En underbar stuga vid vattnet vid stranden av de fantastiska Sussex Inlet vattenvägarna. Ett paradis för båtentusiaster komplett med en privat brygga och båtförtöjning. Sitter på ett parklandskap med din egen privata båtfaciliteter detta hem är modernt och är vackert inredda med 180 graders utsikt över vattnet.

En platt gångväg / cykelväg vid din ytterdörr är den perfekta platsen att ta sig en promenad eller cykla längs floderna, eller åka / promenera till stan som bara är några hundra meter bort. Gå till restauranger, caféer, RSL-klubben, lokal biograf, lokala butiker och IGA. Beläget på en av de bästa platserna i Sussex Inlet.

Fiske på din egen brygga, båtliv från din trädgård, vackra parkområden vid din ytterdörr, cykling, vandring, kajakpaddling, simning och båtliv allt till hands. Att åka till Haven är just det "himlen", med vattenklart blått vatten och sandiga botten med några av de vackraste badplatserna runt eller utforska Basin som har fantastiskt fiske och vattenskidor.

Cudmirrah Beach ligger bara några minuters bilresa bort och har en bra surfavbrott i norra änden, perfekt för bad och surfing.

Är ett underbart fullt utrustat modernt vackert inredda hem med fantastisk utsikt från de flesta rum och vetter mot norr, så genomtänkt i solsken från morgon till natt.

Fullt utrustat modernt kök med frukostbar och diskmaskin. Matsalen har fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och platser 6. Loungen är stor och öppen planlösning till köket och matplatsen och har fantastisk utsikt över vattnet med bekväma lounger, stor TV, DVD-spelare och ett stort urval av filmer och brädspel att spela.

Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och TV / DVD.
Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och 1 enkel våningssäng och 1 enkelsäng och TV / DVD.

Gården är helt inhägnad nivå och gräsbevuxen idealisk för barnen komplett med sandlåda och gunga. Huset har luftkonditionering.

Båtrampen är bara 100 meter bort och lämna din båt i vattnet medan du är på semester vid vår brygga.

Relaxing stay

We had stayed in other places in Sussex Inlet before. By far, this is the best one we came across. Good location, comfortable living and picturesque view of the water. Private jetty is a great facility to us. Will certainly stay again.

Very impressed on how clean it was, with lots of extras like washing up detergent, salt and pepper etc, terrific location, close to town and being right on the water was great, the linen on the beds was first class, will be back thankyou Dasha for your help, leading up to our lovel break

The Relaxation Station

We had a wonderful time at Riverbank Cottage. With the water for fishing and swimming at our doorstep and a flat footpath for the kids to ride around on . Riverbank Cottage ticked all the boxes . We’d definitely come back .

Great short stay in this well appointed property right on the river and a short stroll to shops / restaurants etc. All communication was quick and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend this great spot

Delightful location. Quaint cottage on the water. Neat, tidy and well provisioned.

Riverbank Cottage is beautifully located on right on the water at Sussex. We spent heaps of time swimming directly off the private jetty and access to the Paddle Board and Kayak were an added bonus. It is a 5 min walk to town centre and perfectly located for an easy and relaxed holiday break.

Awesome cottage on the river

We had a relaxing stay at Riverbank Cottage. Great location on the river front. The house provided lots of extras. Highly recommended. Hoping to return in the Summer to take advantage of the water.

Very happy

We had a lovely break at Riverbank Cottage. The cottage has a lovely comfortable feel and the location is second to none. Having access to the private jetty was a great bonus.Easy flat walking access to clubs and shops. We were lucky enough to meet the delightful Dasha and her husband who were both very helpful.We would love a return stay.

2 Day break

When we arrived, property hadn't been cleaned and beds not made. The owner was unaware of this so an email to the owner soon sorted out the issue and the house was just as we had hoped. Dasha also let us leave a little later, so we were able to have another kayak paddle, being the last day of summer. A great location on the water and a well looked after house. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location, great set up

Great location, so close to the water! The private jetty was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully clean when we arrived, the beds made with thick, soft covers which makes a difference from thin sheets you might be used to at hotels. The pantry had various useful items, but if you do crave your morning coffee or any other essential it's best to bring your own just in case. We didnt utilise the kayaks, paddle boards or bikes on offer, but it's so great that the hosts offer them! We came with our 4 young children (aged 5 and under), so we moved the lovely but breakable trinkets away. They were a huge fan of the noughts and crosses and bowling games! Dasha responded to my emails prior to booking and gave a very thorough inbox before arrival. Check in and check out went smoothly, although one suggestion is to maybe install a small sensor light over the key box, as we arrived after dark so it was a bit tricky accessing the key. I cannot fault this accommodation or the hosts, it really was a great experience! We'd definitely love to come back!

property overall fantastic , the rain made a puddle at the front gate which was a bit muddy , owners may want to look into fixing the drainage there otherwise all good

The property manager agreed for an early check-in but someone didn't tell the cleaners. Subsequently nothing had been cleaned by the time we arrived. Happily it was soon rectified. So too was a problem with the TV.
