Sandy Point Tree House

2 nätter minimum.
Nyrenoverade tidigt 70-stylta-hus. En mysig plats med en lång främre däck som ser ut genom de omgivande Banksia träden. En stor gräsmatta i den bakre som stöder till en reserv med en fri grill.
Bara 10 minuters promenad till Surf Beach, 15 minuters promenad till butiker och mindre än en 10 minuters bilresa till den lugna grunt Inlet vattenvägar.
Huset har två sovrum - ett sovrum (Queen säng) och ett andra rum med en våningssäng.
Det finns en separat toalett och badrum med dusch (ingen bath). En tvättho är nere (ingen tvättmaskin).
Skulle passa en familj på fyra eller en grupp av 3 vuxna.
Ett barn skyddsgrind är monterad, men på grund av den långa trappan och hög däck, är huset rekommenderas inte för barn under 5 år.
Sängkläder finns. Gästerna bör försörja sina egna örngott, påslakan, lakan och handdukar.
Tyvärr, inga husdjur tillåtna.

We had a great stay at this property. A great spot to base yourself for day trips and one of the best beaches we have been to! The home has everything you need for a family stay :)

Fantastic Location

Great location for enjoying sandy point and surrounding area including Wilson's Prom. Balcony was wonderful to watch the wildlife and enjoy some quiet time.

Perfect stay

This cute retro style house suited our needs perfectly for our stay. It's in a great spot, close to everything and was clean and tidy. The communication with the owner was great. Would definitely recommend.

Everything you need

What you see is exactly what you get! My daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights at the tree house. The house is basic but comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Toller besonderer Ort zum Entspannen ohne Anspruch auf Luxus, dafür Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. In Fussnähe zum schönen Strand, zum Shallow Inlet und guter Ausgangspunkt in den Wilson’s Promontory.

Thank you Nick for a great stay, place was perfectly located, minutes from to shallow inlet to take the boat out fishing, had everything we needed except a hose!! Would definitely stay again.

Short stay

House was fine just a little dirty bugs and cobwebs. There is no Bbq as noted and sliding balcony door is broke. Struggled to find a hose or tap to clean off after the beach.

Good value for money

Everything worked, it was reasonably clean and it had all the basics. The hosts were prompt in responding. We enjoyed our stay. Its not the newest property, but we thought it was appropriately priced to reflect that.

Absolutely loved this gorgeous retro beach house. So clean. Great location, and I loved the style. Very comfy bed, hot shower, and all the kitchen amenities you need. Perfect for our weekend getaway.

Comfy and quiet

Copy little place with all kitchen amenities. We found the mattress in the main bedroom quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small which is why there are no pictures. Was ok for a 2 night stay.

Tree house stay

Comfortable holiday house, for our family of 4 had everything we needed. The house sits at tree top level, we enjoyed the view of the trees and birds. We also saw koalas and gang gangs. Nice flat shaded yard. Short walk to shops and surf club. Would be happy to stay again.

R and R in Sandy Point

We had a lovely stay here, it is such a beautiful location and so peaceful. The house has an entry at ground level with everything upstairs. I was surprised that there was no washing machine, especially when staying at the beach! The timber on the outside deck felt really thin and not very safe. We avoided sitting out there.

Great little tree house

Lovely and clean and fully equipped (apart from linen, which is clearly communicated). Not too far from Wilson's prom and a nice beach of its own too! Surrounds are quiet and serene.

Comfortable cosy stay

Just the right size for 3 of us to stay for a weekend getaway. Owners are quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information of the area. Easy to relax in the lounge, spacious balcony, beds are clean and comfortable. Felt well provided for, would come back again.
