En mycket pittoreska, Multi Trevlig 80-Acre Semi-Forested Farm ligger i mitten av Amish Country, nordväst om Mio, Michigan (Huron National Forest / AuSable State Forest)

Gården är bokstavligen bara några minuter från AuSable River fiske, bad, picknick; kanot / kajak / slang och uppsändningsplatser. Dessutom Huron National Forest och Ausable State Forest erbjuder hundratals miles av stigar för vandring, ridning, ORV, motorcykel och preparerade skoterleder. Förresten, är ORV är tillåtna på alla Oscoda County Roads ... Hej golfare; någonsin hört talas om Garland? Bara 13 miles away! Inte en dålig enhet att njuta av några riktigt stora ...


Vår Farmhouse: Vår pittoreska och mysiga hus, med en wrap-around utsikt över dalen land veranda, 4 pers till 6 och har totalrenoverats (inne och ute / topp till botten); särskilt renoveringen av den ursprungliga gården odlas och på plats slipat trägolv i hela, inklusive de två sovrummen på andra våningen. Gården har luftkonditionering på båda våningarna; propanvärme; gratis wifi: HD-TV; Satellit DIRECTV; och Blu-ray Disc / DVD-spelare. Koldioxid, rökdetektorer, brandsläckare och nödbelysning också. För din ankomst säkerhet, en pre-tilldelade kodade inträde pad (inga knappar) väntar på din privata kod ingång. För din bekvämlighet, kan posten pad du ange din egen privata portkod för hela din vistelse.

Vardagsrummet består av en full storlek La-Z-Boy Sleeper soffa som drar ut för att bekvämt sova två. En HD-TV med DirecTV och Blu-ray DVD / Disc-spelare rundor ut denna nöjescentrum.

Kök och matsal: det fullt utrustade kaklade kök, med två kaklade poster, är helt i rostfritt stål med två elektriska spis toppar, alla med overhead ventilation; ugn; mikrovågsugn och ugn kombination; diskmaskin; is gör sida vid sida kyl / frys; 12-cup automatisk dropp kaffebryggare; elektriska konservöppnare; blandare; mixer; säkerhet brödrost; skålen handdukar och dukar tvätta; och Amish gjort Hickory skåp. En gasgrill, som ligger strax utanför änden av den nedre däck, finns också tillgänglig för din utomhus grillning.

The Dining Room, som ligger mellan köket och vardagsrummet är mycket praktiskt för matlagning och servering snacks eller måltider från halvön stovetop köksbänken. En antik matbordet, med en överliggande målat glas ljuskrona, har plats för sex och kan utökas för att bekvämt sittplats (eller, om inte annat, för bekväm placering av livsmedel). Det är en värmande upplevelse med middag, och genom fönstren matsal, titta på stora snöflingor flyter ner.

Vår egendom: De 80 tunnland består av rullande / kuperade ängar med utsikt över en fantastisk panoramautsikt över miles från AuSable River Valley Forest; och en 3 tunnland, fjäder (s) -fed, lager damm (strand djup upp till 36 fot) med en "right-on-the-strandlinjen" färdiga fiskestuga som erbjuder el, propan värme, takfläkt, veranda och uppvuxen eldstaden.

Fastigheten är lika naturligt som naturligt kan få. . . Preparerade spår leder ner från ängarna, genom lövskog och barrskog (bestående av vackra skogklädda dalar med fyra strömmande vattendrag) till och genom vackra ceder träsk.

The Pond-Side Kom Fiskestuga gör för en utmärkt tillhåll för slangar, catch and release fiske, etc.

Relaxing and fun!

We had a memorable stay at the farm! The close proximity to sxsing trails and town was ideal! The property had plenty of things to do and very relaxing as well. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very helpful! Would love to stay again!

Family fun!

I have been to this property before with some friends and I wanted to share it with my family. The kids absolutely loved the pond in the house and my boyfriend, and I loved being down by the water fishing. It’s very quiet and a very lovely home. Gorgeous Scenic Farm Property

The farmhouse is cozy and very clean. We had everything we needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous with well maintained trails. We did a lot of walking. There is a very large and well stocked pond. There is fish food available to feed the fish. They come right up to the dock when they see people. They're used to being fed. Catch and release is allowed but we didn't do any fishing. The water looks like a beautiful swimming spot but the weather was a little too chilly to go into the water this time of year. We did take the paddle boat out and paddled around a bit. I would love to go back in the summer. The owner let us walk through the barn. It is very nice and also well maintained. They have it set up for events. We sat around the campfire most nights and used the hot tub. There were brownies and other snacks available when we checked in. The owners are wonderful and take very good care of the property. We had a great time! I wish I would have reserved it for more days. I hope to go back in the summer.

Our family's new favorite summer vacation spot!

We recently spent the weekend here for the first time, and let's just say we loved it so much we are already planning a second trip! My teenage kids said it was their favorite family vacation ever! We had so much fun on the pond fishing, kayaking, and using the paddle boat. The property is absolutely stunning and the manicured trails were such a huge bonus - we walked them and also drove our ATVs on them! The house itself was extremely clean, and the host did such a wonderful job adding so many personal touches to make us feel so welcome! It literally felt like our home away from home. 10/10 we will definitely be back!

Relaxing Getaway

My fiancé and I took a weekend away here back in 2022 & loved every minute of our time at the property. We just came back for a second time, quickly remembering why we loved it so much the first time around. The land is beautiful! We enjoyed walking the trails, hanging out/fishing at the pond, watching birds on the front porch & of course relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much for having us, can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely stunning property

You will be in awe when you first pull in the driveway, and see the overlook of the land. The house has so much history, but is decorated so well. We enjoyed sitting in the porch in the morning, and watching the wildlife. Walking the property and paddling boating during the day. Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. What an amazing place! Will definitely be back!

We were totally overwhelmed. It’s a cute house, clean and everything you can wish for. The property is very large and full of wildlife. The cupcakes were very yummy and such a nice warm welcome. Fun and Relaxing

We have stayed here I believe 5 times now. It’s always relaxing. We bring up our four wheelers and ride around the property and it’s close to the trail head so perfect. We went canoeing at Rainbow cabins. We love going there the people are nice and less people. Being around the Amish stores is a plus. If you bring your bikes just fyi lots of hills. The hot tub is great to have after a long ride on the quads. We enjoy it there. It’s so peaceful!

Fantastic farm stay

What a wonderful place to visit. Everything was perfect. The house was cozy and clean. The property was carefully manicured and had great trails. The lake was perfect and offered many activities and a fishing cabin to hang out at. Add the fire pit and the hot tub and that makes for a wonderful vacation. But probably the best part we’re the hosts Michelle and Ryan. I have never seen such attention to detail. They are also really nice people. Thanks to you both for taking the time to create such a great place to get away from it all. My family and I highly recommend this farm stay. I know we will absolutely be back again.

Beautiful Home and Property— Look Forward to our next stay!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home and property with our family including our 2 year old daughter. The property is just breath taking and so peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning, walking the trails and feeding the fish in the pond. The owner, Michelle is just down the road and very responsive to any questions or needs you have. The home is very clean and comfortable including a fully stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Getaway!

The farm was a perfect getaway for our anniversary. Beautiful property and everything was stocked and provided upon arrival even including fresh berry muffins! We spent our time sitting on the porch watching the birds, fishing down at the pond, exploring the groomed trails and relaxing in the hot tub!
