coming back next year for longer, for sure. It's a gem!

Super Clean, great location and plenty of space for our group! Would definitely love to come back!

Everything that was advertised came with this house ! Boris was super easy to communicate with and replied in great time to help with any answers we needed! All rooms were clean and tidy and suited our group well!

Wonderful home for our family holiday

The house & cabin were perfect for our large family annual holiday. A very happy & comfortable home, in a perfect location. Bed linen really lovely, bedrooms & living rooms styled with a homely & relaxed vibe. Thank you very much Boris & Barbara for sharing your little piece of paradise & for all your extra little touches (the ice maker certainly had a workout 🤪) Will definitely be back

Great holiday home

Stayed here over new years, was really nice and relaxing in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the shops. Also was able to bring my dog down who equally loved it

Cute beach house with perfect location and awesome outdoor kitchen area.

We had an amazing quick week getaway at 930 on the beach. The house was a great size for my family of 5...and having Young kids, the location was perfect. The house was well equipped, we were never trying too hard to find anything we needed. The outdoor kitchen was great, and I loved having my morning coffee on the backyard bar watching the morning beach walkers go by!! It was important for us that we could Bring our dog Lenny. There was a good secure area for him to be left when needed...although there was no grass for him. This still worked for him as he came everywhere with us, but just be mindful if you have a med/large dog. The house itself is very comfortable, and quiet. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to the supermarket, pub, beach...everywhere really. You don’t need to drive many places when staying here! There were beach toys for the kids...we did buy an umbrella to take to the beach as there wasn’t one at the house, and in January it was needed. Boris was easy to communicate with without being intrusive to our holiday. When we had a question we would text and within minutes he would text us back with an answer.

Beach right next to you

The house was spotless. Right next to the beach which was soo awesome and the beach was very safe for kids. Loved the sun room which we spent our night eating and drinking. The walking trail was beautiful during sunset and there was a park nearby. The house had everything we needed and was excellent for a large family.

Fantastic Stay For New Years!

Rented this house over New Years with a group of 10 friends and it was fantastic! The photos don't do the place justice, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view of the grass area and beach was beautiful, and it was as if we had our own private beach in our backyard. The outdoor BBQ and bar area was great. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend! Thanks for a great start to 2017!

Brilliant Location, Great for all the family.

My family, from my elderly parents to a 2 year old, stayed here and the place was perfect for all of us.The house was clean and comfortable with all essential items supplied along with some nice extras (including kids beach toys). The sunroom and the bar at the back are magnificent places to sit and relax and watch the passing parade of people, ships and sunset/sunrises. The outdoor kitchen is a real bonus, with BBQ's clean and ready to use. Perfectly located to beach and shops -no car needed! Host was very helpful and polite, fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended!

Another Excellent Stay

This is our second stay at this holiday house. It was just a lovely as the first time. Close to everything, especially the beach. House has a lovely homely feel and great BBQ area. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing get away. Well priced and we will definitely be back again.

A real gem

We had a great time here. Very suitable for families and children. Close to beach, shops and local sights. Fantastic location. Also handy having a playground next door. Beach house was fully equipped for all our needs and comfort. Loved all the little extras in the property that made it feel homely. Discreet from the front, like a little hidden secret. A real find!

Excellent location

We stayed in this property with our friends for 2 nights and we had a wonderful time. Excellent property, very close to the beach with lovely views on the dining area. Very close to the shops and everything. We will definitely come back.

Great all-rounder

Great location! Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Perfect for a couple, family or crowd. As girls on a weekend away, we particularly liked the sitting area outside, watching those coming and going to the beach whilst holding a glass of wine. A great place for some fun or a quiet retreat. Also very neat and tidy. They have thought of everything. We will be back!

A perfect beach holiday house

This is my second time staying at this property. The first time I took the family, and this time I went just with my partner. The property was suitable for family time, and is also perfect for a romantic weekend away without the kids. As I have said before, this property is clean, it has a great energy, and is in a fantastic location. It really is a hidden gem, and is so much more than it looks in the photos, and brighter too! I will be back again.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at 930 on the beach with our adult children and two little granddaughters ! Our dealings with the hosts were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The house is in the perfect location and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay! We will definitely stay again!

The beach house

What a great house to accommodate the whole family, granny, daughters and husbands, grandchildren and our little dog and with direct access to the beach through the back gate. We could even see the ships passing from the living area and each evening we sat on the beach enjoying the sunsets - it doesn't get much better than that! Thanks Boris and Barb for our sensational family get together - the holiday we will always remember!

Excellent Location- Right on the beach!

My family and I recently stayed here and had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday as this house had everything we needed. Location was fantastic! Beach, walking & bike track was right out the back gate. Loved the extras & the outside hot shower. The shops, pub, restaurants, cafes etc were all across the road as were the cinemas, which the kids were happy about! . We were able to leave car at home most of the time. The bus stop is at the front door and takes you as far as Portsea or Frankston. The hosts were great to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the sunset and sunrise, was just magic with the black swans, large ships & pier in the foreground...great pics! Would definitely recommend this house!!!
