Detta hus är bara några år gammalt, och nytt till semesterhusmarknaden. Huset är utrustat med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, inklusive läder soffor, 8 sits matbord, bra sängkläder alternativ, säker bakgård, 4 brännare BBQ, spel och stor täckt däck. Mästaren komplett med eget. Nytt kök med diskmaskin, reverserande luftkonditionering. Sängkläder består av 1 queen, 1 dubbelsäng och 2 dubbla britsar 8 sovplatser. We loved that this property was pet friendly with a secure back yard. We also loved having no wifi as we actually got some FaceTime with the teenagers when we were home. The house was a great size for our 3 night stay.Note: Pets are not allowed inside.Don’t miss the one sentence about needing own linen and towels (including tea towel)Also the sentence about leave it as you found it means you have to clean on departure. We would have loved some more cleaning products left on property to be able to do this eg Toilet Duck or Spray and Wipe. Some appropriate cleaning products might have also improved the smell on arrival. In noting the above, the positives did outweigh the negatives and if we ever chose to stay again we would just come better prepared.

We booked this last minute and were extremely grateful for the hosts prompt reply and communication. The house is lovely, presented well and clean. It was perfect size and has all the creature comforts, including games for the kids to play.Great location, close to the Main Street and shops. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our weekend getaway to Phillip Island! Beautiful views, cozy vibes, and the perfect spot to unwind. Everything was clean, comfy, and well thought out — we didn’t want to leave. Already planning our next trip back!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was clean, tidy, and very well set up for a family. The little touches like kids’ plastic cups and plates made things so much easier for us. The location was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely park just across the road—perfect for walks or letting the kids run around. The outdoor area was also a highlight—safe and spacious. Sandra was fantastic with her communication. Would definitely recommend for families with young children!

Well presented

The house was beautifully clean and had all we wanted, including being well heated. If the weather had been kinder we would have spent time on the large deck. The house is located near the attractions we wanted to visit - penguins, the Nobbies, beaches, mini golf… We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Beach stay perfect for families

We loved this clean property for our beach stay. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including 2 toilets) is perfect for families. We really enjoyed the back deck which was spacious and half under cover. A very quiet area which is a short drive to local beaches and the main town. Just a heads-up: guests are required to bring their own linen and towels, including tea towels and bath mats. We weren’t aware of this beforehand but managed to make it work — just wanted to mention it so you’re better prepared. The property was really nice and Sandra was very fast in communication. We would love to stay again.

Lovely little property that's fantastic value for money. We had 8 staying so was a busy house, glad we had the deck to use !.Great part of the world, the house is a easy drive from everything. We would recommend this property, we would use again.

PI holiday

We found this property wonderful and would have been pleased to spend longer there. We basically used the property for breakfast and sleeping only but it would suit more. We came knowing that the Penguin Parade was booked out but still had plenty to occupy us.

Lovely family holiday

We enjoyed family time together, walks to Yellow Sand beach, board games and watching DVDs. Loved no internet! Short drive to Cowes town centre and had an amazing time at the Nobbies. Nicely furnished home with everything you could need for a great holiday.

This property was perfect for our family. It had everything we need, very clean and great location. Communication was exceptional with the owner and she was very accommodating and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay, we’ll be back!

Nice getaway

Well appointed kitchen - however I bought a vegetable peeler and the knives were really blunt. Really comfortable mattresses. No wi-fi, but lots of games so there was more family interaction!!
