Would stay here again! Perfect location not too far from Broadway. Very clean and very accommodating. Communication was excellent! Was just a great trip overall and would highly recommend!

Very comfortable condo. View off balcony was awesome. Very clean. Would highly recommend. Cleaning staff found my billfold after leaving and turned it in.

Great weekend get-a-way

Great location and manager was extremely responsive. We did not need anything during our stay but communication was great before we arrived and included sharing local knowledge on restaurants and places to visit.

So cozy and close to everything!

Loved the view of the river from this cozy place. It had everything we needed. Only a mile and a half from Broadway. Very clean and loved the covered parking.

First time to Nashville and this Condo was perfect! There were 6 adults that stayed check in /check out very simple! Excellent location maybe 5 min Uber from everywhere we wanted to see! Can not wait to go back and would definitely stay here again!

Great place/great location!

The place was beautiful! The guest bathroom shower leaked a little. The furnishings and decorations make it such a cozy stay and the view of the river was breathtaking. Close enough to walk to Broadway and Germantown that saved us some money for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Experience!

Had the best time in Nashville and being able to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Broadway to our condo every night was the best. Beautiful setting on the river in a comfy place of our own. Short distance to all the fun. This rental is very clean and lots of room for our party of four. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Great time. Great spot. Out of the chaos of tons of people. Yet close enough for us to walk and celebrate a 21st bday. Sons first vrbo experience. Pool was a great to have for daytime relaxing after nights out drinking. Thank you all so much we will use again when return

Beautiful location directly on River

Location is great, beautiful view of river. Proximity to all we wanted to do was great. Everything we needed was in condo. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Floors and walls are very thin and we did hear the people above us every move—just moving around. No issues with neighbors around us. Wasn’t distracting enough we wouldn’t stay again!

Great Condo

This was our first time visiting Nashville, we had a great time. The owner is very responsive and was able to let us check in much earlier than the listed check in time. The kitchen had coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and sugar substitutes, individual sized snacks and some bottled water. Bathrooms were stocked with travel sized body washes, shampoos & conditioners. Condo is roughly 1 mile from Broadway, the walk back at night is on the dark side but we felt safe and no one bothered us. You are also a short walk from a coffee spot called Moonshot (owner recommended this place), coffee and avocado toast were both delicious.

Lovely, just as described

Giving a five star review is the easiest thing I’ve done in a while. Rebecca has a lovely home, just as described. She did a fantastic job of providing a welcoming place that was tastefully decorated and her amenities, having water and snacks upon arrival was a wonderful touch. There was a small situation with the renters in the unit above us, a call to Rebecca, and it was handled promptly! I wish I would’ve waited a whole day to call her. She was easy to communicate with and I feel like I left Nashville with a new friend.. I would highly recommend this rental.

Recent visit

The location has construction going on across from the condo so loud during the day . The condo building and the condo were very dated . We did not find the condo very clean and sheets were old and bedding needs to be replaced. The sofa couch needs to be replaced or a new mattress. The condo does have a nice pool and the walk to Broadway was about 2 miles . Ubers were tea easy to get a. The patio door handle did fall off and when notified if needed it would have been fixed quickly. I think the condo itself needs some updating and a really good cleaning including windows.

Our group of four on a girls’ trip had a great stay at this property. The location was great to be able to walk to the Germantown area,Farmer’s Market and Broadway area easily. We enjoyed staying in the quiet of the river area versus near all the action. Communication was excellent with our host. The only issue we had was being able to hear footsteps from the apartment above us. While annoying late at night it would not deter me from staying again because all other aspect were great!

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
