Lovely coastal getaway

Was such a well kept, cosy home with all the things we needed for our short stay. The hospitality and communication was very much appreciated, the location was wonderful, and we could not recommend this stay more.

Perfect Getaway !

Perfect for our family of 6 adults. Kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoors area provided all amenities and the space we were hoping for over Christmas. Modern bathroom, 2 toilets and clean bright bedrooms provided a homely environment. Location was perfect for lovely walk into town or short drive. Highly recommend this property.

Quiet location

Clean and bright roomy home with great kitchen facilities. Home has 2 toilets so having the one bathroom was not a problem. Will definitely book again

Family friendly

K&M Beach House was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 children. The garden and tree house were very popular and we enjoyed eating outside. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The kitchen/dinning/living area was spacious and although there is only one bathroom, the second toilet made it very manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Gorgeous, homely, clean and family friendly.

We had a lovely little Easter break here in PortArlington. Our kids loved the garden, with its great little treehouse and hammock. It was fantastic for egg hunt, and love the Sweet little undercover outdoor space. We would have loved to use the bbq and fire pit, had the rain stayed away a bit more! Very comfy beds, and fab well stocked kitchen. For other parents of young kids, we enjoyed a visit to the famous bakery (kids play out the back) and fab playground in the town, plus the little railway 😊

Fantastic beach getaway

We had a fantastic beach break. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had modern appliances and the staples on the pantry were very welcome. The backyard is fantastic for kids. My so adored the treehouse and hammock. All the trees provided a lovely outdoor setting. Kaye was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The house is in a quiet court and a short drive to the beach and town centre. Great location. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thanks Kaye for a great family holiday.

Great stay for families

Lovely home in gorgeous seaside spot

So happy to have finished our family trip around Victoria in this lovely, well appointed home. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean throughout, cute garden and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Chocolates for us on arrival - a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this property to others.
