En välutrustade nära ny tre sovrum radhus 600m från Cowes främsta stranden och en kort tio minuters promenad till Cowes centrala shoppingområdet. Denna vackra hem har ett rymligt vardagsrum nere och tre generösa sovrum på övervåningen och är bara en av två enheter på blocket.
Inget behov av att packa linne som vi ger färska linne lakan på alla våra sängar. Varje sovställning kommer också att förses med handdukar och badrummen har mattor bad och handdukar.
Den ljusa och rymliga viktigaste kök, matsal, vardagsrum kompletteras av en stor undercover utomhus nöjesområde. Köket är väl utrustat för beredning måltid, komplett med kökshanddukar och det väsentliga.
En dubbel låsa upp garaget är idealisk för säker bil, motorcykel eller jet ski storeage. Ett gated område intill hemmet är perfekt för parkering en stor båt. Detta hem ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde och är det perfekta stället att basera själv att utforska ön och allt den har att erbjuda.

Strängt inga SCHOOLIES eller partigrupper. Detta är ett lugnt bostadsområde och bullerbegränsningar verkställs av de lokala myndigheterna.

Wonderful Stay at a Neat and Spacious House

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday house in Phillip Island. The house was very clean, tidy, and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We all had a fabulous stay and enjoyed our few days on the Island. Great roomy accommodation with lovely outdoor area and amenities for our group. We would highly recommend it to families, friends and couples. Thanks Again Sherry

property modern and clean and accommodated nine adults in seperate beds. As we were on motorbikes garage availability was excellent. Highly recommend property and will re book next year

got everything you need

the place was huge and so clean, Darren was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. all you need, especially the kitchen, were there. the neighbourhood was so quiet and relaxing, accesible to shops. perfect for families and group stay. very much recommended.

Perfect place for a large group!

This was a great stay for my family and I. The house was spacious, clean and had all the appliances we needed during our stay. The house has a great location near to the lawn bowls and tennis courts. Plus close by to cowes Main Street. Will hire again.

Perfect for Superbikes and more

Great stay. This is a very modern and well maintained property with plenty of room. The carpeted garage was a great bonus to store bikes after a long ride. Short stroll into the main street of Cowes.

Memorable stay in a cosy neighbourhood

Wow what a gem of a place you have. Location was brilliant, close to the beach yet away from any loud crowds. The pantry is full of everything you could think of which we didn't require as we didn't think it would be provided so we has brought our own. It really is a home away from home, and one that I am more than happy to recommend and come back to time and time again. Thanks Darren for sharing your home to us, it was so memorable for my family and I.

Spacious and clean!

This is a lovely townhouse that is quite spacious, with large rooms which was great for our three children to hang out in. It was very clean with a great little outdoor area and was in relatively quiet neighborhood. Would recommend it for your next holiday of rest and relaxation!

Perfect for large groups!

I highly recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to coming back! As a group of 11 adults we had room to bond and room to spare in this large and cleverly arranged home. Having two full bathrooms (ladies and gents), an extra downstairs toilet, a large indoor and outdoor dining table, lots of group seating, and all the ammenities you could want made our stay so comfortable. The house was in hotel condition when we arrived. From the clean modern design, down to the perfectly pressed linen. Location wise, we were close to everything, but happily tucked away from the easter holiday rush. We only regret having waited till the end of our trip to check out the beautiful stretch of beach right down the road from the house. Finally, thank you, Darren, for your hospitality. I especially appreciate your prompt replies and professionalism, even after initially declining our request. If you hadn't explained your reason for declining (needing a min 4 day stay over easter) we would have really missed out. From all of us, thank you! :)

Perfect family getaway

We stayed at the property with another family and it was perfect for just that! It had everything there you could want for cooking and entertaining the little ones! The kids loved the carpeted garage and used it as there play area. The outside BBQ area was great for entertaining and perfect for dinner time with a big family. The house is also in a great location as every morning we would walk to the shops and not too far for the kids. We will defiantly be back next year! Thank you for having us!
