great basic condo

Condo met expectations. We were given a first floor room facing a road, so we weren't able to enjoy our patio because of traffic noise. More communication from staff about where to find amenities and special events would have been nice.

Great views of the mountains, off the main road, yet close to everything.

Easy checkin, host was great with communication, perfect view of the mountains from this unit (most other units at this resort do not have a view of any mountains), and you’re less than 5 minutes from anything you could want for entertainment. It’s an hour drive to most of the Smokey Mountains Nat. Park destinations, but that’s completely normal as you can’t really stay much closer. Beautiful resort. Pools were clean, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and we had a great time. Look forward to staying at this resort again!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham. The condo was a good size for our family of 6, and it was very clean. We liked how close we were to all of the fun things to do in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. One critique would be a revamping of the bathrooms would be great because there were some stains in the shower.

2023 summer

The resort was clean and well maintained. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. The only problem was that at check in the staff didn't provide us with a list of amenities or a map of the property.

First family vacay with our blended family

We had a blast. The bracelets were awesome. It gave the teenagers the freedom to come and go as they please. There was plenty of room and space for all. Loved it.

Very Clean, Very Friendly Staff!

Great stay at this property. The room was exactly as described and perfect for our family. The common facilities were nice. Pool was very busy, but that was okay we didn't use it a whole lot. Exercise room was a welcome amenity.

Spacious and Convenient

We loved this two bedroom in the heart of Sevierville. Having two beds in the 2nd bedroom was great for two teenagers. Convenient location allowed us to avoid most of the traffic on the strip but still convenient to activities, restaurants and shopping. Close to all types of outdoor activities and Dollywood. Would highly recommend.

Nice condo for where it is

The condo was very clean, nice staff for the most part. Only downside I think was the pool situation. If you are placed in the 1000 buildings, like we were, you are in the side, imo, with the lesser of the pools. Had to travel across the busy highway to use the other one that is a decent size

Perfect place in Pigeon Forge

We had 8 people aged 12 to 45 and it was spacious, clean and well stocked on the things we needed: towels, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer. Place was bright and airy. Block 23 is located right next to the outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and games room. A trolley stops right at the end of the street which takes you to multiple places on the parkway, including The Island. (Pick up trolley route on trolley.) We have a very enjoyable stay both out and about and relaxing at the condo. Thank you

Painter Family Vacation

This was the first family vacation with my grandkids and new husband. The Wyndham resort in Pigeon Forge was the nicest place I have ever stayed. We can’t wait to make future reservations and go back and stay there again. It was the most accommodating for us to be able to visit Dollywood and also be away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge traffic. We can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go back. Their was so much offered as far as activities, for our family. It was amazing all that we were able to do without even leaving the resort. So thankful for the experience and memories we made there. Breathtaking scenery day and night. We will return!

Dirty/disorganized

The location was good along with the offered amenities, however the room and bathrooms were very dirty. We have photos and videos of just how dirty everything was. Examples include dirty silverware, dirty bathtub, bathroom mirrors looked wiped with muddy water, floors poorly vacuumed. Basically looked as if room had not been cleaned. Pool was always dirty with cloudy water and clumps of hair floating around. Our scheduled appointment to listen to the Wyndham presentation was moved without input knowledge and when shaping up along with other guests with same issue we were basically told “sorry corporate decided to have a meeting this morning and someone apparently didn’t reach out to y’all”. She said there was nothing she could do because she was at the bottom of the totem pole and we could just leave and get our $40 back. When trying to speak with concierge about this issue we could not get in touch with them for always some different reason. We were interested in the Wyndham club however after this stay not sure we ever want to stay at a Wyndham property again much less invest.

Wynham fun in Gailinberg

Excited to be staying a fun place. More amenities than we could dream of using on our stay. Activities for the kids, volleyball in the pool, movies in the pool, sno cones... you name it. Much needed vacation and reasonable prices. Thank you... VRBO for connecting us. HUGS :)

Great location

The resort was close to everything but quiet and out of the super busy parts of the city. The pools were great but got a bit crowded. Our kids loved the mini golf!
