Very comfortable condo. View off balcony was awesome. Very clean. Would highly recommend. Cleaning staff found my billfold after leaving and turned it in.

Nashville Birthday Trip

Would stay here again! Perfect location not too far from Broadway. Very clean and very accommodating. Communication was excellent! Was just a great trip overall and would highly recommend!

Nice stay

Overall good. Rebecca was the best part. She handled a few things that came up very quickly. The folks above us were unfortunately quite noisy. Very good for our dog as well!

Great view of the Cumberland River. The walk to Broadway wasn’t too bad and we never felt nervous walking back at night. Enjoyed the wildlife off the deck, raccoons and ground hog.

Perfect condo

We came to Nashville for my husband and I 50th birthday! We definitely felt like we were home! There were 27 other friends that came and were able to book other condos in the same building.We took uber,scooters and walked to downtown Nashville. We would definitely book this condo again! ng.g.

Property was great. Beautiful view of the river. Was perfect for 4 adults. Rebecca was wonderful to work with. The deck had lots of spider webs (I hate spiders) lol but was nice to sit outside and watch the river. The people upstairs were very loud, sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. All in all it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Twins 21st Birthday

Great area and time to spend my daughters birthdays. A 20 minute minute walk to Broadway or a 5 minute Uber ride. I was the most memorable time with my family. Rebecca (host) was very friendly, accommodating and answered all inquiries in a very timely fashion. She met all my needs. But, Condo could use a broom. Would rent from her again!! Rich S.

Everything we wanted

Great time. Great spot. Out of the chaos of tons of people. Yet close enough for us to walk and celebrate a 21st bday. Sons first vrbo experience. Pool was a great to have for daytime relaxing after nights out drinking. Thank you all so much we will use again when return

Recent visit

The location has construction going on across from the condo so loud during the day . The condo building and the condo were very dated . We did not find the condo very clean and sheets were old and bedding needs to be replaced. The sofa couch needs to be replaced or a new mattress. The condo does have a nice pool and the walk to Broadway was about 2 miles . Ubers were tea easy to get a. The patio door handle did fall off and when notified if needed it would have been fixed quickly. I think the condo itself needs some updating and a really good cleaning including windows.

Super communicative

Loved our stay! The condo was clean and nice. We asked for the recommendations and took the host up on most. Every single was was great! Short Uber ride to Broadway— wouldn’t recommend walking. Germantown was super walkable and loved it! Great spot. We utilized the pool and the laundry and both were clean areas. Would recommend this place again.

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
