The room was okay, but the check in process was awful. We got checked in quickly and then had to meet w several others throughout the check in process. Where we were told we had a “gift” from the owners which turned into a lot of deceitful info where they charged us 40 for a time share meeting which was made clear at check in we were there for Dollywood. Be aware of this when checking in

Overall I was pleased with our unit. Plenty of room for a family of 5 and was close to all the attractions. The pools on our end of the property were not the cleanest and needed updating.

Really enjoyable stay

Beautiful place, great amenities from the gym to the pools. Very clean. Only thing that could’ve improved was upon checking in I had to talk to 5 separate people giving them each info about my trip. It was redundant and took a really long time, then they tried upselling me stuff, and passing me along. It was really annoying.

Condo met expectations. We were given a first floor room facing a road, so we weren't able to enjoy our patio because of traffic noise. More communication from staff about where to find amenities and special events would have been nice.

Great views of the mountains, off the main road, yet close to everything.

Easy checkin, host was great with communication, perfect view of the mountains from this unit (most other units at this resort do not have a view of any mountains), and you’re less than 5 minutes from anything you could want for entertainment. It’s an hour drive to most of the Smokey Mountains Nat. Park destinations, but that’s completely normal as you can’t really stay much closer. Beautiful resort. Pools were clean, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and we had a great time. Look forward to staying at this resort again!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham. The condo was a good size for our family of 6, and it was very clean. We liked how close we were to all of the fun things to do in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. One critique would be a revamping of the bathrooms would be great because there were some stains in the shower.

The resort was clean and well maintained. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. The only problem was that at check in the staff didn't provide us with a list of amenities or a map of the property.

First family vacay with our blended family

We had a blast. The bracelets were awesome. It gave the teenagers the freedom to come and go as they please. There was plenty of room and space for all. Loved it.

Very Clean, Very Friendly Staff!

Great stay at this property. The room was exactly as described and perfect for our family. The common facilities were nice. Pool was very busy, but that was okay we didn't use it a whole lot. Exercise room was a welcome amenity.
