Stugan är en fristående byggnad som ligger på baksidan av vår familj hem med sin egen ingång. Vi leder hektiska liv så att du kan inte stöta oss alls, men vi är alltid tillgängliga för att ta hand om dina frågor.

Grannskapet:

Coogee ligger i östra förorter Sydney bara 8 km från stadens centrum. Perfekt beläget mellan Randwick Junction och Coogee Beach stugan är verkligen en home away from home

Coogee Beach är en kort promenad bort. Stranden är känd för sin familjevänlig simning och dess nattetid partilivet. Det finns en härlig lekplats nära stugan.

Coogee har många lokala kaféer, stormarknader, restauranger, barer och pubar - du kommer aldrig att lida brist på något att göra under din vistelse.

TRÄFFAS:

Centralt beläget nära till alla bekvämligheter. Gångavstånd till Coogee Beach, snabbköp, butiker, kaféer och restauranger.

De busshållplatser är 5 min promenad med direkt busslinje till staden, Circular Quay, centralstationen och Bondi Junction.

Fabulous property & location

We arrived at the property & it’s exactly as described. It’s very clean & has everything you need.The location is perfect & the nearest beach is a 12 min walk. You can catch a tram into central Sydney & that again is a 10-12 min walk.Would come back here in a heartbeat.Thank you.

Exceptional value

This 2 bedroom studio is perfectly set up. The most comfortable beds with good quality bed linen giving it a hotel feel. If cooking is your thing, the kitchen has everything you desire. Good water pressure in the shower too which I feel is rare in Sydney. It's an easy walk to cafes, supermarkets, public transport and most importantly the beach. I will be back for sure. Great place to stay

The property is spacious and very well appointed with all the facilities you need for a short or an extended stay - we stayed for 19 nights. Our host, Nancy is a lovely person and very hospitable and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is not too far from central Randwick where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, and also a short walk down to Coogee beach and its facilities. We often had breakfast at the local X74 cafe on Bream Street which is a 5 minute walk from the property. The. cafe is very welcoming and offers superb and healthy breakfasts and brunch. In summary, Nancy's property is a great place to stay and we shall certainly stay there again when we are visiting our family in Randwick.

Simple and perfect

Just anything you want to have during your vacation. The property was very clean, the location is very nice and you can reach down town and beaches very easy and the apartment was well equipped. May thank to our host.

Perfect Cottage

The cottage was as clean and well equipped as advertised. The location was perfect, everything was a walkable distance. Nancy left detailed instructions for everything I needed and was otherwise available for any questions or concerns. I would happily stay at this location again (and not just because of the welcome wine and chocolates).

Superb

Absolutely loved this stay. Property was immaculate with all services. Nancy, the host was very prompt to reply to requests/queries. Location was perfect for access to Coogge Beach and restaurants and all shopping facilities close by. Randwick is within walking distance and has a full range of shopping services. Light Rail is 10 min walk away with access to Sydney centre. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Very cozy cottage

The cottage is individuel and quiet, very functionnel, have all equipements need for holidays. All commerces & bar are very close. On september, the parking on the street is quite easy to find arround proximity. Past excellent stay.

Wonderful randwick stay

Location was great. Amenities provided by our host was nice. Ample storage for longer stays. Considerate host when she informed me about the hedge pruning. Would love to stay again!!

Great accomodation for a great location

Everything went very smoothly and thanks to Nancy for being a great host. The unit has all the facilities a family requires, furnished kitchen, washing machine and drier. The bedrooms size are good and there is plenty of cupboard space. The unit is close to Coogee beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Great stay overall!

Wedding Fever in Randwick

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our month staying in Coogee. Nancy was so helpful and thoughtful, providing some basic items in the kitchen to get us started including wine and chocolates. Thank you Nancy!! The beds were super comfy and the shower and all the kitchen facilities were top notch. The location is superb, only a short walk to the light rail line into the city and the journey time right to Circular Quay only took about 35 minutes. Bondi Junction is even closer - just a 15 minute bus ride took us to lots of shops. Coogee Beach itself is beautiful and only a 10-15 minute walk away. We loved the Morning Glory Cafe right on the beach for coffee and food. The coastal walk north to Bondi is very manageable even for “oldies” like us and we also ventured south to Maroubra. Some of the views are breathtaking!! The only slight problem we had was the difficulty finding somewhere to park. We often had to park about 5-8 minutes walk from the property but on occasions could park right outside so it didn’t bother us too much except when it was raining, which it did a fair bit. All in all we had a great time and it made my son's wedding all the more memorable. I would book this accommodation again in a heartbeat. We’ll definitely be back again!!

Lovely stay in a cute flat

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Was clean and conveniently located near transport, shops and the beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Super fast Wifi was also a bonus! Would consider re-booking in future and definitely recommend it for a short stay.

Gem in Coogee

We had a great time here. The house is very clean and tidy. It is set behind the main building of the owner in the backyard divided by bushes. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner very friendly and responsive. It’s a ten minute walk from the beach and very well connected to public transport/shops. The outdoor space/Veranda is rather small but you have your privacy. We were very happy and will book again.

Perfect Coogee spot

From the moment of confirming our booking with Nancy, until our checkout, the process and engagement were excellent. The cottage is fully equipped with all of the necessities to have a home away from home to enjoy Coogee and beyond. Nancy is an excellent host and our whole family would highly recommend the cottage as an ideal base for any visit.

A very well situated place to stay near Coogee

The cottage was very clean and well provisioned. It was very convenient for travel by bus into Sydney and to Bondi Junction, and was also very well positioned for walking into Coogee and the beach. The area was very quiet and felt safe when walking in the evening. I would recommend this property. Just one minor improvement I would like to suggest - more teaspoons for making tea and coffee please! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Just what we needed

Clean and neat and everything we needed. A perfect location for the four of us who were attending a friend's wedding at Wylie Baths. Great places to eat within walking distance at Coogee Beach. Would love to see larger bath towels in the bathroom. Otherwise no criticisms. Helen

Absolutely Wonderful

Hi Guys our stay at this lovely place on the 8/3 2019 for 20 nights was a Wonderful experience,The cottage was spotlessly clean upon arrival and wine and chocs left which was a nice touch.There was only the two of us staying but there is ample space in the bedrooms for clothes ect,Kitchen has everything that you need,also air/con in bedrooms and kitchen area was a blessing. Allready planning our next trip to hopefully stay here again Thank you Nancy for our Fantastic Holiday cottage we look forward to seeing you again in the near Future. Dave and Tony

Very pleased with our booking, exactly what we were hoping for.

Clean, welcoming and in the perfect location for enjoying Coogee beach or heading into the city to see everything that Sydney had to offer. Having cafe X74 just around the corner was just the icing on the cake, great place for breakfast, coffee and lunch.

Exceptionally clean but WiFi not good at all

The house was extremely clean and well equipped and in a good location for both Coogee and Randwick. My only criticism was the bad WiFi connection, we run a business in the uk and really needed the WiFi but the connection was not good. Nancy did try to fix the problem without success. Shame as our weeks stay was really good except for that

Neat and relaxed Coogee hideaway

Very nice neat cottage at rear of owners property. Owner keeps the property very neat and well maintained with all amenities and nice friendly touches. 10 minute walk straight to Coogee beach and close to transport. I would recommend this for small families

Lovely, modern and clean accommodation. Will stay again

Nancy was a helpful host and kept in contact if we needed anything. The cottage was perfect for our short stay in Coogee. It had all that we needed and was close to the Coogee Bay shops and the beach. The beds were very comfortable, WiFi worked and the kitchen had all that you could need if you wanted to cook. We would love to stay again.
